Yahweh is the personal name of God while 'God' is His official name in the Bible. The meaning of 'Jesus' is 'Yahweh' is salvation. Does 'Isa' mean the same in Arabic? How can Isa mean 'Yahweh is salvation' since the Arabs don't recorgnize Allah as Yahweh? If Isa does not mean Yahweh is salvation, it means the Isa referred to by the Quran is not the Jesus of the Bible. Translating Isa to Jesus is wrong as they do not have the same meaning and therefore not referring to the same person. This might account for the difference in the description of Being and Life of Isa in the Quran and Jesus of the Bible. |

1. Sura 4:157 - The Jews said they killed the Messiah, Jesus son of Mary..... Would God not know that the Jews would not call Jesus the Messiah as they did not accept Him as one for which reason they killed Him? 2. Muhammad was tormented almost to the point of death thrice before Gabriel started his revelations. Would God punish the innocent for wanting to send good tidings through him? 3. Allah said Abraham wanted to sacrifice Ishmael. The Bible said it was Isaac. God tempted Abraham to sacrifice Isaac in Israel (Gen. 22) and that was after Ishmael had been cast out of Israel and he went to settle in Arabia. Would God have forgotten who He told Abraham to offer for sacrifice? 4. Abraham father's name was Terah (Gen. 11:27). Allah said it was Azar ( Sura 6:74). Would God make mistake? 5. The Bible said it was Pharaoh's daughter who adopted Moses. Quran said it was Pharaoh's wife (Sura 28:8-9) Would God make mistake? 6. Sura 21:76 and 37:77 - say Noah and his family were saved from the flood but Sura 11:42-43 reports that Noah's son got drowned. Would God not know what happened during the flood? Would God make such contradictory revelations? 7. Abraham lived in Hebron, Israel and not Arabia (Gen. 13:18). Ishmael was sent out of Israel and he went to Arabia. Would God not know it was not Abraham and Ishmael (who had separated) who built Ka'aba in Arabia according to Sura 2:125, 2:127. 8. Sura 10: 64 - There is no changing Allah's words. Sura 16:101 - Allah was changing his words by replacement. Would God be lying and inconsistent? 9. Sura 2:106 - Allah was changing his revelations to better ones. Would God have given revelations and later have better ones? Why would God be manipulating? 10. Sura 96:4-5 - Allah teacheth by pen. How would God teach a man reading and writing (by pen) and yet died an illiterate after the teaching? |

Surah 4:171 - ''O people of the Scripture utter aught concerning Allah save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His WORD which He conveyed unto Mary, and A SPIRIT FROM HIM''..... John 1:1-2 - ''In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with God and the WORD was God.'' The two Books agree that Jesus is God's word and a Spirit from Him.This means Jesus knew God and His dwelling place (heaven) very well because He was with Him and from Him. Jesus was not in heaven on a night visit. He was there with God from eternity to eternity before He came to this world. He is therefore expected to know the in and out of heaven. As a person who had been in heaven for an infinite time, what did he say about heaven: Mathiew 22:29-30 - '' Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God''. ''For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven''. It means there are no women in heaven because the dwellers shall be as angels. Angels don't have male or female. Isaiah Chapter 6 - Isaiah the prophet also saw heaven in the spirit. He did not see beautiful virgins. God's reason for creating a woman was for procreation which is not applicable to heaven. Please note that heaven and paradise are used interchangeably in the Bible. Therefore the paradise where there are beautiful virgins for se.xual immorality does not exist. It is only an illusion. In conclusion, Who is worshiped and how is worshiped to get to the non-existent paradise is a deception and a risk of eternity in hellfire. |

Muhammad was not a prophet. He came telling the people he saw an angel. Throughout the whole quranic revelation, God did not speak even once to confim Gabriel (the angel that brought messages). So important messages meant for salvation of mankind? God speaks to all prophets in the Bible. God only sends angels to them to carry out urgent assignments. Those who received messages from angel alone were those who could not hear God directly possibly because they were not prophets. The only time Muhammed claimed he heard from God was his ''a night journey to heaven'' A night journey to heaven was a night dream as what he saw there shows it was a dream. He saw 'houris' (beautiful virgins) which does not really exist in heaven. |

