Which rest of Kenya? There is electricity in the whole of Kenya, some parts just don't have enough population to make an impact on satellite images. Is that too hard to comprehend? Interestingly despite that, Kenya is still more lit up than Bongolala.

Look at canada for instance, 80% of it looks dark, Cana we say Canadians don't have access to electricity?
