Osogbo is a quiet and peaceful place.

Power supply is also very constant. Traffic congestion is very minimal or almost non existent.

Cost of living is relatively cheap compared to Lagos.

However it's not as economically vibrant as Lagos, Ogun or Ibadan.

All in all Osogbo is a nice place to stay if you choose to escape from the stress in Lagos.

Agriculture › Do You Have A Snail, Grasscutter, Pig Or Rabbit Farm In Lagos? Let's Talk. by neutralmind(op): 7:12pm On Mar 29, 2021
Hello,

Do you have farm in Lagos where you breed any of the following animals:

Pigs

Snails

Rabbits

Grasscutter

Small, medium or large scale in any part of Lagos, Ogun or Oyo State ( South West basically )

If the answer is yes let's discuss.

I represent an organisation and we wish to teach people about small scale farming as a form or empowerment.

Agriculture is the future

The idea is to teach unemployed youths and other interested individuals for a very little token ( subsidized ). Mostly within the South West.

We would love to partner with existing farmers who can allow our participants to visit their farms for the practical aspects of the training.

Benefits to the Farmers

Our participants will be encouraged to buy animals ( stock ) from you in order to start their own farms. You make money.

You get brand exposure as our activities are usually advertised online and offline.

It's a way of giving back to the society.

In today’s political structure of Nigeria, if north fields a northern presidential candidate in any of the two largest political parties, while a southern presidential candidate contests from the other largest political party, the northern presidential candidate must win the election.
Good point

He is the biggest spender in the party as it stands today. Which he is aware of, and uses that edge to steer the party activities. PDP controls other states, but how many of those states are ready to fund PDP heavily.
Let's see how the entire drama will play out.

I still believe PDP has a good chance at the polls in 2023 if they play their cards right.
Politics › Re: Olawepo Hashim: No Serious Politician Will Join PDP by neutralmind: 5:43pm On Mar 28, 2021
HacheNoire:
Bitter truth!

PDP needs to go learn how to play the opposition. The party is already torn apart from within, and the corruption within has alaso depleted their financial reserve to stage a big come-back. Only Wike needs to pull out of PDP now, and the party is grounded.
I disagree with the Wike part.

PDP is in control of the South East and South South.

They have 1 state in the South West.

APC victory is also not guaranteed in Osun State next year. The signs are there for to see.

They ( PDP ) have lots of members in the Federal Legislature.

OnlyGod can deny Oyetola a second term! Omisore is The Knight in shining armour heading in Aregbesola’s direction! Omisore will deflate the empty balloon Aregbesola has always been in the environment where the electorate can see beyond their noses. As for pdp, they are welcome to once again field the black sheep of The Adeleke Dynasty who is sure to be wounded politically beyond redemption!
Don't be deceived.

Oyetola will not win a second term. He hasn't really performed as a governor. What exactly has Oyetola achieved in Osun State?

Also he doesn't know how to play the game of Politics.

How will Oyetola enjoy Federal support when his godfather in Ikoyi is also at risk as we speak.

Omisore alone can not guarantee victory for Oyetola. Omisore is not even trusted in Osun anymore.

He is stained just like Atiku. Remember he also sold out his SDP members in 2018 ( 2nd time ).

People on ground don't trust Omisore. Ask anybody in Osun. He has nothing to offer....

Adeleke has a better chance in 2022.

Word on the streets has it that PDP Osun state reconciliation is almost concluded.

Watch out....

Amotolongbo:
Omisore isn’t contesting the 2022 election in Osun State.
He is backing the incumbent, Gboyega Oyetola to win the second term election.

Perhaps 2026 election he may contest
His strength and relevance will be put to test.

It's obvious Oyetola has been "romancing" him for obvious reasons.

Let's see if he will deliver victory for the "Ilerioluwa" Governor
Politics › Re: Dogara, Bankole, Omisore Get APC Appointments by neutralmind: 8:52pm On Mar 22, 2021
Amotolongbo:
And Aregbesola still has any relevance in Osun State?

Omisore still holds Ife Central and major part of Ife East.
Tell us where Aregbesola has as stronghold
I never made reference to Aregbe. We all know he has a running battle with the sitting Governor and yes his camp in Osun is weak at the moment. He's not even on ground.

Omisores strength will be tested in the 2022 elections.

Let's watch and see.
Politics › Re: Dogara, Bankole, Omisore Get APC Appointments by neutralmind: 8:23pm On Mar 22, 2021
Nothing special about this appointment.

Rather irrelevant committee.

All I know is Iyiola Omisore has lost every form of relevance in Osun State Politics. Otunba Omisore has nothing to Offer

Apc is still in a mess and this committee has nothing to offer.
