A 14yr old boy was shot by a stray bullet when some armed robbers came to rob in our area years back. he was rushed to the hospital, guess what the doctors and nurses said; that he should go and get a police report before they will attend to him.The young lad was bleeding profusely and nobody(Nurses/Doctors) seems to care. he later died before the parents went to get the police report .Heartless Doctors and nurses!!!!!!
