I am not a politician but what I think about Tinubu and Osinbajo is this.

Quite agreed Tinubu has an impeccable political structure but some members of his camp have lost confidence in his integrity (and health).
He will do better to nominate a candidate who will replicate his grand master plan for Lagos on the federal level.

Osinbajo unfortunately has no manifesto except to carry on what is being left behind which is not working but I believe he has powerful deities beating the drums for him in the bushes which is why he is dancing.

I think the deities behind Osinbajo can further divide Asiwaju's camp with their might.

Considering the other relevant contestants.
Amaechi I believe is just testing the waters and trying to gather followers who he will transfer to someone else.

Peter Obi, has a grand manifesto, has integrity and is gathering quite a crowd considering the fact that a lot of Nigerians are anxious for a change. However Nigeria is not a state and it may take more than 8 years for his plans to play out and Nigerians (especially those who have been used to quick money) to may attack him and try to derail him if he is not firm and focused.

Atiku has the money but Nigerians are fast migrating from money politics. 500k will only last a few weeks for a normal Nigerian.
Besides his integrity is not 100%.
My advice which I think is what he will do as a smart man is to support a candidate and make sure his party wins.

Wike is just joking. He has absolutely no plans to be president. He just wants to flex muscles with APC. He is actually a calm man who doesn't look for trouble but loves to embrace it.

1.Some of these roadside agents are actually reasonable young men and women.
However in agency some "clients" actually like to waste people's time and money.
Some are on beer income and have champagne appetite. So these agents charge this inspection fee to compensate for the expenses incurred in taking the client round. However I DON'T charge inspection fee and I don't accept any money until your rent is paid. Rather I apply some psychology while discussing with the client on the phone to make sure he/she is serious and ready to pay for the place.
If you are not ready or shift the goalpost more than twice after inspections that is the end of our business deals. Can't be wasting my fuel.
2. As regards the caution deposit, some tenants are actually animals. When they leave your house, you will weep when you see the state of the property which you spent so much to build.
So it is not out of place to ask for a REFUNDABLE deposit. When the tenant moves out, you inspect the house, if it is in a good shape excluding normal wear and tear you should immediately refund the deposit.
In some cases where kids have scrawled on the walls, you may deduct a little to paint the house and refund the rest.
I always refund caution deposit and my ex tenants are on standby to confirm.
Like I said earlier please engage professionals because most of the time they have properties which they manage and they usually have an existing network of fellow professionals to assist you.
