@EazyMoh thanks for patiently delving into this depth of detail.
Now, I am glad that there are Muslims like you who believe in a peaceful interpretation of these texts. However that doesn't address what I believe to be the real problem.
You see even going by what you have posted one can deduce the following:
Allah gave instructions for warfare, even if for self defense.
To obey these instructions the Muslims would need to be armed and organized into a fighting force. In the alternative they would have to resort to mob action or lone wolf attacks.
To organize an islamic army there would need to be in place an Islamic state, otherwise the muslims would be guilty of treason
In Mohammed's Medina all went according to plan BC it was an Islamic state.
In the 21st century however nation states are mainly secular, bearing no allegiance to Islam, even though many Muslims are citizens of these secular states.
You can't raise an Islamic army within a nation without committing treason.
Therefore frustrations set in as committed Muslims who want to obey the koranic injunction to fight do not have a legal army to join and so resort to self help....terrorism.
In addition a vacuum of military organization results in people determining courses of action on their own.
All this is because of the absence of an Islamic state.
Now my point is this : Islamic instructions are evidently given to be carrid out in an Islamic state. That can't work in this age. So I contend that the Koran in that regard is anachronistic, unsuited to our time. But it is still being used to instruct people. That's the problem.
Full Islam cannot be practiced under a non Muslim , secular, law and state.
So in a direct way the Koran itself in not anticipating the peculiarities of our age sowed the seeds and is the source of the terrorism we see.
What's your response?

Okay EazyMoh did Allah through Mohammed command Muslims to kill people who don't obey the Islamic way and if yes under which circumstances are Muslims required to kill non Muslims. Please be honest.

Continue in sin as a "Christian" and you will go to hell. It doesn't matter who is your Pastor and the number of people that attend his/her church.
Wow!
First of all nobody mentioned pastors or churches here.
Secondly no genuine Christian continues in sin. It is impossible.
Lastly don't avoid scriptures. Bring your points and let's maturely exchange views.

Paul said that because he knew the consequence of not preaching. Demas just like others where once workers of God yet he withdrew back in perdition

If you say God predestines ministers of the Gospel that could be acceptable but to say for only those who are predestined can be saved thats a wrong assumption

Remember this was not the original plan of God,the original plan of God was for mankind to live forever in fellowship with him but due to sin that plan was destroyed so when did the predestination take place and even jesus said that he came so that the "world" not a group of people through him might be said ( john 3:16-18) should clarify that
First of all Paul's statement in 1st cor 9.16 reads: if I preach the gospel I have nothing to glory about for NECESSITY is laid upon me, yea woe is me if I preach not the gospel.
The word translated necessity there is the Greek ' anagke' used severally to indicate constraint, inward pressure, etc for instance in matt 18.7 ...it must needs be that offences come..., ie by the extant natural order of things offences must come. You see the sense of an inexorable leaning of circumstances in a particular direction. That is what Paul is saying. Though God is not a hard taskmaster that forces labor on us, yet our inner configuration , the love of God CONSTRAINETH us. So we do all we do in Christianity out of love. The IMPULSION of love.
Secondly, demas is a similar case to Judas Iscariot, or those who left the faith in 1st john 2.19 ...they went out from among us but they did not really belong to us.
Concerning Judas Jesus said have I not chosen you 12 and one of you is a devil...so they outwardly were part of the movement but in reality were outsiders.
No sin did not destroy God's plan. God knows the end from the beginning and he saw the entry of sin even before he created Adam. What you are witnessing is one elaborate divine design that is working perfectly according to plan.
Finally Jesus will save all that believe, but faith is a gift of God. You can't believe except God makes you believe... See eph 2... We are saved by grace through faith and that faith is the gift of God. Again those who God calls cannot resist him...see romans 9 ...who hath resisted his will, and again Jesus said all that the father giveth me SHALL come to me.
You see humanity, the world, will be saved because there is an elect that have been predestined to escape damnation and fulfill the plan of God for mankind.

