I am proposing a 25-30 units of self contained or 20 at least with the following dimensions..
Room..3.3×3.0
Toilet..2.0*1.5
Kitchen....2.0*1.5
How much will the building cost me assuming I have a layout of detached buildings..

Hmmm, what works for me is this, before using any loan app, I try as much as possible to read the comments or ratings on play store..

I wont ever try to use sokoloan because the have a bad ratings for character defamation..

Meanwhile, loan apps like branch, carbon are top excellent..

Do you know I defaulted in repaying my loan with carbon for almost a week and there was no character defamation, just a gentle reminder to make repayment..
Even when I finally got money to make repayment, the message which was sent to me was very touching.

It was in pidgin, it said, "Remember how this loan take help you o!, E no good oo, I was touched to my bone marrow that I had to look for means to pay up..

My message is, before taking out loans, always choose a date for repayment at least 4-5 days from when you expect to pay back to avoid defaulting..

Hello family, my advice is if you are setting up this business, make sure you are running it yourself, there are lots of ways one can lose money via POS business.
If you can't afford to rent a shop, just get a furniture guy around to construct something small that can accommodate you, it shouldn't cost much, about the best POS to use, I recommend"opay" because of there excellent agent banking services unlike other platform that have serious network issues...

Imagine on paycenter, you can't make a fund transfer of more than 500k at once, you would have to send it 100k at a time with a few of 56# per transfer but opay allows you to carry out the transfer at once for just #30 currently..
Many more reasons to use opay.
Minimal dispense error issues.

But unlike you, my sole reason for taking any loan is to finance my business as such, I won't feel the exorbitant interest levied on the loan..

The only way out of this is not borrowing from a friend to repay Dem cuz trust me you will default in the payment since your friend might be lenient with you.give your self an ultimatum to repay all your debt, even if that means sipping garri on a steady basis, you would be fine...

Am on opay POS agent, if you saw on the print out that the said amount was reversed, it means you have to take it up with your bank...
Opay reversals goes to the customers bank account not the POS agent account.

I would advise you go for opay POS terminal but like you said, it has monthly sales target you must meet..so just go for paycenter but be rest assured that their service do fluctuate. Cheers

I appetite is kicking up little by little.. someone told me to remove her meal if she declines and return it during another feeding hour..

It's been working ever since, when I give her the dry food, she rushes it now and when she's tired of full, I remove it quickly.

Hello vet, it's me again!
I picked up a female Boerboel a month ago @ 7 weeks, took her straight away to the vet, gave her, her 1st dhlpp shot, dewormed her too..I put her on booster dry food, she ate it normally for 3 weeks but few days ago, her appetite dropped..

I thought it was worms so I took her to the vet for her second shot and deworming..

I even bought 4 can food too spicy up the dry food yet, she eats to her little fill and goes back..

She's active and playful and her poo is okay even though it's now once in a day she poos unlike before..

Am just concerned, is everything okay with her?

What should I do for her to regain her appetite fully, please..

Am really doing the best I can regarding her feeding to make sure she turns out great..
