1. Clearing the site of grass and or any items parked in the site.
2. The setting out of the plan, excavation and foundation works till DPC.
3. Ground floor bloc km walls, columns, lintels and other works
4. Decking
5. First floor walls, lintels
6. Parapet and roofing till the roofing tiles installation is done and completed.

From my experience a very good car at unbelievable price. More value for ur bucks than a Highlander of same generation and way cheaper. I used mine for 1 and half year, no problems at all except when a mouse ate the wires of my knock sensor which I replaced for around 6k with labor. It's better to get the EXL with RES model for added luxury. 4wd with 3rd row seat. U can't go wrong with this if u have a big family and very ideal for long distance journey. Fuel economy is not very good in city driving but does well for long distance.

Still ok, was just considering d width of the dining window....But i will suggest the window at the dining should run from the top to just one block after dpc, like glazing & widen as much as possible. So as to have larger air space & lighting since the width is small.
