Please refrain from my mentions as you lack basic reading comprehension. Besides Eckankar doesn't need you to defend it cos you're doing a shoddy job and it's doing fine on its own. Ese95: |
I think you should read to comprehend before spitting fire. Ese95: |
Yes, and I didn't leave cos it was occultic, I left because I felt I needed to hear more about living a faith based life than trying to explain every circumstance based on karma. Ese95: |
This is a very uninformed analysis of Eckankar. Hate the bible? Have you even been to a seminar before? People fear what they don't know, get knowledge before you post with confidence next time. Bannylove13: |
Hahaha... Yes he was the only visionary. The people after him SUCK! They suck because they couldn't even bother to continue with the progress he made. Continuity would have ensured success. You say location was an ish? Tinapa was already occupied by several businesses that had commenced operations. It was meant to be a retailer's paradise because the businesses in there were wholesalers. Tmart, and Co. There was also a hotel and leisure spot right there for weary travellers and business people, and there were several flights to take you to Calabar from Lagos or Abuja on a daily basis. Now there's just one. Walmart would have thrived just fine because even with Tmart, the carnival, the university, the marina resort, the delicious food, and the level of hospitality, there was an influx of people into calabar every weekend. Tour operators even created packages for Calabar and made lots of money so what do you really mean by wrong location? If you build what people want, they will come... so I blame the successors because Calabar has deteriorated amidst rising cost of houses, dirty environment, poverty, epileptic power and water supply, and insecurity. quote author=Sam567 post=71324075]I am sorry but Donald Duke is a joke. He is the only visionary and everyone after him is a failure. You built Tinapa in the middle of nowhere and you expect Walmart to come and run the place or open a megastore for it to be successfull. Walmart store for who? People should travel to Tinapa to buy groceries from Walmart Tinapa. Una weldone. Truth is you had a vision but you did not let the vision mature before running with it. Also admit it that Tinapa failed because the vision is in a wrong location. Look at the Shoprite model in Lagos, it is successful because itis accessible. Shopright is not waiting for ikeja people to come to VI to buy groceries, they opened a store in Ikeja, Surulere, Lekki etc. Nobody travels to buy groceries, soif Tinapais designed for Walmart, it failed right in the drawing board. The Tinapa nollywood studio is a great idea and could have worked with proper engagement with nollywood. Liyel tried with EbonyLive but it still failed. My take is dont blame your successors, they were not solely responsible for Tinapa's failure. I visited Tinapa in 2007 and i knew is then it is a great place built in the wrong location.[/quote] |
Someone said he is not moral. Enough to rule followed by a. Picture of vote. Saraki 2019! Dear Mr Duke, I will take your immorality over the morality of any politician in nigeria right now. You didn't go around giving people fish in Calabar, you created a river, packed it full of fish, invited people from all over the world to come see the beautiful river, then allowed the people living in cross river to bake, fry, grill, boil, and even sell fresh fish and fishing bait to these visitors and earn an income. Streets were lighted, it was safe to walk on the streets at 12am, the parks were safe for children, crazy people n beggars were catered to and taken off the streets, business boomed, everyone wanted to visit calabar. I used to hear tales of you stopping by to buy corn on a drive round the town as you inspected projects and kept your ear to the ground to hear the people's challenges. Waterboard flowed producing clean drinkable tap water and sme's sprang up all over and oh my goodness you mobilized an entire state to come out and dance happily mostly without pay to celebrate the yuletide. What a feat. Sadly the state isn't what it used to be and I have given up on the so called youths in this country who will choose ethnicity over performance. But I know that if you could do that for a state, you would definitely turn the tides for this country. |
Chaii, see hype. Thank you Sir, there are many intelligent ladies o, it's just than Naija matter just tire us. EternalTruths: |
Sir, I am not saying that infrastructure is not important, what I am saying is empowerment should be given top priority. Didn't Bill Gates express concern about the little emphasis on human capacity development when he visited? Also if you build the structures, put the power in place, but people cannot afford to buy the welding machine or set up shop, what then happens? We can start with the infrastructure currently in place, but empower people right now to do more and create more wealth for infrastructure. I don't know if you understand the point I'm trying to make. The rice farmers that were empowered by this government, they became millionaires and even raised 56m for the president's nomination form- I mean who knew they could do that? If such empowerment was made available to many, and stipends were collected from the proceeds of such empowerment, don't you think we can build whatever it is we need to build to facilitate greater development? Please don't be offended o, I am just trying to reason this thing out. AZeD1: |
Daejoyoung:I agree that both are important, but I just wanted to point out that human capacity development should be of high importance. HCD without infrastructure can still generate an income albeit slowly, but cool infrastructure without HCD leads to youth redundancy. I'm saying this because there seems to be so much emphasis on infrastructural development (long term projects) and little emphasis on shorter projects (human capacity development) now and it is worrisome. |
