I gave a rough estimate of the worst case scenario seeing as there was no measurement given and gave allowance for the usage of budget grade grade emulsion.
A fresh wall would require more paint than a painted or primed wall.
There are lots of variables. I included for the ceiling, external with possibly parapet, windowhood and pillars with the fence on a full plot.
Only a site inspection or accurate measurement could give you an accurate quantity required but even with all those variables considered, it's still around 22 drums for the whole internal and external painting.

I would give a rough estimate bearing in mind the rooms may be big in size.
5 drums for the rooms, 1 drum for the living room, 1 drum and 2 gallons for the second living room with dining, 1 drum for the passage,4 drums for the ceiling, 5 drums for the external including parapet, windowhood and pillars, 6 drums for the fence, pillars and cap.
The quantity required may be less depending on the dimensions of the house and type of paint used. I'm not talking of brand here. Satin covers a bit more than matte and matte covers a bit more than premium emulsion and that also covers more than budget grade emulsion.

Going by my experience last week where a portion of my living room PVC ceiling collapsed, I'm not going to advise you use a PVC if the building is yours. Except it's a temporary measure pending when you can afford a better alternative like a POP or the like.

You can afford POP or ceiling tiles. You just don't want to. PVC is a false economy.

In my opinion it’s the foundation/German floor.

The gap got increasingly wider towards the top.

If that's a joint. Introduce pillars to it. And possibly chain the exterior with 12mm reinforcement to avoid those cracks from reoccurring.

We have another way of making this cast -in-situ
Concrete facial VERY CHEAP now by using Already made STEEL MOULD this will eliminate the PLANK by 90pec bcs we will still use few plank for the round top BEAM.

This will reduce your quotation by HALVE, YES and at the time taking to do it is also lesser

To cap it all you don’t need to plaster the parapet again bcs the final process will comes out neat.

I think the iron and mason quote is ok including the labour charges, but you see the wood quotation, me i don't understand o. It's quite much but it will depend on the style and curvature of your parapet. Get more quotes for carpentry work and compare. His labour charge is fair

You can get good China related door with ur budget. Local door do not have good locking system, A strong push will tear d sheets and opened off. Its rust also.
