Check this thread from the beginning to see other people's comments about Universities in Italy requirements. Parcelforce seem to have a hands-off approach once a parcel leaves the UK. Really worried about this. I so regret using Parcelforce, I was assured that the parcel would be delivered to the recipient within 5 working days by Royal Mail . Please does anyone have a contact I can get in touch with in Nigeria to resolve this issue. |
Family › Re: See The GUTS Of My Wife by Nancyama(f): 6:30pm On Dec 27, 2021 |
Sorry Op. Keeping enduring while thinking faster on what to do. When they say, "character before beauty" men will not listen Now see where we are. Imagine a good guy will go for beauty and brain then end up with a troublesome and careless wife. Also, a good lady, because of wealth or good dick end up with a wicked man. We have failed to use our head when choosing spouses. I saw one posts made on IG some time ago about what guys want most in a lady before wifying her and most guys placed big boobs, ass, brain and light skin over character and God fearing. Imagine marriages filled with ladies with such qualities, then what kind of home do you think they will keep? You guys should fear God when choosing spouse. Think about your children upbringing when choosing spouse. Some men will say, "I want beautiful and handsome kids" because of that, they go for beautiful ladies discarding other important qualities. At the end, you have beautiful kids with bad moral upbringing. Gradually, we are leaving those days when we had women that stood by their husbands in good and bad times. 90% of women these days only want to stand with you in good and leave only you to face it in bad times. That's why the rate of divorce is increasing everyday. May God open the eyes of our understanding......( someone shld help me and quote that scripture in full abeg) that we may know the right spouse to marry. Amen! Rtk5: Men you need to hussle and if possible avoid marriage. The worst thing that can ever happen to a man is going broke. Please i am not trying to poison anybody's heart. It is good to fall in love and marry the right partner. I tell you most solemnly, until things get bad, you will never know the real attitude of your partner. I remember when i lost my job and things became so bad that i planned to kill my self on a certain day, what stopped me from committing suicide was i fell into a deep sleep that i didn't wake up till the next day at around 8am. On waking up i relaized that God did something to me that i couldn't explain till today and the thought of suicide vanished.
Back to my topic, there was a day during my times of trial and hardship that my wife told me she wanted to go and visit her male friend in his house, i stopped her by saying why will a married woman do that and you even have the guts to tell me. It ended in a fight, anytime we have any slight quarrel, she will pack her things and leave to her mum's place and the family always support her actions without knowing from me what happened. There was a time when our child was just barely few months old, i left the house for an interview, i trecked about 3km to the venue, she left him at home and went to only God knows where, only for her to call me that she has left the house and my son for me, that i should get home before he wakes up from sleep, i couldn't wait for the interview to get to my turn, i begged a random person on the road and he gave me #1,000 that was after i begged more than ten different people with other refusing to answer me not to talk of helping. I ran home and thank God i met him just waking up. I took him back to the interview and a kind lady helped me with him until it got to my turn and i finished and went back home. In the night at about 7pm while i was preparing to bath him, she entered the house and carried him to bath him, i didn't utter a word and i forgave her. Guys, you need to see how thin i became during those trials, no single food to eat. I became a shadow of myself, i became so shy of walking in public because of how frustrated i became. I have many experiences but i rest my case here. The sad reality right now is that we are still married, while the good is things have improved 10times better than it has ever been but i've placed her where she belong. The only thing stopping me from divorce is what people will say and my image. Do you know that honestly she hasn't learnt her lessons as she is still a problem to me, always nagging and i don't have peace in my own house. Right now i'm on the process of divorce and i'm building resistance to whatever people will say. |

What I said isn't meaningless. Just telling you the honest truth if that lady is from SE, especially from my side where we don't give out a child to his father if born out of wedlock. There's nothing you can do. My advice is based on the situation whereby she's from other states or tribe which you and I may not know their traditions, you can take what I said earlier. Family › Re: Can I Fight This Now Or Wait Till The Baby Is Grown? by Nancyama(f): 9:44pm On Dec 23, 2021 |
The fact that it's not acceptable in your own state doesn't mean it's not acceptable in other Igbo states. If you impregnate any Enugu or Anambra lady without marrying her properly, then forget about the child. He/She belongs to the parents of the mother. Go ask well before you make that mistake of calling my comment "meaningless". Never argue what you don't know. A child born out of wedlock automatically belongs to the parent of the girl, I repeat myself again. I didn't say he/she belongs to husband of the lady. If you like go pregnant one Igbo babe and come back later to claim the child without having done proper traditional rite, you'll fight in vain. Emaprince: So you as an igbo lady will have the mind to deceive your husband and give him another man's child as his.
So you think igbo tradition also forces the husband to accept a child that his wife conceived through another man?
Your post is stupidly manipulative. Don't come here to dirty igbo name with nonsense paternity fraud common among you women. |
Family › Re: Can I Fight This Now Or Wait Till The Baby Is Grown? by Nancyama(f): 4:51pm On Dec 23, 2021 |
This is applicable to our Igbo custom and tradition. @totofucker, you don't have any right to claim the child even if the DNA says it's yours. A child born out of wedlock automatically belongs to the girl's father. He/She will bear the father of the girl's name. Nothing for you as the father of the child unless you decide to marry the mother. So, hope this your lady is not an Igbo girl, if she is, then forget about her and the baby. Don't start a fight you can't finish. jasminer: I looked up what Nigerian Family lawyers have to say about this:
In the course of the divorce proceedings, the court may make an order as to the maintenance of a child. Pursuant to the provisions of the Matrimonial Causes Act, any child below the age of 21 is automatically entitled to a maintenance. However, the maintenance order may be made in favour of a child above 21 years in exceptional circumstances. The maintenance order the court may make include welfare support, education advancement among others.
