I have a 2-Bedroom Flat inside an estate in Ajah, Lekki, Lagos. I've used it for AirBnB for some months so it has a couple of amenities including 2 cookers (1 table top and one standing with oven), a 400L fridge, a Smart TV, Washing Machine, Mattresses, Couches, Clean Water, Generator, Central Power Stabilizer, and WiFi too. There's parking space for more than 6 cars. I removed the non-inverter ACs in both rooms and sold them here on Nairaland with a plan to replace them with LG Inverter ACs, but I never got around to doing that. I recently got a BQ room in Ikoyi, where I spend most of my time these days. I'm now looking for one or two people to occupy one or two of the rooms at a rent of N750k per room, including all the amenities in the house. From the rent, a brand new LG Inverter AC will be installed in the room. All you may need to bring along will be your clothes, food, and good behaviour. Tenants will be responsible for fueling the generator when there is no public electricity. Please see the photos attached below. There's no smoking in my rooms, no partying, and no "brotheling". The rooms are strictly for one person only, so there is no allowance for roommates, brothers, sisters, cousins, or stay over friends. yehmy:That's a scammer. Was not me at all. I've not yet increased price of my TV to N110k, till I confirm the necessary indices because if price of new one should increase, price of used one is supposed to increase too, and vice versa. Stay tuned, and beware of scammers.

Kerefi:Oga, did you not offer 60k for my TV? Later you came back to offer 70k. Now instead of offering 80k, then 90k, and eventually paying the 100k, you've decided to resort to running down my business. Some of you also buy and sell on Nairaland. I don't go to where you're selling or buying stuff to say what does not concern me. So if you can yet afford my ware, perhaps you should be patient till you can. Maybe God will bless you this year, possibly this January. I have said it over and over again that this is no basic model of 32" Smart TV. How many 32" Smart TVs have you ever seen with 3 HDMI ports, FHD, HDR? How many 32" Smart TVs do you know with a Smart Home Dashboard/Hub where you can connect your smart appliances and control your entire smart home?