Sweetnecta: You are already seeing my posts as ''fighting agains islam''. It is not so. I am only trying to convince as many as possible. You will agree with me that a lot has been said against christianity and Jesus and we do not see them as a fight. Muslims said Jesus was not killed but God made it to appear so to them, which by implication it means the whole of christiandom is deceived by God. They say Jesus was a murderer because he surrender himself to death and so many terrible things. But we do not see it as fighting against christianity. Everyone has the right to express his/her opinion in a peaceful manner. Friend, we are talking about eternity where there is no second chance. I want to advise you to post as many criticisms as you have the ability to do to convince and convert as many as possible to your religion if you believe in it. Don't mind what people will say or do. Try your best possible for God to see you have done your part provided you do not harm anybody because two wrongs don't make a right. We cannot afford to harm those we ought to save. Warn as many as you have opportunity to warn. Our common enemy is satan and it is he we should fight and not ourselves. When we fight ourselves we give him joy. When we kill ourselves we promote his kingdom and supply the blood he needs. Thank God that both christians and muslims believe there is satan and that every bad work is from him. I have preached to an educated 'ifa priest' who said satan does not exist. So because we both believe there is satan, let us join hands to fight him the way we know because he could be hiding anywhere. Thanks. |

For God's sake, how can anybody in his/her right natural and spiritual senses call this man a true prophet? An atheist is hollier than him. Even an idol worshiper cannot be as unholy as this man they call prophet of islam. Are muslims not aware of the acts of this their prophet or they deliberately closed their eyes to them? Or is it satanic hypnotism and blindness? This is a serious, very serious spiritual problem. God have mercy. Most of you muslims are better than this man in term of se.xual integrity. How then can any sensible person trust such a sinner's revelation or his Allah. It would have been understandable if he did those things before he became a prophet but not as a prophet. Is God corrupt? How can He be dealing with such a corrupt man as His representative? How can he get to paradise? Which paradise? The holy paradise for the holy people? Never. What is islamic definition of holiness? Killing and se.xual immorality? God will not be seen as just if Muhammad goes to paradise and anybody sent to hellfire because nobody can be a worse sinner than him. God is not partial, if Muhammad goes to paradise, everybody will. What sin was he warning people about? He was committing all the sins he was supposed to warn people about. Whenever he committed any sin he would say Allah authorized it like in Zaid's case. A holy God cannot give an unholy command. The Allah that spoke to Muhammed was God-impersonated, not the true God and that was why he chose the type of Muhammed as his prophet. No wonder the content of his revelations and the hadith of his faithfuls. It is stupidity of the highest order to compare such a sinful warlord with Jesus. They are not in the same class at all. You cannot even compare him with any prophet in the Bible talkless of Jesus. |

Muhammad was the greatest prophet of Allah but........ He ate poison that caused his death. He could not detect the poison until after eating it as a true prophet. What a great prophet. Allah told him to take the beautiful wife of Zaid, his adopted son. What a holy Allah and his holy prophet. After he abolished adoption of children following his take-over of Zaid's wife, Muhammad told Abu Hathafa's wife, Sahla to put her bre.ast in the mouth of (to bre.ast-feed) brother Salim an adopted son, a grown-up man with beard to be able to retain him in the house. What an exemplary prophet and founder of islam. Allah told him that he and other muslims could have se.x with their slaves and captives (Sura 23:5-7). What a moral and holy Allah and his holy prophet. He married Aisha at the age of six and had se.x with her at the age of nine. What a responsible and respectable prophet of Allah. He killed, maimed and destroyed the innocent and held many captives in the name of Allah. What a great warlord for Allah. Therefore Muhammad was the greatest prophet of Allah as he possessed the attributes of his Lord. |

This post is meant for intelligent and unbiased people. That Muhammed ate poison that caused his death means he did not die a natural death, he was killed. That Gabriel prayed for him to rescue him from death again confirms that the death was not natural. If a true prophet one would expect him to discover the poison before and not after eating it. That Gabriel prayed for him and he still died means he (Gabriel) wanted to help Muhammad but was incapable of helping him. That Gabriel prayed for him means Allah too did not want him to die as Gabriel could not do anything without Allah knowing or authorizing it. This means Allah did not want Muhammad to die but yet he died. My inference based on the above analysis is that Allah/Gabriel who wanted to save Muhammad from death but was incapable of doing so could not be the Almighty God Who has power to raise the death talkless of the dying. God is capable of doing anything he wants done. There are several references in the Bible where true prophets of God raised the dead how much less the dying people. I therefore believe that a Spirit must have impersonated Allah (i.e. if Allah means the true God in Arabic) and that was why he did not posses the Amighty power of the true God. This impersonated Allah revealed the Quran and is the reason his message contradicts the word of the true, all-powerful God, the Bible. This Allah who was not capable of saving Muhammad from physical death cannot be trusted for salvation of human's souls because he is not only limited in power, he is not in control of the real heaven/paradise. 1 Like |

