Tosinville: 1/2 years gap? Well i didn't really how count this real gap in a relationship and are they aware they're older than you're with this 2yrs gap? Man, as far nigerian is concern if an older lady date you then your instinct should hv let you know maybe she wants to help u to spend your money not for the love of it cos she can never accept your proposal for marriage.
Lastly, since you haven't date an older lady before in nigeria but just speaking from ideas then forget. Funny, but let me put it straight. I have only dated older ladies in Nigeria excerpt one. Please check well using proper statistic's, older ladies do marry younger guys in NIGERIA. Please do a little detailed research, i am guessing it wont kill. |

Tosinville: Nenum,
before i proceed with you, i would love to know your place of birth, where are you living presently as a black folk and pls don't lie. Pardon me in case you find this rude, but i think your present question is inconsequential to the discussion. However for the benefit of doubt I gave my point based on the fact that i am Nigerian, i ve been with Nigerian/African chicks as well as other chicks and i am home groomed to the core. Hope that puts us in the correct perspective |

Tosinville: Here in Africa, hardly before you can see a black older lady to go after young guys for real relationship, if the lady find that she's older than you're, she'll put an end to the relationship unlike those blacks that have already mixed up with whites that has few white men mentality in them most especially in the states.
In africa most especially in nigeria, if you discover an older lady who live most of her life in africa chasing you around to date you its better you run for your dear life cos she has her mission on you or to use you as her sex object (sugar mami water) to make her feel good not for the love of it and she'll be doing that secretly cos its african mentality but i think south african ladies are improving now just because their country is mixed up with whites nd indians. I guess you are basing your post on a one sided coin. For me based on first hand experience. I know for a fact that there have been a slight cultural change from the the presumed culture you are talking about. The age different might not be so much but African women are also going for and dating younger men (esp. with a slight age difference) |

mbulela: i have been concerned about this situation for a while. sometimes when you complain, you are said to be an afro-pessimist. The truth is that something is wrong with our footballers. someone like Ikpeba who played for top clubs like Dortmund, Monaco and Liege can not bring an insightful analysis into a game beyond what i an arm chair follower of the game can see is a sad indictment. The less said about Amokachi, the better. Keshi is no better and he has to keep up that phony silly accent in order to continue conning gullible african countries. the earlier we realise that most of these ex-internationals are empty up stairs as it concerns the game, the better for us. I would love to hear Siasia analyse a few matches on tv before i conclude on him. However, i know he is a sharp man and would only expose himself after he has signed that jumbo contract with those bunch of frauds called NFF. I have listened to a few players who played with these ex-internationals of ours dissect the game and i respect them. listen to men like Seedorf or Marcel Desiily (i will stick to black brothers for obvious reasons), they make insightful comments that make you want to rewind the play and see what you missed. Charles Anazodo a Nollywood sports journalist. All he has to offer is is fine face and charming smile. Completely empty. In any other field, he would have long being sacked gross ineffectiveness. google men like Jonathan Wilson and Gabriele Marcotti and see how knowledgeable football journalists are. the likes of Charles Anazodo just live for the estacodes and free matches. The world paints us as failures and we have been pretending all along hiding under the neo-colonial shit. It's high time we look ourself's in the face and tell the truth, if not the laughter which is increasing daily would become a permanent stamp. Let all write to dstv not to change to other nationality but give us those that would represent us properly after all we are the paying customer's. Hope the "Federal character" is not been used as a selection yardstick. |

Perfect Story Scenerio. Now wait a min, how do you think Nigerian's would respond to this, lets see. Omolola1: j-e-s-u-s Initial Exclamation nikkykay: I love this. it is so touching and beautiful!!!! Great Ob servants as usual. nikkykay: ^^^ Can never be ds heartless ooo. True Nigerian would react first before even reading between the lines kokoye: ^^^ the guy no need the eyes. He was able to walk away and write a letter segzi cres: the guy's foolish, as in if i see him i'll strangle him, the max he should have gone is one eye. so they'll both be one eyed and marry themselves. You can say that again, it would always beat our imaginations that underground has been up and running in the western world for more than 40years. MRbrownJAY: STOOPID STORY!!!!!! what monkey would give his eyes for his loved one?! NONSENSE! if she cant accept the situation she is in then she better go to hell with her blind self and go find a better suitor. . . . . . . . and basta! It is not cast in stone as regards the best approach.
For me i initially ignore the ones i really like and at the end of the day unfortunately or fortunately we end up together. That's my style and i don't recommend it for anyone else.
@Poster: Just search deep within and you would find the right approach that would suit you. |

Romance › Re: Does Marrying A Virgin Gives An Assurance Of Having A Good Wife? by Nenum(m): 10:15pm On Aug 31, 2010 |
Virgins. Often times than not-
1. 40% of girls that keep their virginity are usually as a result of chance - either by strict upbringing - Were lucky to have met a good guidance at an early age - never in a very dicey situation. - And of cause pure luck
2. Another 40% is as a result of the first guy syndrome. - They were lucky that they ended up with the first guy either as husband or it led to marriage. invariably they are not in a position to ever know, assuming,
3. Only 20% really keep theirs as a result of principles from a tender age.
Please note that this cannot be totally attributed to upbringing or religious way of life but it could be said to be a combination of a lot of factors but majorly an early personal conviction.
So my dear think twice before you throw all those praises on that virgin, so you don't ask for refund on the bride price. Obviously, its never going to be her fault. |
