It will connect to an independent source of electricity and not the national power grid.stable power supply is a magnet for investment opportunities.

In a couple of years from now,Africa's Dubai will be sitting on the Atlantic Ocean.such will be a triumph for Marin Engineering.It happened in Dubai,and in Singapore,this time its happening in Nigeria.

why Ghana is not building skyscraper is simple, most of this ill informed illiterate Nigerians does not know .Ghana is prone to earthquake disaster. Accra has records of damaging earthquakes dating as far back as 1636. The last three major ones occurred in 1862, 1906 and 1939. the worst one Accra has seen recorded which is one of the most destructive earthquake ever.

The was that one that struck the city and caused a lot of damage and loss of life and property in 1939. it destroy so many rich sites and since then goverment has taken caution not to build skyscraper or limit it.


if Accra is free like lagos, by now, Accra will be counting skyscrapers, yet with the lowrise building, she can comfortably compare with lagos.

Like Nakuru in Kenya. Due to faultlines, you can't construct skyscrapers in Nakuru but still remains one of the most beautiful cities in East Africa and many consider it the most livable city in Kenya.

I have seen photos of Accra and honestly I find Accra better than any Nigerian city - including Abuja. Accra looks like a car city with low density buildings and the CBD is mostly lowrise but very impressive architecture. I would choose Accra over any Nigerian city any day.

If a Tanzanian company pulled this the whole internet would burst with Tanzanians for the next 50 years.
