In actual fact,it is the polar opposite.
The people in akwa ibom are suffering even more than others.
They can smell the money,but it is not getting anywhere near their pocket .
Sure there are a few good roads here and there,but the common man's situation is no different from other parts of the country.in many cases,even worse.