I think it depends on the person concerned. If somebody is wilfully committing sins hoping to repent on deathbed, God cannot be deceived. But if only on deathbed a person sees the need for repentance and truely repents, God will have mercy on him. This is one of the reasons there is hospital evangelism. 3 Likes |

Pickthall 10:94 ''And if thou (Muhammad) art in doubt concerning that which We reveal unto thee, then question those who read the Scripture (that was) before thee. Verily the Truth from thy Lord hath come unto thee. So be not thou of the waverers. Here Allah/Gabriel told Muhammed to athenticate the revelations he received from the Christians and the Bible. Pickthall 16:43: And We sent not (as Our messengers) before thee other than men whom We inspired - Ask the Remembrance if ye know not.! Here again, Allah/Gabriel said if Muhammad was not clear of any issue he should consult the Christians. The summary of it is that it is the Bible that determines the correctness or otherwise of the Quran. Why did Muhammad not take to Allah/Gabriel's advice on this because he had reason to make consultation with the Christians as the revelations he received contradicted the Bible especially the Sonship of Jesus among others? If his reason for not making enquiry as required of him is the same with what today's muslims say about the Bible, was he wiser than Allah/Gabriel that required him to do so? Muhammad's failure to ask appropriate questions on MARRIAGE, SONSHIP, REVENGE, PEACE, DIFFERENT DESCPTION OF HEAVEN etc will go a long way in determining where the whole muslim world will spend their eternity. Despite what the muslims say, the Bible remains a reference Book for the muslims. |

hadbak, God cannot claim to have created man and his idol. He warned man strictly not to make any image of worship. How can you say God created our forefather and the idols they worshiped. Idols are the handiwork of pagans, God can never acknowdge idol as His handiwork. How can God Almighty be talking about creation and be saying His is the best creators among pagan gods? It is not God, not the true God. A spirit must have impersonated Him. God is greater than that. 'Better' is a comparative word used to compare between two things, while 'best' is a superlative word used for comparison among three or more things. To say Allah is the best of creators means He placed Himself in superlative comparison with other creators and adjudged Himself as the best. Birds of the same feather flock together. Comparison is made between or among relevant things. |

Sweetnecta Allah recorgnized the pagan gods as creators but His own is the best and that was why He called them creators. No twisting. If in reality pagan gods did not create anything in Islam, why did Allah recognize them as creators? Are you saying Allah is not realistic? You don't just put up a defence for the sake of it. Shakir 4:82- ''Do they not then meditate on the Quran? And if it were from any other than Allah, they would have found in it many a discrepancy''' The above states that the Quran is from God otherwise there would have been discrepancies, i.e. inconsistencies found in it. This is very true as God cannot make mistakes. This is the pride of all muslims and the reason they prefer the Quran to the Bible. But it again means if there are discrepancies, it is not from all-knowing God, the true God. But here are discrepancies found in the Quran: Shakir 23:14 - ''Then We made the seed a clot, then We made the clot a lump of flesh, then We made (in) the lump of flesh bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh, then We caused it to grow into another creation, so blessed be Allah, the best of the creators''. The above is talking about the creation of a being with flesh and bones and it ended up with ''so blessed be Allah, the best of the creators''. This means there are many creators but Allah is the best of them. One wonders who the other creators were but the below explains it. Shakir 37:125 - ''What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators?'' Here again it says Allah is the best of many creators of which Ba'l (an idol) is one but Allah is the best. Questions: (1) Who is this Allah that was competing with other gods in creation? (2) What beings (with flesh and bones) did the other creators (gods) create? Shakir 39:62 - ''Allah is the Creator of every thing and He has charge over every thing'' This passage says Allah is the Creator of every thing, i.e nothing left created by any other creators. This no doubt is a very sharp contradiction with the existence of the many creators of which Allah is the best (as in 23:14 and 37:125 In defence (if any) the issue raised should be addressed and not irrelevant story capable of causing deviation. |

