HELLO EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE! please I need you guys advice on this matter. On Friday last week ( 10th March), I lost my phone. I felt bad about that; the contacts, the phone, and the calls I suppose to make within that weekend hurt me a lot. The person that took the phone caused more harm to me emotional and otherwise. Within the weekend the phone is either ON or OFF, when the phone is ON nobody respond to calls that goes to it, if the calls continues the person will switch off the phone, within a short period the person will ON it again. I just wish the weekend to swift away so that I can retrieve my number back. On Monday I couldn't get my number back due to the engagement of the day, on Tuesday early morning I wanted to do some transaction through mobile app with my other phone, behold some money has gone out of my account. I contacted my bank customer service immediately they told me that I did a mobile top up with my phone number and BVN code to 4 different numbers.I explained what really happened to my phone and they seek my permission to restrict access to my account till I retrieve my number and other things, currently my account is under restriction. Later same day my bank customer service centre called me and give details to the 4 numbers ( include names of the owners), I identified two and they are living in the same street I lost my phone,one even owned a shop there. I really want to take a legal action but I don't trust our men in 'black', I don't want a situation whereby I will spend more money inline with my lost phone, sim, and money from my account. Please I need you guys advice. Thanks |

ogb5: No tracking number usually means nothing was shipped. Some sellers have a way of tricking you to wait so that the time allowed to file a dispute elapses.I used buy it now option, I did not win any bid. |

drakeskull: Usually, international order goes like that. I once purchased an item via amazon, the seller shipped from china. To be true to you, there was no tracking number but still got my item after like 25 days. You have two choices, go with paypal or wait. The seller is scared ebay might suspend him if you leave feedback or continue with the dispute. Your delivery will take days. Follow ur heart, paypal dispute or wait. But you shouldnt have revealed to him you were suspended in the first place.Thanks alot, but is there any thing wrong revealing to him about the suspension? |
I open paypal,ebay account and linking my card to paypal account. On 5 July, I bought Android Tablet from ebay seller who based in Thailand, on 7th July, I bought 600pcs colourful rainbow rubber loom band from ebay seller who based in China, on 8th July, I bought another Android Tablet from ebay seller who based in London. From my ebay and paypal account indicate that all these items were shipped. The seller from China sent me track number. I sent a request to the first seller via ebay, to send me track number. Within some minute ebay sent me indefinite suspension message and cancellation of all my transaction. The reason they give was that my recent activity has raised serious security concern. I was confused, the following week I saw a thread on nairaland that discuss on paypal dispute. I decide to open a dispute to get my money back. I open a dispute against the three sellers I bought items from, two respond immediately, they also sent me track number to track my item, which I did both items are in Nigeria now though it haven't get to me. But that's the respond I go from the tracking code. One is already in post office in my State, the other one still in Lagos. The first person I bought item from whom my message to, led to my suspension did not respond to me. He did not sent track number. He only respond to me because I threat to escalate the dispute. The followings are our conversation so far. I don't know if this seller is trying to play smart. From Buyer - ************7/16/2014 08:51 PDT I bought this item from you; 8GB Multi-Color 7" Tablet PC Android 4.2 Dual Core Dual Camera A23 1.5GHz 512M a ( item: 111364059401 transaction: 1234809184001 ) on 5th July, 2014. I sent you a message the following week, requesting track number to track the item, I don't know what happen along I got indefinite suspension and cancellation of the transaction which I have already paid for.
