(CNN) — Donald Trump on Sunday night issued a remarkable threat against Hillary Clinton, telling the Democratic presidential nominee he would seek to imprison her if he was elected next month.
"If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your (missing email) situation," Trump said, "because there has never been so many lies, so much deception."

Clinton responded first by calling Trump's comments about her emails false, then said, "It's just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country."
Trump, as if continuing her sentence, added: "Because you'd be in jail."
After the debate, Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta dismissed the remark, telling CNN's Brianna Keilar that Trump would never get the chance to follow through.
"Fortunately, he's not in charge of the laws of the country and never will be," Podesta said.
Asked about the remarks, Trump campaign chief Kellyanne Conway said the candidate was taking his cues from angry supporters.
"Donald Trump is channeling the frustration of a lot of Americans he hears from," Conway said, adding that the anger stems from what some voters perceive to be "different set of rules for this woman, as goes her emails."
Earlier in the evening, former White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer, a Republican who worked for President George W. Bush, criticized Trump.
"Winning candidates don't threaten to put opponents in jail," he tweeted. "Presidents don't threaten prosecution of individuals. Trump is wrong on this."




But the sharpest attack came from former Attorney General Eric Holder, who compared Trump's threat to actions taken by President Richard Nixon at the height of the Watergate scandal.


Holder was referencing one of the darkest episodes of the Nixon presidency. In what is now commonly referred to as the "Saturday Night Massacre," Nixon ordered his attorney general, Elliot Richardson, to fire the special prosecutor investigating the Watergate burglary.
Richardson resigned rather than follow the President's request. When Deputy Attorney General William Ruckelshaus was asked to do the same, he too refused and left the administration. Nixon ended up outsourcing the deed to Robert Bork, who formally fired special prosecutor Archibald Cox.
News broke on the morning of Sunday, October 21, 1973. Less than a year later, on August 9, 1974, Nixon resigned in disgrace.

I've seen your profile Kalu and it's quite cool. But you need to use capital letters efficiently. You obviously overused them, even in places where only initial caps would have sufficed.
Instead of this "Data Entry and web research specialist for your needs", you may simply type "Data Entry Specialist". Regarding the certifications; you may need to include stuffs (even if it means making them up) that have Global appeal. AN international certificate of participation commands more credibility than a certificate from Aba. You get the drill? This is only if you are comfortable with it.

my category is Admin Support and i have never submitted any proposal outside my skill.

my profile is 100% complete , I have written 3 different test; English spelling 4.9/5(top 20%), Excel 2007 3.9/5(top 20%)
and UK English basic skill 3.10/5 (below average which i decided to hide from my profile).

my proposals are normally tailored to the job description and i go to the extent of bidding below the budget as many clients would say the need freelancer with the lowest bid.

I completed my profile on 15th September which is close to two weeks.


for samples, i don't normally add samples to my proposals because some of the files are confidential data . should i still go ahead and add them?

I tried viewingyour profile but the link won't open. Try answering some of these questions and see how far you go:
1. Are the skills on your profile related? Do you have skills from various categories?
2. Do you write your proposals with acceptable English?
3. Do you bid on jobs related to the skills you flaunt?
4. Do you read the proposals at all? (Some clients want you to start with a phrase or word to show you read the job description)
5. Is your profile complete? (The more stuffs you have there the better)
6. Is your information consistent? (Do you tell them you have 5 years experience in the proposal while your profile says 10 years?)
7. Do you attach samples while submitting proposals?
8. Are your proposed prices reasonable?
9. Do you use the same proposal to apply to all jobs?
10. Is your profile complete?


There are many technicalities to understand while submitting proposals especially as a newbie. However, what helps me get them to act, at least to interview me - which usually converts to a contract - is to make them test me if they doubt my aptitude. Of course, if you don't have enough job history, feed back, impressive Job Success Score and whatnot, they will doubt you.

Let's start from here.
