Run! Run! Run its all scam! Pls don't say I didn't tell you. DANGOTEONE: Good day to everyone reading this post. Please, can a Nigerian be granted Two(2) Or Four(4) Years Canadian Working Visa? Just met an agent who told me he can procure a two(2) or four(4) Years Canadian Working Visa for me for a fee? Besides, are there opportunities for a Primary Six(6) School Leaving Certificate Holder in Canada for my friend who is a cab driver? |

101 times that CIC send this to anyone, they would have made their findings about the fraudulent documents submitted and things like this is why other genuine applicants have been here 7/8/9/10 months no approval and processing time for Nigerians increasing per second and that of Indians reducing. Na wah sha! holart92: I got this mail few days ago from CIC,
I have reviewed your application and documents you submitted in its support. Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act.
I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, which states:
16(1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.
In the current application package, you submitted a bank statement purportedly issued by Zenith Bank that has been determined to be fraudulent
Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years according to section 40(2)(a):
40(1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation (a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act
40(2) The following provisions govern subsection (1): (a) the permanent resident or the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1) or, in the case of determination in Canada, the date the removal order is enforced.
I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to this information. I will afford you fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter to make any representations in this regard. Please use the address noted on this letter for all correspondence, and clearly indicate your file number. If you do not respond to this request within the time outlined above, your application will be assessed based on the information available, which will likely result in a refusal.
Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.
Please experts in the house, advice me on what to do. Im confused seeing this email..... My fear now is hope JAILING is not applicable Sha |

I am also an applicant of SOWP. When I applied I sire attached my payslips and SOA cos I feel this would give the VO indebt knowledge and confirmation that I am working and my financial capability. Cos I believe that in SOWP the person being weighed now is the in view worker. My tots though,d guru's in house can say better. ihnomechengr: Thanks for the update. I can see your wife didn't submit any bank statement or pay slips?
My wife is currently a PR and working but I want to submit a SOWP considering the long processing time it takes for PR sponsorship.
Will I need to submit bank statement/pay slips as well? I can't see anything on bank statement/pay slips on the document checklist.
Lastly, is it advisable to submit medicals with my SOWP application (Online).
I will appreciate any response from anyone, thanks guys!!! |

A school that does not have a DLI simply means you are not eligible for POST GRADUATE WORK PERMIT upon graduation, that is of you are given the visa.bless up Frankrobbn1: Why will you apply to a school that doesn't have a DLI which automatically is ineligible to host international students? I know very well that theological schools in Canada do have a DLI. At this point you can't link your application online considering that your school doesn't have any. Place your focus on your email and spams messages for further correspondence from IRCC regarding your application. |

He can work on his taxes and attach the receipts as evidence of payment.Advice from a tax professionals point of view. Blema111: Proof of tax payment comes in form of a tax clearance certificate and it’s only when you have paid companies income tax that you would be given. So there’s nothing to show proof because he didn’t pay. For it to be waived, hmmmm. |

The date on that CAC certificate, will show clearly that you registered it for this purpose and also make it known that the coy ain't running. My personal opinion from a businessman and tax expert point of view. Qudkom: Is the business up and running? Or do you just need it to prove that you have a "Registered business" because ideally it is irrelevant if you don't have a company account, tax receipts etc. Simply scanning your CAC certificate doesn't really tell the story of your finances. |

Thanks alot |

Let's reason together! That accommodation Ayoola03: Hi guys! Kudos to everyone for keeping up with the flow on this thread. I am actually an old follower and all the names seems new tho' except mccobex lol
Back to the main point, anyone coming to Western University or Fanshawe College this fall or winter 2020? I will be finishing my program this summer and would like to give my room out to anyone who will be interested because I am leaving London to the GTA (2 rooms should be available but am sure of mine for now). The house is the cheapest so far in London Ontario considering the skyrocket increase in rent lately. The house is a 5 bedroom penthouse ( also known as Nigerian Villa cos for the past 6years, Nigerians living here has always been passing the house to other nigerians like am doing), the house is 3min walk to the bus stop, 6mins 1 bus ride to western and 10min ride to fanshawe college and also close to grocery stores, shoppers drug mart and restuarants. The room is spacious and located downstairs, you will have a bathroom to yourself and only get to share the kitchen and the common area with other tenants who are also Nigerians. The rent is only $300 per month, you have the freedom to everything as the landlord is a carefree type who doesnt come to disturb at all and also, you don't need to commit yourself into signing any long term lease because its month-to-month payment type which gives you a great opportunity to leave at anytime if you wish to.
The most important thing to keep.in mind when coming to Canada is to avoid going for too expensive houses even when you feel you have the money, the bills will still shake you , it is very easy to spend here but the inflow to replenish the spent money do appears to be very slow. In my own opinion, maximum of $550 per month is fine because you wont know the impact until you start paying and as we all know, no story at all when it comes to paying rents in Canada, you must pay your rent every 1st of a new month but when you go for less expensive houses, you will be able to safe more and work less to meet up with your bills, unless you are coming as married couples. I was indeed able to save more because of my low rent. Savings should be taken seriously as a student especially if your program doesnt permit you to do part time jobs due to the tight schedule, you will always have something to fall back at when you finish school and before you get a sustainable (menial) job because finding a professional job after graduation doesnt come immediately so you have to get prepared.
Anyone who is interested can PM me so as to talk to my landlord to reserve the room(s) for you. More TRV approval testimonies this week by his grace is my prayer for everyone. Merci |

My dear it is doable my husband is currently studying in a college in Canada and his visa was approved he will turn 49 by November. String SOP is key. And I love your fighting spirit of picking it up again for the kids. God bless you loads livepluslife: Thank you so much. I know there's no heaven on Earth. I can't put everything about me on public space. I want to children to have access to quality health care because of their family health history, secondly I want them to be where they can have the opportunity to excel based on merit not on who you know. For me I need to be happy and be me, not minding people's expectations of me. Loosing a spouse raises lots of eye brow. Pls no hard feelings everyone. Thank you for your thoughts. But I want to leave Nigeria pls I need your help. |