Meanwhile, an unmarried couple seeking an order of a child maintenance in Nigeria may do so pursuant to the provisions of the Child Rights Act or Child Rights Laws of the various states. The domicile of the parties is not required to institute such action like divorce proceedings, as by virtue of residence in such state will qualify the party to institute such action. A married couple not seeking a divorce, but just the maintenance of the child may institute an action pursuant to the Child Rights Act or Child Rights of a state.
• CONCLUSION It is noteworthy that in the award of custody of a child by a court, the paramount interest of the child is the main key. However, it must be understood that the welfare of a child is not only the material provisions in the house, good clothes, food, air conditioners, television, but it is more of the happiness of the child and his or her psychological development.
Written by Family Law unit of the Resolution Law Firm *********************************
Thus a child who is denied the necessary maintenance can make a formal report to the relevant Law agency to enforce his right. For instance, there are instances where single mother will be unable to get financial assistance from the father of her child, it is usually advisable that a single mother who has found herself in such quagmiretic situation, should take full advantage of the aforementioned section and seek help at the gender section of the police command Ikeja, Lagos, for immediate prosecution **********************************
• CUSTODY OF A CHILD BORN OUTSIDE WEDLOCK Under the Common law, a mother has a right to the custody of an illegitimate child to the exclusion of the natural father of the child. For a father to be awarded custody in such a circumstance under the common law, he must establish that the mother is unfit to look after the child. Under the Customary law, if a woman has a child by a man to whom she is not married, the proper guardian of the child who is entitled to custody is the father of the mother and this is so even if the child has been legitimated by acknowledgement of the father. ****************************
Don't worry, you're welcome |
Family › Re: Can I Fight This Now Or Wait Till The Baby Is Grown? by Nancyama(f): 4:25pm On Dec 23, 2021 |
Op I advice you to wait for the baby to reach certain months when the true resemblance will be revealed. Resemblance of a baby can't be determined at 2 days. So you can't ascertain that the baby is yours at this time considering the fact that she sleeps around. Friends telling you to act now don't mean well for you cus it's too early to start fighting over 2-day old baby. If you're finally convinced that the baby resembles you, politely ask the lady for DNA test. Try as much as possible to avoid fighting with her. Fighting will never solve your problems, instead it'll create more cus by the time she decides to change things for you through the child, she will ruin your entire life, even the money you claim you have will finish, you'll go bankrupt. I doubt you know what is involved in childcare? Billings upon billings. You'll wish to turn the hands of clock. Best thing for your own peace of mind is to let her be. You might be lucky her husband will one day ask for DNA test if God wants to fight for you. And just so you know that no amount of fight will make that child be in your custody. That's the beginning of your loss. You may want to get the best advice from legally divorced men that pay child support, compare your own case that aren't married to the lady. She'll just treat you with excess bitterness. T0T0fucker: good day all,
I really do need your mature opinions on this issue, I'm a young man in my early 30s. due to my personality am the kind of guy that flex alot. night life parties, clubbing and the rest.sometime last year I happened to be at the club, just like any other day..I took a girl home. (one night stand) we had sex and in the morning she left after I sorted her out.
She took my number though and from there we started chatting, due to how we clicked easily.. just like every other guy..I decided turn her to a friend with benefits...from friend with benefits....she started acting all up like a girlfriend. (coming to my house to pass the night and she can decide to leave whenever she wants) during this period, we had consexual sex raw because I was beginning to trust her a little.... that she wasn't really that bad.
Fast forward to the ending March this year, one issue led to another...and she stopped coming to my house...though we still talked sometimes on phone... later I got to know she got hooked with one rich yahoo boy.( which I didn't Care, because me na block on my own)
Next thing I saw on her whatsapp status was her traditional introduction rights, inviting her friends and well wishers, I congratulated her and moved on. after some time I saw her upload a pics of her baby bump.
Na wa o, na so it dey quick, fast forward to yesterday evening she just put to birth... which she also sent on her whatsapp status. retweeting her friends who congratulated her on her status.
Now, I haven't congratulated her yet, this has got me worried.. thinking.... "WHAT IF THIS CHILD IS MINE" I have every reason to believe it's mine.
1) calculating the month we broke up and had sex last to this December she gave birth is like few days pass 9 months.
2) the way she acted on the issue that made her stop coming to my place again... showed she already had this planned out (picked the yahoo boy over me because she knows am not going wife her...due to how we met )
3) the baby she uploaded is quite fair, and I also am fair in complexion. (her man is black)
With this I have every reason to believe that child might be mine.... but am really confused don't know what to do... have been thinking ever since yesterday night.
Can I fight this now or I should wait till the baby is grown?
Moving on when I know I have a child somewhere, my offsprings is not an option.. because I feel scammed already. |
