trinnalar: We never had it this bad in our own period nao. The food now looks like prisoners servings.
That's not true! The camp food had always been a subject of reproach, we had to do with the mami market offerings _hot moinmoin, hot plantain! I served in Jigawa 2004
Canada-based Nigerian doctor narrates how a federal government official reached out to him to facilitate purchase of his fourth house this year
Sharing the experience on social media, the medical doctor revealed that the government official said he wants to settle his children as he does not know how long the current government will last.
However when the medical doctor confronted this official who pays cash only for houses he buys abroad given the current state of things in Nigeria, he allegedly said that those in diaspora always make it look like things are bad in Nigeria.
The doctor pushed back at this by stating that many Nigerians have camera phones and they see things happening in the country on social media.
He went on to say he doesn’t want anything to do with the govenrment official again, so all his punishments from God will go directly to him.
The doctor also told youths planning a protest that he’s with them in the spirit as politicians in the country only loot without tackling challenges Nigerians face.

And some miscreants are hell bent, dragging Tinubu into government officials mess?
madridguy: Tinubu should stop using Farouk Ahmed to fight Dangote. Dangote himself is not a saint but frustrating a business of over 10 billion dollar will not help our economy but send negative signals to foreign and local investors.
Must you always drag Tinubu to issues bothering on government agencies?
Odotech: Despite citing the refinery in tinubus Lagos with all the potential to employ 30,000 lagosians, generate trillion naira taxes to Lagos govt, reposition Nigeria, tinubu is frustrating this man for refusing to sponsor his election. But awarding trillion naira contract to least competent foreigner chaugory for sponsoring his election with money stolen from Lagos coffers. This gives credence to the assertion that the fulanis and Yorubas intentionally frustrated all seaport in the south south from working and mandated oil companies to move headquarters to Lagos and pay taxes where headquarter is based just to kill the Niger delta economy. Dangote may have cleverly avoided investing in Nigeria delta so that Yoruba politicians will not frustrate his business the way other Niger delta based businesses were intentionally frustrated by Yoruba politicians. But he didn't see this coming. He didn't know that getting too close to a Yoruba politician like tinubu and refusing to be used can attract terrible vendetta. Yoruba politicians have history of unforgiveness and vendetta. It's genetic. Vindictiveness is in that race
Are you sure that's the fact? Is Tinubu or Yoruba the mouth piece of the Petrol regulator whom fortunately happens to be an Hausa man! But wait o, Yoruba man incorporates this hardworking Hausa man as key officer of his economic team!
ekanx27: Will the civil servants receive the minimum wage in this July salary? Will the state agree to pay their civil servants for this month of July the already implemented minimum wage or they will give stories and slash it later
They can't pay until it becomes law! Can your company pay the minimum wage?
GanagiBitrus: Beyond the euphoria of being able to pay minimum wage, Govt needs to combat the real problem, which is rising inflation. Else, very soon there would be renewed agitation for another new minimum wage.
Then JAMB should stop collecting money from 16 years or better still increase validity of the exam to 3years for 16years that scored above the average scores!
Lolz419: David Umahi: Umahi is the current minister of work. He is the immediate past governor of Ebonyi state. He was elected into the senate in 2023 election, but resigned to take the appointment of minister of works.
Simon Lalong: Lalong is currently a senator. He is the immediate past governor of Plateau state. He was appointed minister of Labour, but resigned his ministerial position when the court declared him senator of his senatorial zone.
Considering the uncertainties and failure of this govt so far, who do you think made the right decision between the two of them?
Umahi made the right choice and all can see he's performing in your so called government of failure! I don't know what you had achieved in your lifetime, though?
