My husband and I used an immigration lawyer to apply after I carefully read through from thread one to end. We filled in on 5/12/18 did upfront medical and biometrics request 12/12/18. Hey guys. I have been following this thread for sometime and have benefitted from gurus and information here. Pls I need advise on my application.
I recently applied for a visa. However I got an Immis57 natural justice mail that my employer could not be verified. I work at a private lab in Lagos state. I approached my boss and he told me he was not actually registered yet with the medical lab council of Nigeria so I cannot even reply the natural justice cos its true. I was so mad at him that I quit my job immediately. I told my agent and I was adviced to withdraw the application to avoid a 3 year ban. I am just demoralized after spending time and money on this. Will I be able to reapply if I withdraw without consequences. I am supposed to resume this september. Will dibp inform my uni cos I intend to deffer to next year and den reapply. Pls i need advise. Thanks