Daejoyoung:Please Sir I beg to differ. While good infrastructure can catalyze economic growth, it doesn't create it. Training, people, and money (empowerment) can generate the funds we need to even fund infrastructure. Before the roads and light n rails came, people trained and traded and from those monies, they were able to get themselves niceties, and equip themselves with better infrastructure for bountiful trade. I think if we train and empower people, we can get monies via trade and taxation to develop our infrastructure. Pls don't be angry o, I know nairaland is filled with hot tempered people now. |

africanman85:Hi, the thread is about getting winning products for your importation business and I'd like to keep it that way. However, to answer your question, I would suggest you set rules for your business. Choose convenient locations to carry out your business. That is if you live in Lagos then sell and deliver to Lagos residents. If you are selling to residents outside where you live, then you should have a reliable logistics company that can warehouse and deliver your goods per order. If you live in Lagos but wish to sell to people outside Lagos and you don't have a reliable logistics company, practice PAY BEFORE SERVICE. And if the customer in a different state doesn't want to pay before service, please DO NOT SELL. These are my suggestions based on my experiences of course. If you find other ways to go about it, please enlighten me as well. |
Justy100:Hello Justi, if for some reason you cannot see the link in my signature, please visit my profile, it's right there. Click to join. |
Very informative. Dropshipping is a very viable business if you have the right products to sell and you know the right people to sell it to. Join the telegram group in my signature to get a daily list of winning products for your store. |
Benefits of Product Data The difference between success and failure, broke and having, lucky and unlucky in business, is knowledge. The Product Data for each product will; 1. Provide social proof – The reviews and feedbacks from AliExpress, Amazon and Ebay as contained within will empower you to answer questions your Facebook Ads will generate. Questions that can lead to sales. The more knowledgeable you are, the more trusted you will be and trust generates sales. 2. Capture and Engage your customer’s interest – Ad copy and product videos that have generated serious user engagement is provided for you in the product data. With this you can grab your audience’s attention to the solution you are providing. Make no mistake, Video SELLS products and if you want to sell, this feature is important. 3. Target and generate sales on Facebook – Steps 1 and 2 are great but without this step, your efforts are wasted and so is your time and money. The worst thing you can do to yourself is target generally. It’s like throwing your money into a strong wind and expecting to pick it all back up. Knowing who to target on Facebook guarantees you sales after sales, weekly, monthly or however you want it. You set the pace. Some people target and make six figures, others target and hear crickets… what type of targeting results are you looking at? |
Justy100:Hi please check my signature. |
Monday is almost here, have you joined the group? Winning products coming right up. ![]() |
africanman85:You're welcome bro |
africanman85:Unlike Amazon and the likes, Jumia and Konga are not exactly open about displaying bestselling items on their site. However they release a bestseller list annually? (I'm not really sure about the frequency) but you will have to sign-up for their newsletter to catch this. Another way is to look at the ''recommended for you'' category on the home page. The product offerings here are few, but from my previous experience with a large e-commerce organization, frequently sold products are normally displayed in this category. And my third and final suggestion will be to do what I call ''Category Drilling.'' You have to select a niche and drill down to the products in that niche. You will know best selling products by the number of sales and positive reviews on each product. Have a great Sunday. |
WHAT NEXT? So here’s how this works, I will be uploading winning products in the telegram group almost daily. For those of you that are DIY-ers, if you find a product that interests you, you can go ahead and do your research, get videos, ads, target audiences, etc… consider my daily product uploads my gift to you. However, if you want to save yourself all that time spent researching, and speed up the time it takes you to put out a new product, just select the 2 products you want, and send me a direct message, and I will provide all the accompanying data for that product for a token (Don't worry, it won't dent your pockets at all). WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE? If you answer YES to any of the questions below, then you need this service; • I’m always thinking of what products will make sales. • I am yet to start my importation business because I don’t know what to import. • I bought some products, and I have only had a few orders in the past one month. • I gave up on mini-importation when my products weren’t moving. • I would like to save myself all this stress of finding products, setting up ads and finding people to sell to online. • I am thinking of starting a drop-shipping business but I don’t want to waste my money. • I want to become an amazon affiliate, but I don’t know how to promote the products. • I’ve always thought of becoming a Konga or Jumia affiliate but not sure how to drive traffic to the products. The possibilities are endless. So once again, here’s all the data that is accessible to you; 1. Winning Product – Almost daily, & free. 2. Product data including Profit, Analytics, Engagement, Links to suppliers, Facebook Ad copy, Product Video, and Facebook Targeting. (Attracts a small fee) 3. Customized video + An Order Form (If you don’t want to use a sales page). (Attracts a fee). 4. Your very own done & hosted-for-you sales page (Coming soon). To start accessing winning product data, click the link in my signature to join the telegram group. I will commence uploading winning products on Monday – June 4th. If you have any questions, please drop a comment and I will respond ASAP. Cheers to our success. |
