The good side of it is that we are able to line up two attackers without having to play one on the flanks like we do in a 4-3-3. The players in the midfield are close therefore we are able to move the ball around quite well. The full backs provide width hence we could be very lethal on the attack especially when the four in midfield are attack minded. We could score a lot of goals because Drogba will have a lot of support as opposed to the lone role in a 4-3-3 without good wingers.


The bad thing I have noticed for now is that sometimes the middle feels cramped up and we may have problems similar to what LFS faced against resolute defences . .
Another thing is that I do not think it suits Lampard greatly . . He is closer to goal as he is on top of the diamond . . . he will get goals. . . but he may not have good performances because the middle is stiffled in the prem and Lamps needs space to operate well because he is not tricky with the ball. . .
The role favour Deco more. . .
I haven't noticed any more problems. . the formation is in development though
However, if everything goes pear-shaped, we switch to the 4-3-3 sharpish!

It's not fear, but this move could tip the balance in Citeh's favour and really cause us problems. . . unless of course we sign Hangeland instead.

I thought you said there wasn't a chance of that. . . I was on your thread for hours the other day telling u how Citeh could pose problems if they sign Toure and Lescott. . .
I said if they don't, they will have defensive problems. . . but there's no way they won't. They have the money and they know the problem. They will fill the position, they will have depth which you won't . . like biina said, they aren't in any UEFA competitions and I say they will finish in the top four.
