lol we don't need any data but common sense to know that Ogun is on top 4 most cosmopolitan states in the country. There's no one going to Anambra. Even the Gov Soludo said more than half of the indigenes lives outside the State. The no of ibos in Otta alone is more than the Yorubas in the whole of SE and there are other tribes and nationalities. Yes Anambra has less poverty rate than Ogun but still Ogun has a higher HDI, IGR and more industrialized than the whole of SE.