Sin is dead! Jesus Christ killed it. Oh grave where is thy sting? Asked the apostle In 1st Corinthians 15. The sting of death is sin....and it has been destroyed. It doesn't have the kind of power you give it.

If only the predestined can be saved then why does God command us to go into the world and preach the world and also why does the Bible say as many as have received him to them gave he power to be sons of God. Are you saying that God has already chosen whom he will save but still sends people out to preach the world is that not an exercise in futility
The command to go into the world and preach the gospel is similar to the command to go into the world and multiply. God in creating humans in a certain way has ensured that they will as a matter of nature obey that command. Sex drive, need for progeny etc move us in that direction. So also the creative word of God has programmed the gospel into the makeup of the elect. Even if they wanted to stop preaching they couldn't : Paul summed it up when he said ...i do it not willingly but a dispensation of the gospel is given unto me, indeed woe is me if I preach not the gospel. ... In Roman's 1 I think.

Are you not Chasing your tail?

You are predestined as A, but chooses to live as and wants to be B, how does that add up?

You are afraid of where the doctrine of predestination would leave you as no one knows who is predestined.

In the light of this, It affirms my belief that that "destination" is by invitation only, and you can't invite yourself.
I don't know how you read what I write.
Of course you don't predestine yourself, where did I imply that?
Afraid? How so?
God chooses whom he will. Jacob I have loved and Esau I have hated. It's in your bible. Roman's chapter 9. Salvation is by divine election. What's hard to get?

Oh you want to raise matter? Why do Muslims blare their call to prayer on loudspeakers 5 times daily including very early in the morning? I bet you don't see anything wrong with that? Or interrupting public bus journeys so they can pray while others have to wait for them? I personally would love a Muslim come preach to me, rather than this mass psychosis they have.

If you answer yes to the first question, the second question is inconsequential.

Those that are predestined, is not written on their forehead for one to know, nor is it by believing.

Having a burning desire to preach does not mean you are predestined, for "not all that called me Lord shall enter..."
You are right but I don't see how these negate my point.
Not all that call me lord shall enter..... But none shall enter without confessing him as Lord.
Preaching doesn't mean you are predestined but the predestined shall preach.
The Bible is clear on predestination being a divine prerogative in salvation.

Is it not an exercise in futility working out ones salvation when one was not "predestined to be conformed to the image of his son?"

It makes nonsense of the evangelizing the world concept, as it amounts to trying to undo what God has predestined.
The answer to your first question is a resounding yes. Only the predestined can be saved.
However the second point doesn't necessarily follow. You see, real evangelism is programmed into the believer much like predestination itself. You don't have an option, if you are a believer you will evangelize: Paul said he preaches the gospel not necessarily as a choice but as it were under divine impulsion. The prophet Jeremiah said even when he determined to refrain from preaching and closed his mouth, the word was like fire in his bones and he had to speak! So whether we like it or not we find ourselves responding to inner grace and preaching. So we don't preach bc we want to save the world, but because it is a part of our lives and nature.

