INEC has declared the winner already so Festus Okoye was right with his response. Anyway the matter is in court already, we shall see to it if INEC decision is right or wrong

Don't be too quick to respond. This event happened before election. The chairman would have addressed it when the issue was raised but they down played it. But now after election the matter is up for contention
