This whole thing is not adding up. He arrived the US on April 30 so how did he overstay? Besides, he left voluntarily, according to the article so he wasn't exactly deported.

Wo, make una no confuse person jare
The reason they are confused is because he was arrested by ICE (Immigration, Customs Enforcement).

He was arrested by ICE, but instead of deporting him he voluntarily agreed to leave.

6 and final)

The problem here is that the airport is in the middle of the city and therefore the approach is very steep (in order to avoid the high rise buildings). The runway is also pretty short, but jets are allowed to land here. The approach is so difficult that only the pilot in command is allowed to land planes here and he must have a certain level of experience.

5) This airport is a beach (or should I say this beach is an airport? ). It's a tidal beach and sometimes the runways are underwater. Only STOL propeller planes are allowed to land here.

It is in Scotland.

This is Barra Airport.

4) Maho Beach is right at the beginning of the runway. Some people do the "Jet Blast Challenge". That is, they stand on the beach as a plane is about to land or take off and see if they can resist the force of the jet blast (many people are usually blown away by the jet stream).

Some bars, restaurants and cafe's on the island display the flight schedules, so that tourists and plane spotters can go to the beach to watch the planes as they land and take off.

Unfortunately people have died on this beach. Some people have hit their heads and died after being pushed by the jet blast, while others have been pushed into the sea and drowned.

Saint Marteen is a tiny island in the Caribbeans and part of it is controlled by France and the other part by the Netherlands. This beach is in the Netherlands section of the island.

TravelRe: 6 Unusual Airports From Around The World. by naptu2(op):
3) This runway is longer than the previous runways in this series and jets are allowed to land here, but it's still a pretty short runway and it is unique because a highway cuts right through the runway and cars have to be stopped by a barrier whenever a plane wants to land or take off (like a railway level crossing).

This is Gibraltar Airport.

TravelRe: 6 Unusual Airports From Around The World. by naptu2(op):
2) This is one of the smallest and most dangerous airports in the world. It's the airport that leads to the base camp for people that want to climb Mount Everest. Jets are not allowed to land at the airport, only STOL propeller planes and helicopters.

A pilot said that the most dangerous thing about the airport is not how short the runway is, rather it is the very tall mountains that surround it.

The airport is officially named after Sir Edmund Hillary (the first person to get to the top of Mount Everest) and Tenzing Norgay (his local guide), but it is also known as. . .

Lukla Airport.

1) This is the smallest airport in the world and it has the shortest runway. The runway is actually shorter than the runways on some aircraft carriers. Jets are not allowed to land or take off from this airport, only STOL propeller planes.

This is Saba Airport.

Its official name is the Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport.

(Saba is a small island in the Caribbeans and it is controlled by the Netherlands).

PoliticsRe: President Tinubu Set To Commission International Conference Centre In Abuja by naptu2: 8:33am On Jun 12, 2025
Konquest:
Very succinct.

I remember the 1991 OAU Summit which took place in the FCT just as if it happened yesterday. On the other hand, Nigerians have to develop a strong culture of facilities management in order to minimize the cost of maintenance of public and private infrastructure.
The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, said that they attended the opening of the ECOWAS Parliament at the center last year and the place was in a terrible state. He said that President Tinubu turned to him and asked why the place was like that. It was dirty and in a dilapidated state. President Tinubu told him that the center should represent us, but that it did not represent who we are as Nigerians (President Tinubu later corroborated what Wike said).

Wike said that he apologised to the President and told him to bear with them, that the center would be rehabilitated within a year.

He said that the contract for the maintenance of the center had been given to a politician by previous governments. He revoked the contract, but the politician sued the government.

President Tinubu thanked Wike for completing the job in less than a year. Wike said that he recommended that the center should be named after Tinubu because the renovation was inspired by Tinubu.

Wike declared that henceforth, anybody that wants to use the center must pay for it, because that's the money that will be used to maintain it. President Tinubu echoed his statement.

Once again.

"HoW Do YoU KnoW ThaT They Are ObidIentS"?

Mtschew.

Umar Ibrahim is a prominent Obidient. He even campaigned for Peter Obi on TV. Take note of the part in bold.

Umar Ibrahim @imp213x

I can't remember anytime Tunde Onakoya swore loyalty to opposition in NG, and even if he does, he has every right to rescind it.
He is few amongst us that should be insulated from our politics.

I personally hate the fact that these criticisms are coming mostly from Obidients!
