Hello guys. Please i have a pure water company that has "sort of" crashed due to poor management and health issues. The factory has all the latest equipment for it to run smoothly but the unfortunate happened. How do i kick start the business to life again and how do i avoid another managerial problem.

yeah the problem was that the person who was managing the company for me didnt have good management skills and experience. He is my relative thats why i hired him but it turned out he couldn't handle the job.
