I have a particular inlaw we are very close, he studied oil and gas engineering in Ukraine but since almost 3 years he came back to nigeria, he has not used the certificate to work and he has tried but all his efforts is not yielding any fruit. More or less he is jobless because the one he is doing now is below his level.
