Rwanda just became the first country in the developing world to provide eyecare for 100% of its population. That's the recently war-torn Rwanda.

Even if they are removing all the cables and wires every year, and re-installing them, is it supposed to cost up to a N100 million?! 5 Billion Naira that can build standard hospitals which will cater for Nigerians, is what they use in a year for electrical maintenance in Aso Rock.
