If you happen to be the founders daughter you will be the loudest to echo your voice.....

Majority of RCCG members and some pastors don't actually know the founder of the church truly and there is no visible monument or structure named after him around the church...

Every member of CAC knows Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola, every member of Cherubim and Seraphim knows Moses Orimolade and the list goes on
Then they're not true members but church goer or guests.
A member that passes through the church foundation teachings knows this and there's no where that Daddy G.O was mentioned as the founder @

Tinubu never said there's no more corruption in Nigeria because #NigeriansAreFantasticallyCorrupt!

The DSS are alluding to the President being referred to as 'criminal'

Oga weldone, i think you went to copy how a company should operate from Chatgpt and decided to post it here. Funny enough there is something called reality and mere plans. and one problem with you people in Nigeria is that you all like to imagine things too much. you are all just so optimistic and assume everyone will follow due process but thats not the case.

I am telling you that i have worked in the Dangote Refinery before and yet you are still doubting and making assumptions. See i do not hate Dangote, infact i love him so much that i tend to defend his him and his business where other Nigerians are condemning him due to the monopoly stuff that they so much believe about him. I always tell people that if we have Dangote like 10 in Nigeria then there will not be an issue of unemployment, and employees can choose wisely who they want to work for.
Back to the facts. Dangote Refinery is for Indians and not Nigerians; Nigerians do not have any career path to grow, only Indians do. I repeat In every department, Indians are the managers, not Nigerians. Working with Dangote, an Indian man must be your boss, and you know how crude and bossy with a kind of slave mentality those Indians are.
Saying there are roles for expatriate that Nigerians are not qualified for simple means you are ignorant of how many Nigerians we have who are far more qualified to occupy such role. Those Indians are not even qualified for the role. Most of the Indians brought to work in Nigeria are actually fresh graduates who came for IT and are retained and automatically become your boss ,even with all your degrees. Wel,l it is not only happening in Dangote shall other multinationals in Nigeria is kind of the same, but with DIL it is much worse, because in my career I have worked with so many multinationals like Shell, Saipem, Total, Exxon Mobil and NLNG.
Thanks for your input and observations.! Dangote is an astute business man and knew what makes her brand strong, if it's the Indians well and good for the sustenance of the goals of the business .
I can count many companies/industry that are moribund in our country because the way our so called skilled Nigerians mismanage them- CarnaudMetalbox is a good example, when the expatriates left !
Dangote in Nigeria context is an indigenous firm and not a multinational where expatriate quota employment applies (I stand to be corrected) .If DIL maltreats her staffs, then the government owed it a duty to stop it through a lawful means!

Yes, I have a lot of bad experiences there. coupled with some of my friends and even a recent colleague I am currently working with in another company. He resigned from there and left. Nigerians do not rise to a certain level over there. As a Nigerian, an Indian man must be ahead of you to boss you over. i do not think we even have Nigerians occupying managerial role over there and plus for an oil and gas company the pay package and other benefits is very poor, company some other oil and gas company. I can arguably tell you that the direct staff of Dangote refinery does not even earn more than a roadside bricklayer. If you like, go and get your PHD, you will still work under an Indian man without O-level certificates. Even Health and death insurance for employees is nonexistent. So what are those your friends enjoying telling me? they pay difference between an Indian and a Nigerian is out of this world, I am sure one Indian can pay over 20 Nigerian salry and you call that being treated well. They even have zero welfare package and zero compensation for employee welfare. Now you compare that with organizations under Nupeng, like the NLNG and our failed Refinery.
Have you ever wondered why DIL(Dangote) is a strong brand? The company source for and employed skilled and motivated expatriates whose concerns is do the job get paid compare to ours (oga ta oga o ta, owo alaaru a pe) either theirs work or not, the labour wages is a must!
It's a policy, I believed Dangote employed in order to avoid frauds (management)
The following should shed more lights;

### Employment Package at Dangote Refinery

1. **Salary**: Salaries at Dangote Refinery are likely competitive, reflecting the skills and experience required for roles in the oil and gas sector. Entry-level positions might start at a moderate level, with increments based on performance, experience, and position level.

2. **Benefits**: Common benefits in such organizations may include:
- Health insurance
- Pension plans
- Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and public holidays)
- Housing or housing allowances (especially for expatriates)
- Transportation or transportation allowances
- Professional development opportunities

3. **Career Progression**: Dangote Refinery, like many large corporations, typically offers structured career paths with opportunities for advancement based on performance and available positions.

### Expatriates vs. Nigerians at Dangote Refinery

Regarding the progression of expatriates compared to Nigerians, it's important to consider several factors:

1. **Company Policy**: Dangote Industries Limited, the parent company of Dangote Refinery, emphasizes local talent development and has initiatives aimed at increasing local employment and skills development. However, the specific policies regarding expatriate and local employee progression might vary.

2. **Industry Norms**: In the oil and gas industry, expatriates are often hired for specialized roles where local expertise might be scarce. These roles can come with structured expatriate packages that include higher salaries and additional benefits like relocation assistance, which might not be directly comparable to local employee packages.

3. **Opportunities for Progression**: While expatriates may start in higher positions due to their specialized skills, the company's long-term strategy might focus on training and promoting local talent to fill these roles over time. The actual progression can depend heavily on individual performance, the availability of higher-level positions, and company policies on localization.

4. **Cultural and Corporate Environment**: Dangote Refinery, being a part of a Nigerian conglomerate, might have a different approach to expatriate management compared to international oil companies. The emphasis could be more on integrating expatriates into the local workforce and ensuring that career progression is merit-based and inclusive.

Do you work there? If not, see my reply above and compare yourself. When Dangote cannot even be held accountable for people who lose their lives because of the operation of his company, and he turns a blind eye to all those, and you are here saying let's compare as if you are not seeing some of the maltreatment yourself. Even when Trump and other countries are busy chasing Nigeria from their country, Indians are here marginalizing our own people too in our own country, and you are still saying let's compare? My brother, there is nothing to compare here.
Sir, you are begging the issue. His truck driver killing has a process of being handled by the valuators/insurance (please let's be informed)!
The question here is how exactly does the company maltreat her employees?

Then yiour friends are mostly lieing to you, or they suffer the inferiority syndrome of seeing a coloured person as their lord and savior. I have worked in that Dangote refinery before, even though not directly under Dangote but i can tell you for a fact that those Nigerians working there are suffering seriously, only that some of them do not realise it yet. I also have a lot of friends working there directly under Dangote. Just few days ago in my new company i asloe met a colleague who worked in Dangote refinery directly under operations he was a staff at the refinery and we were chatting and i asked him why did he resign from a permanent role at Dangote to take up a contract employment somewhere else and he narrated the ordeal they go true there and that he will never work in that refinery again. So say what you know, bro.
Let's compare notes, what ill treatment exactly?
