3.Gov. let your newly confirmed Commissioners prepare and ready to defend the budget
4. Gov. Re-present the budget
5. RSHA scrutinised the budget including defending by ministries and agencies.
6. RSHA present the approved budget to the Gov for appropriation.

Shouldn't take more than 14days to accomplish all these in the interest of the governed!
