You are the one who is ignorant. This is the contract to Sierra Nevada for new planes. If you understand commercial procedure and you have some IQ, you will notice they are even waiving some contracting steps just to fast forward it. Look at the contract sum, it is lower than the money Nigeria paid so there are subsystems coming from other companies for the planes that are not made by the main contractor, Sierra Nevada.
2024 is contract completion. Why it is not within your scope of understanding that there can be interim deliveries before this time of used or new planes i don't understand?.
