3. Nigerian Army Manual of Drill and Ceremonial
4. Nigerian Army Regulations

Here are general guidelines on disarming a soldier in the Nigerian Army:

*Reasons for Disarmament:*

1. Discipline: Failure to obey orders, misconduct, or breach of army regulations.
2. Medical reasons: Mental or physical incapacitation.
3. Security risks: Compromised loyalty, suspected espionage, or terrorism.
4. Administrative: End of service, retirement, or transfer.

*Procedure for Disarmament:*

1. Order from a superior officer: A commanding officer or authorized personnel issues a written order for disarmament.
2. Notification: The soldier is informed of the reason for disarmament and the procedure.
3. Search and seizure: The soldier's weapon(s) and ammunition are confiscated.
4. Inventory: The confiscated items are recorded and stored securely.
5. Temporary or permanent disarmament: Depending on the reason, the soldier may be temporarily or permanently disarmed.

*Disarmament Protocols:*

1. Voluntary surrender: The soldier willingly hands over their weapon(s).
2. Controlled disarmament: Trained personnel disarm the soldier in a controlled environment.
3. Forced disarmament: Used as a last resort, with necessary force, to prevent harm to self or others.

*Post-Disarmament Actions:*

1. Investigation: The incident is investigated to determine the circumstances.
2. Disciplinary action: Administrative or judicial action is taken against the soldier.
3. Medical evaluation: If necessary, the soldier undergoes medical assessment.
4. Reassignment or separation: The soldier may be reassigned or separated from service.

*Important Notes:*

1. Disarmament procedures may vary depending on the specific circumstances.
2. Only authorized personnel should perform disarmament.

CrimeSee What Policemen Did To My Dad In Aba by NBM7(op): 8:08pm On Aug 29, 2017
good evening all,
seeing that this forum has done so much in bringing our public officials and companies to their senses when they go about doing the wrong thing, so i want to bring this issue to this place with the hope that it will reach the right office ( you never know who is online)

so i got a call today from my mum telling me that my dad has an issue with the police, on getting to to our family house i asked my dad what the issue was, he narrated the following.....

he (my dad) was contracted by a certain community to supply electrical materials ( bell conductor wires, D irons etc) for the installation of the community electricity, so he (dad) went to the market and bought all the things and was issued a receipt after he made payment..... while transporting these materials they were stopped by policemen along opobo road, ogbor hill Aba,

the policemen where from 7up axis (dragon squad was boldly written on the car) they (policemen) said the goods were contraband, my dad tried to explain to them that the good were sold in the open market and was not in anyway listed as contraband goods, they demanded for the receipts, which he showed them..... they then proceeded to seize both the goods and the reciepts .....while taking both my dad and the driver to their station .......though my dad has been released with the driver and the car, but they (police men) still has the goods........... i dont know if this is right, but definitely this may lead to extortion........ so i need advice on how to go about this issue.....

NB: this happened in Aba Abia state, and the policemen are from 7up dragon squad as the call them selves

A thread on the front page that shows that Aisha Buhari's Wrist watch cost £34,500 is a scam, lie from the pit of hell & this is very annoying that SaTANoids don't have anything tangible to say but to bank on propagandas a game they played till they lost the last election to APC. It's quite unfortunate that they haven't learnt from the last election that propaganda is not a wise & reasonable way of playing opposition & winning the heart of the people. From what I'm seeing, PDP may never attain the apex position AGAIN in Nigeria if they play politics filled with bitterness and propaganda. The wrist watch that the SaTANoids says it's £34,500 actually cost $129 @ http://www.kowatches.co/cartier-baignoire-folle-manual-watch-wb520034-watch-5403.html

SaTANoids please get a life
why not create a thread for that mr? You are derailing this thread