What is wrong with it is that to believe that is heretic. One who has been saved (which is the new birth that come by grace through faith as in Romans 10 : 9-10) is expected to live in newness of life (as written in Philipians 2:12 and Luke 9:23-24). When you receive the new birth and don't live in righteousness, you will lose your salvation. Hence, the Bible says we should work out our salvation with fear and trembling. A Believer is saved, being saved and will be saved. The first salvation (new birth) is deliverance from the PENALTY of sin, the second (new life in Christ) which is a daily salvation is deliverance from the POWER of sin and the last (new hope) is deliverance from the PRESENCE of sin.
If u read Romans 5:9-10, you will discover that there is a promise that those who has been reconciled with God SHALL be saved by His life. Also read 2 Timothy 2:10. This is talking about the when Jesus shall come to save us from the world/presence of sin.
A lot of Christian take the massage of God's grace as a license for sin. They believe that God will always forgive them and they go ahead to willfully sin. The Bible has told us that we should eat with BRETHREN (not unbelievers ooo) that commit fornication Titus 2:11-13 has explained that grace hates sin and ungodliness.
You quoted the Bible copiously without showing where it condemns the doctrine in question . Firstly you need to know that salvation is a work commenced even before the saved person is born . 'Those whom he foreknew them he predestined to be conformed to the image of his son ' romans 8 ; the eternal foreknowledge of God initiates the Salvation process. Thereafter a chain of events follows: ' those whom he predestined them he called, those whom he called them he justified, those whom he justified them he glorified' still reading from Romans 8. This scripture among many describes a process outside the immediate control of the individual. Just like he didn't initiate it so also he can't terminate it. It's a chain reaction by which the mercy of God essentially railroads the elect into his saving grace. Even when human effort is required it is still operated within the architecture of the working of God : work out your own salvation with fear and trembling for it is God who worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. ' Philippians 2.
Furthermore our Lord Jesus Christ himself said ye have not chosen me but I have chosen you... And again those who the father has given me no one can take out of my hands...
Essentially it is not of him that willeth or of him that runneth but of God that sheeeth mercy. Roman's 9

What is wrong with what he preached? He is not talking to those who claim "once saved, always saved", but believers whose sins have been forgiven who should not continue to live in guilt of their past. It is not a license to go and continue in sin, believing that God's grace will forever cover your sins.
But really, what is wrong with once saved forever saved?

Everyone should operate at the level of their own faith. If you have enough faith to pray and ward off attacks from murderous Muslims, and enough faith to give them your neck to smite after both cheeks have received slaps please go ahead ...use your faith. If not when they kill your only child and rape your wife, operate at your own level...if you don't have faith use your rage. Act in anger and take it out on them. If you don't do either of these, you will be the next casualty, you will die of depression or post traumatic stress disorder, or something. Don't carry a spiritual instruction bigger than you. Answer a fool according to his foolishness so that he will not be wise in his own eyes.

However, the survey shows that nearly 55 percent think Clinton will win, regardless of which candidate those surveyed support. Nearly 40 percent think Trump will win.

Other results from the poll:

Trump leads Clinton among people 65 and over, 49 percent to 42 percent
Clinton leads Trump among millennials 45 percent to 38 percent
Clinton maintains double-digit leads with educated voters while Trump has a six-point lead with those with a high school education or less
Trump owns a 14-point lead over Clinton with middle income voters while Clinton maintains a 17-point lead with low income voters
Trump owns a 10-point lead with men, and Clinton has an eight-point lead with women
The USC Dornsife/L.A. Times Presidential Election "Daybreak" Poll asks more than 400 people each day about their voting intentions. Each day's poll respondents are a subset of a panel of roughly 3,000 citizens who were randomly recruited from among all households in the United States.

It is just like nailing yourself on the stake,by saying "christians don't follow the teachings of Paul, moses and david" .. The whole standard and pillar of christianity is based on the verdicts in the epistles of Paul and 90 percent of christian clergies live by the levitical and deuteronimical laws given to moses. You christians observe the 10 commandments in the bible and the entire torah is built on being complimentary to the New testament. Jesus' orders in the bible barely covers up 12 percent of what makes up christianity today. It is the letters and epistles of Paul of Tarsus, which sums up the suppliments that establish the stronghold of christianity today. So,you saying you don't follow paul is a statement made by only mediocres and biblically unlettered minds.

Moreso, the bible says "Any one who ignores the laws of the old testament shall be called least in the kingdom of God.." Matthew 5:17... 2 timothy 3:16 also says "Al scripture are inspired by God" .. So,you should go and read more about your bible before posting such comment.

This administration rode to power in a whirlwind of cunningly managed information. Unfortunately when they need that skill most they are falling short. They have unwittingly buried this administration's major selling point beneath a pile of controversy. Somebody... Maybe the opposition I don't know... Someone has intelligently distracted them with a load of irrelevant nonsense and now they appear like a small Hut in a garden of cucumbers.
