Pearl1910, I suggest you avoid trying to prove anything to anyone anymore on this thread; it will only invite more criticism and negativity.

You can't change the hate some people carry inside their heart,it follows them like a shadow, like body odour.

Stay focused on your journey, achieve your goals quietly without plenty shalaye.

Where is the evidence to back the fuel usage, no 1 is saying you can't gross 100k+ infact, if I want to do 200k in a day, it's achievable, nah just my body go hear am coz it will require much working hours...

The argument is, you can't use that fuel amount to get that gross earnings...

30k fuel is 27litres, how many hours and km will 27litres cover, or do you also believe a car will run around from morning(6am) till night(8pm) and only consume 27litres of fuel?, and if you look at the time on the screenshot, it shows 11:20pm pretty sure that's when he stopped working, does it mean he used 27litres from morning till that hour?

make person dey overwork himself just to prove a point, it's funny tbh....
But jackonpantsonfire bin say u can't gross that in a month talkess of one week then now one day lipsrsealed lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

Besides all these fuel argument sud rest. Me I dont ask as I don't care. How many business can gross this in a day is d argument with all the ehailing is dead people. Even if fuel is 100k sef

Ghost1994:
Hi Brothers and sisters on this forum… I believe everyone’s good…

Well, here’s your small boy again Ghost1994 and below is my advice to “we” hustlers/Pilot/Drivers etc…

This season is drivers season where you can plan your life again and again.

I don’t know how it’s work now but due to my years of experience as a driver I can still drop one or two experiences that helped me out.

1. Try as much as possible to set a good target for yourself example;

A. I used to set my target back then 5K I must have it at hand and 5K in bank, 3k to drop at home for wifey and 3.5K to start work in morning. Well my most important target back then was 5K cash 3k wifey and 3.5 for fuel… ⛽️

B. I make sure I use bolt/uber bonuses to clear off my accumulated bills at least 30% of the dual bonuses

C. I set one day Thursday as off day regardless of anything I make sure I use the day only to check my car and be with family. Although, reason why I set the day was that Thursday use to be very dull for me.

2. I listen to my car 🚘… well, she’s my second wife that brings the food to the table. Any small noise, I don carry Bluetooth scan to check error codes and be fine.

A. I have different mechanic 🧑‍🔧 for my car
B. I don’t fix my major job I.E. engine overhaul or gear overhaul in Lagos
C. Lagos mechanic I used to have are good for shocks, brake pad change and lower arms.
D. I don’t listen to Kazeem that’ll tell me to remove thermostat or bypass wire instead of changing fuse
E. I go on YouTube to understand more about my car I drive and potential problem it’s could give after some mileage

3. I start and close early… well, they say bad things happens during the dark

A. I used to live on the mainland and whatever I am doing or wherever I might be, once my closing alarm rang by 8-8.30 I’m finding a trip home or finding my way home alone/pick passenger on the way.
B. I don’t believe in specific areas at some period of time… Ikeja and environs used to be dull during 10-12pm I don’t need to be their I won’t even accept trip their unless the trip is bring me from island

4. I don’t believe in party or club

A. I cut down all the bs parties and clubs because I’ll spend money not that I’m earning anything in club or party 🎉
B. I cut down friends that’ll tell me to chill at beer parlor instead of choosing to learn skill
C. I created a small circle of friend (1) original from day one

5. I learn course online during my off day and free day

A. Coursera, Udemy and Allison are good even you can download and start learning something that’ll help you in growth.
B. While waiting for trips, I’ll be on coursera reading my course while waiting for trip on other phone.

6. I pray alone
A. I don’t believe in church or mosque (I’m not weird) I believe in humanity than bs religion
B. My wife’s xtian and I respect her religion and support her with everything but I don’t belong to one.

7. I never believe in Nigeria will be better I plans my japa from the beginning and working hard on it.

The above point (7) is the major reason I’m writing these epistle to this platform…

Why you need to use these method and save for next year japa is because it’ll do you allot good.

We have more than 170+ countries in the world 🌍 don’t revolve your life applications in USA 🇺🇸 Canada 🇨🇦 Australia 🇦🇺 and UK 🇬🇧.

Brother and sister try other country work permit we have many embassies in Nigeria please don’t limit yourself go online and read allot about flourishing country you can start from scratch.

European Union have more than 15 countries please 🙏 do yourself good by going to their recruitment website use translator and do something better instead of unnecessary argument about earnings.

I am currently in a country with few blacks and trust me, I never regretted it. I left Nigeria 2 years and 3 months ago and the blessings I can count is more than 10years of staying in Naija doing jamajama.

I’m a full time German automobile mechanic now. In less down 2 years I learned it because they gave room for easy growing.

The uber car I sold coming here, I bought more than that after 8month of living here.

I never build my house but then the project is going on the land.

I have personal car here vw Passat 2017

Brothers and sisters I’m not proud or humiliating my colleagues and hustlers here because it’s a faceless forum anyways but I’m typing these to someone to motivate them.

I was in Naija for 15 days vacations in July I felt so bad that I couldn’t explained what people are going through I had to reschedule my ticket 🎫 back. Because I couldn’t bear the spendings anymore. I was supposed to spend 1 month but I couldn’t cope anymore I felt Nigeria is not my home anymore

Nigeria system is design to kill dreams please 🙏 try and check other countries

Learn other languages too and apply for assistant teacher with a small certificate in Allison course to back it up

If you can read this, definitely you can start something early.

