@densel and @nedu2000 must have been my seniors or something. I googled Festus Idisi and I found this thread. I couldn't find him on social media. That dude was charismatic. BGS is not only a day school, they still have boarding facilities but is now a shadow of itself. I was sad.

The problem as to why people have an apathy for paying tax is simply because we don't believe it monies are going to be used judiciously instead to govt officials who'll only use to money to flaunt their houses,cars,investments and in oshiomole's case,his wife,at our faces.
Simply put....potential tax-payers don't think you'll be accountable,we don't trust you!!simple
