drakeskull: The first contact should be ebay, goto their resolution center, look for the link that deals with account suspension then you should see a call "now" button. when u click it, it will give u a unique code which u have to input when u call them or better still, call them on +18665403229. When they pick your call, the will ask for your username and the address u used in registering on ebay. Explain your ordeal to the agent and request the agent to direct you to a paypal representative. You should ensure you ask for paypal direct line from paypal rep so u can contact them directly.

Opening a dispute right from your paypal dashboard would save u stress. Just logon to paypal, click on the transaction you wanna open a dispute for, then proceed from there requesting for a cancellation from the merchant.

uzuz: l think maybe ebay didnt accept you because they saw that you are ordering from Nigeria. l am not sure if it works in Nigeria, the day my sister signed into my ebay from Nigeria, they blocked it instantly and l had to call them to fix it. You should try and call them but then which ebay was that? Ebay USA or Ebay UK..? Because if it is ebay.com, then you must call the USA office, one is that you need to let them know you have already paid for those items and given that ebay also owns paypal, if they do not want the transaction to carry on, then they should refund your money.

tonjeola: check the mail sent to when u 1st signed up, copy the email address and use it to reply them, state the reasons u contacted the 1st seller. maybe ebay thought u are requesting for personal contact of the seller or the way u address the seller, prompt him/her (seller) to report u to ebay.