africanman85:You can use method 1 to monitor Ads on Facebook that is shown on your timeline, or look out for Konga and Jumia bestsellers but I don't thin you want to go that route. Let me address your perception. I thought the same as well initially, but then I realized that it is people you are selling to and people have problems that need resolving, people love fancy things, and people like to imitate what other people are using whether they are in the US, UK or Nigeria. For example, people abroad have pimples/acne and people in Nigeria have the same, people abroad love handbags and dresses and so do Nigerians, people abroad have beards they groom, and so do Nigerians. Do you see where I am going with this? As an importer, you even need to introduce newer, more effective solutions to your audience rather than constantly dwelling on the old. The caliber of people you want to market to that can give you a profit, are people who want what the abroad people are using (excuse my grammar). All the slim teas, creams, dresses, handbags, rechargeable juicer, handheld sewing machine, are solutions that were created and used by people abroad first, before one enlightened importer decided to bring it to the Nigerian market and they have generated millions. So much so that a lot of people jumped into importing those items as well. But it can never be like the first few people who imported it. So you don't want to limit yourself to what is selling, that is cool and you can find that by monitoring your Facebook timeline, or looking for best sellers on Jumia and Konga, but you also want to get your own winning product, be among the first to introduce it and collect the dough. That's what winning importers do, and I hope this makes sense to you. |
DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW POWERFUL THIS IS? YOU CAN: 1. Use it to make informed buying decisions and save money on products that won’t sell. 2. Use the targeting information within to double, triple, even quadruple your mini-importation earnings monthly. 3. Use it to drive traffic to your dropshipping store – for those that are into dropshipping to countries like US, UK, etc… 4. Use this to increase income as an Amazon affiliate by promoting the products I will be uploading or similar products to these audiences in The United States, UK, India, Australia, Israel, etc… 5. Build yourself a list of willing shoppers that you can always sell to, and you can rent out to other sellers for cash. 6. You can even use the targeting information in here to sell products you previously purchased that weren’t selling. 7. And you can save save save on research time, and advertisement money. Let me pause here for now till I see more reactions... |
More While there are links to verify these data, I am not too sure what the rules of nairaland are about putting links in post in the business section? So for the full data, you can join the telegram group - link in bio, and I will upload a Word version containing all relevant links for verification

Here're more data for the Car Scratch Fix-It Pen
|
I’m sure by now you are wondering what kind of data I’m talking about? If it would really be useful to you? Well here’s an example of the kind of data I’m talking about. I’ll load this up here and let you decide:
|
Now the second and I believe most effective of the two ways is; • Using tools to hunt down winning products on other established stores: (Thank you technology!) There are a number of tools I use to find products that are already selling well on major foreign stores. These tools help to acquire the data for winning products which include: Profit, Analytics, Engagement, Links, Facebook Ad copy, Product Video, and Facebook Targeting. Some of the tools you can use are Intellygence Chrome Extension, Commerce Inspector, etc… With this method, you completely save money and time as the data you get access to can take you from 0 sales in months, to multiple sales weekly. It is so simplified that all you have to do is choose a winning product, get the data, prepare your promotions, get the product from suppliers, set your prices, and then target your audience on Facebook like the pro you will become. Remember earlier I said you needed 3 things to really become a successful mini-importer? While we’ve already talked about the possibility of products, where you also need to focus on is your audience – the buyers. Luckily for you, these two approaches take care of that. As a matter of fact, these approaches will give your business such a boost, you’ll wish you started using this long ago, saving yourself a ton of time, money, and headaches! Now while the two methods of spying on your competition are the most effective I have ever come across, I have to tell you there are some barriers to entry such as cost of acquiring access to the tools in option 2, and time spent visiting Facebook daily to monitor ads in option 1. And this is where I come in. I have in my grasp, access to four of the best spy tools in the industry which I use to get comprehensive data to run my importation business successfully and I can provide that product data to you as well. Check out the Incredible Information I can make accessible to you. 1. Winning Product – I will provide winning products across various categories for you to decide on whatever Niche you want to explore. Understand that all the products that will be listed are top-selling in the US, UK, Australia, India, Dublin, etc... and will have no problems selling in Nigeria. 2. Product Data – This includes; Profit, Analytics, Engagement, Links to suppliers, Facebook Ad copy, Product Video, and Facebook Targeting. 3. Customized Video and Order Form – You can get your own customized video complete with your call to action, and an order form which is a neat way of collecting customer data for processing, storing and future marketing purposes. This is a must have if you aren’t using sales pages and are serious about exploring every avenue to make money with mini-importation. SWEET ISN’T IT? I welcome any comments or questions on the topic so far. |
If this is making sense to you, drop a comment below so I can continue. ![]() |
