It just occurred to me that I should have posted photos of pagers (beepers) because some might not know what they are. It's kind of like a machine that receives only text messages. naptu2: Pagers
As I said, those phones were very expensive and only the rich could afford them. Therefore, pagers were introduced into Nigeria. Quite often an executive would have a mobile phone and his personal assistant would have a pager.

Politics › Peter Obi Would Solve Insecurity In One Week - Morris Monye by naptu2(op): 6:24pm On Jun 16, 2025 |
Morris Monye is the Interim Director of Mobilisation for the Obidient Movement. Morris Monye @Morris_Monye There is no way Peter Obi becomes President and insecurity doesn’t end in one week.
No way.
You need someone that cares and stubborn enough to clean the country up regardless of whose ox is gored. (some people in high places are part of the insecurity)
And that’s why PO reminds me of me and why I’m 100% sold to the movement. You may not like me or my methods but it will be done! https://x.com/Morris_Monye/status/1934224504135340099?t=L2SzrY716tlaGj0PMnKEvw&s=19
