This certificate is not a strategy that pdp is using. It's one of the things that qualifies u to contest for any post and since Buhari does not have it, he is then not qualified to contest.

It's a very big shame dat a presidential candidate does not have a simple WAEC qualification. Honestly speaking to me it's a shame that Nigeria is accepting WAEC as d least qualification hereby not encouraging people to futher dere education and be learned.
