It is very serious the number of LGA under their control across the country is equivalent to a state in Nigeria...in Sokoto they have 3 under their belt in Katsina they have 2 under their belt in zamfara they have 3 under their belt in Kaduna they have 1 and are about taking control of the second in Niger they have 1 under their belt...

In total across Nigeria they have at least 10 LGAs under their control that's more than what bayelsa have as a state....

This is really really sad

A short-let is a property which can be let from a few days, weeks to a few months.

Any kind of property can be on a short-let, from studio apartments to bungalows to ten-bedroom duplexes.

Short-lets are usually offered with utility bills included in the rent.

In the market today it's wise to look the other way in order to maximize profits.

It's time to embrace something new.

Let me start with some details of what to expect. Information from other platforms.

Welcome.

Nairaland needs an upgrade in a several aspects.

From the design to search function even in terms of Adverts. Several features can be introduced to boost revenue and better user experience.

It's obvious Seun is the conservative type.

Personally I feel Nairaland has lost the vibe. Very little creativity.

It's more difficult to read sensible and mature comments here on Nairaland.

I believe the overall quality is on a downward spiral.

Seun must have put in a lot of work to get here today.

However there is always room for improvement. Wish him luck

Which direction. Towards the ride or away from it?

Untapped business opportunities exist in Osogbo. If you know how to spot opportunities.

For some you can practically copy a business concept from Lagos and introduce it in Osogbo.

Real estate, agriculture, hospitality etc...

Why buy Honda cars with the regular cases of ball joint pulling off?
Toyota cars are stronger with wonderful fuel economy.

Delete fuel economy from the equation. Honda is probably better than Toyota in terms of fuel economy

I always wonder why someone will post an advert on a free platform like this without revealing the price...

This is a free marketing platform. Include the price, make the most of your advert and move on.

Or is the price a top secret? Classified information