I love y’all

Ghost1994
My brother thank you for this piece. Pls can I reach out to you personally. Like personal email etc. Ave saved some cash and tried severally to japka Tru Canada. Paid fees etc but was denied twice. I wanna try other places like Germany Netherlands etcI have documents to show my previous efforts.

I'll await ur response

Tanx.

Let's not look at this particular trip
Let's make reference to the time spent compared to the money received.

If he had picked other trips of shorter length on indrive, he would have made beyond the 18k. Which I'm so sure of.
Haaa na this trip we dey analyze naa. Ok but If he had picked other short trips on in drive and someone else picked short trips also for the same amount of time of labour, the uber app will fetch u more money. I can almost tell u that same trip if it where to be Uber would prolly end up being around 28k or so. Uber is built different abeg dey deserve dem 🌺

I WILL CONTINUE TO PAY MY TITHE BECAUSE I WANT TO SEE CHRIST GOSPEL PROPELED BY MY GIVINGS.

Good one. May be when you try it,you can actually determine which is better. But the bottom line about these ehailing apps is, none is better than the other. If you have access to the 3 apps, you have to know when to switch. There are atimes that you will hate the sound of Indriver whenever Bolt opens the tomatoes border. And there are some 'locations' you will have to put off your Bolt app and stay with indriver or Uber. But Uber likely frustrate you with long pick up and some of their rules is way too stringent for a country like Nigeria. Only bolt understand that Nigeria is partly country/Zoo grin... However , the grand rules still remains, do what works for you. Or whichever you mastered. Glithromix has eaten indriver vegetable concussion, he refused to leave. Nonetheless, "No loyalty in this ehailing" business, (Felicity001, 87BC.)
My brother all in all Uber for president. App kept its standards regardless of happenings in Nigeria. Even you as a driver will feel loved by d app sef grin

For those of you still driving let me guve you a few advise.

If you car don't have a catalyst, try get an original one installed back into it not minding the cost, this is not the time to drive around without a catalyst in your car.

The roads have fewer cars these days than it used to have many months ago, so this is the time you may want to drive and earn big, just make sure you have a road worthy car even though the body is not that good just make sure the engine, gear and your tyres are in a topnotch condition.

Now is not the time to drive with winter or spike or deflated tyres, all these things have a factor on your mpg, make sure they're all in good shape.

Get cars with 1.4l, 1.6l, 1.8l or 2.0l engine. Work smart, drive smart and make every km drive count.

Dont skip breakfast, if you're observing spiritual sections stay at home.
A healthy and well fed driver is hard distracted when behind the wheel.

Among all things, pray and play the best genre of music that makes your soul happy.

Good luck in your hustle.
Great advise bro esp on that catalyst infact I was telling a friend that I'll rather buy follow come catalyst instead of the cng thing. And that infact I believe with a follow come catalyst u will do better with fuel conservation

Anyone's financial positions is not even an issue. It is how they make judgements without substance that is quite funny. Firstly

1) The Bolt driver did not file any case in court. He recorded what happened and posted it online. It went viral and prompted the Police and NASS to start investigations. Maybe I am wrong, but no court case is acknowledged for this

2) The investigations will most likely lead to sanctions for the lawmaker, not necessarily to compensate the driver. He will most likely be suspended or any other stuff. That's where the investigation will lead to.

In a country filled with injustice, and God shows you mercy to see 5 million to collect, how can someone say he could have made more?

ENSSARS victims that were brutalised, how much dem collect, after waiting years?

Police have shot people innocently and officers dismissed. How much dem pay the victims?

Thank God that Uber guy is not on this thread. Otedolas here would have advised him to reject 5 million, and wait for 15 years later to collect 10 million.

My brother I'm just so weak at the level of minds that comment on this thread. See. I used to earn 3.5m per annum in Skye Bank 2014. After doing training school at Onireke Ibadan in 2013 skye Graduate Intensive Training SGIT after 6 months and confirmation I started earning and with quarterly 13thmonth etc 350k per month. Now a bag of rice then was less than 12k. At that level I should be earning like 2.5m in present day by the standard of inflation in 2014 cause then I have recall my house rent was 300k. I would usually wait for one quarterly and pay rent.

Here we are 10years later. I'm. Business owner also hustling and my mates in the same stream are either SBOs or AMs how much do they earn. None. I repeat NONE of them earn more than mein a month.

Now an Uber guy is gifted 5m plus a toks car and someone said his not smart. Lol. Can salary earners boast of 500k in their accounts? I mean a whole5m ans a toks corolla lipsrsealed to further make money. Mehn iz like someone working in corporate world given a better job(toks corolla) I mean better than whatever he earns and also 5m. Even if u gift davido 5m he will thank u.

Truth is iz poor minds with broke inferiority complex who have nothing to their names and feel threatened by their own natural instincts to make money on d streets instead being paid all their lives to forget their own lives.

You’ll never see the negative people on this thread in discussions like this—where drivers share their earnings to encourage both new and experienced drivers to keep going.

But when it comes to:
- Audio giveaways,
- Rants and insults,
- Speaking Grammar without substance…

They’re always there.

Driving may not be the best job in the world, and yes, it comes with its challenges and sacrifices. But it’s honest work that pays. Right now, everyone’s just trying to survive through these tough time and make ends meet, both rich and poor.

Don’t feel discouraged. If the hustle no longer pays, and you’ve considered all options and have an exit plan, it’s okay to move on.

Everyone go dey alright last last.