There is no disputing the fact that whatever object or image people worship is an idol. In the pre-islamic period there were so many idols in Mecca and Kaaba was the house or centre where these various idols were kept. In Kaaba, the house of the idols was ''the black stone''. The black stone was the idol of the hanifans. If the hanifans truely believed in the true God, they would not have created an object of worship for themselves. What object of worship did Abraham create for himself and his family? Whose example did the hanifans copy? When Muhammad was born his father had died. At a time in his life he had contact with a spirit who introduced himself to him as Gabriel and appointed him as Allah's messanger. Muhammed started his job as Allah's messanger warning the people of the consequences of refusal to worship Allah alone. He was resisted by other idol worshipers who saw him as trying to impose his father's Allah on them. Remember Abdullah (Muhammad's father) means ''Servant of Allah'' Now Muhammed wanted to force all of them to abandone their various idol and worship his father's Allah alone. When Muhammad succeeded in overcoming his enemies in war, he went to Kaaba where various idols were housed and destroyed them. But he did not destroy all the idols, he retained ''the black stone''. The black stone forms part of worship of Allah till today. Those who go to Mecca for pligrimage go to Kaaba to kiss the black stone as part of their assignment in worshiping Allah. What does the kissing of an idol get to do with the worship of the true God? This speak volumes about the Gabriel who was speaking to Muhammad. Could a true angel of God permit or authorize and incorporate an idol into the worship of the true God? Never. Some muslims said the black stone is not an idol. If it is not an idol, why was it in the same house with many other idols in Kaaba? Do people worship God and idol in the same building? What do you call an object that people worship? The source of Islam being as stated above accounts for the reason why it is violent, unforgiving and totally different from the gospel of Jesus. A pure falsehood is easy to detect but if a little truth is mixed with it, there will be serious difficulty to detect. You can call Satan any name but not a fool. Satan is an expert in deception. It is only a candidate of Hell that would see the truth and refuse to accept. |

Since there is no refutation of the statement, it is assumed it is true. Then if is true, something must be wrong. To attempt suicide is an evidence of psychic disturbance and demonic possession. There was no precedence that anyone who had contact with God or angels of God became so depressed and attempted to commit suicide. John 13: The Bible says Satan entered into Judas and he committed suicide. Examples of those who had contact with God or His angels and there was no attempt to commit suicide: Luke Chapter 1: Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary, a young woman and yet she was not so depressed and never attempted suicide. Acts 9:1-22: Paul (then Saul) had a terrible experience. Jesus immediately arranged for his rescue and he started preaching the gospel. He had no psychic disturbance or depression and no attampt to commit suicide. Genesis 6: God spoke to Noah. Genesis Chapter 12-18: God spoke to Abraham Exodus Chapter 3-34: God spoke Moses. Is Gabriel that appeared to Muhammad who caused depression and attempted suicide not questionable? It is man's duty to try all spirits to know whether they are of God. 1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit but try the spirits whether they are of God....... |

Look at Muhammed's sex life, which of the prophets before him committed such immorality? Some of them did not mary as a sign of pure dedication to God. Solomon and may be some few others in the Bible who had bad sex lives were not prophets. Solomon was only a king who had no call of prophethood. Would the Bible prophecy the coming of Muhammad with such immoral acts as God-sent? When the Devil had failed in his efforts to establish Mohammed as the Comforter (Holy Spirit), he is now making a try to make him the Messiah. Even the Quran did not call Muhammed the Messiah but Jesus. If the Bible truely prophesied him as Messiah, why did the Quran not declare him so? Thank God Satan has failed again. |

Jesus made it clear in Mathew chapter 25:41.He said people will be separated into two; some on the right and some on the left. Those on the left will be ordered into hell fire. Again, Jesus told the story (not parable) of the rich man and poor Lazarus. Both of them died and Lazarus got to heaven and the rich man in hell. The rich man's real name was not mentioned becos the name was not in the Book of Life. Don't be deceived hell is real. |

You said you do not know the existence of Al-illah as a Moon-god. Search google. You said 'the black stone' muslims are kissing when they go to Mecca is not an idol but you admitted that the hanifan were worshiping it pre-Islamic period. What do you call an object that people worship? God or god? Since people worshiped it, there is no other name for it than idol. Therefore it was this idol (the black stone) Muhammad retained when he destroyed other idols in Kaaba, Mecca which now forms part of Islamic worship. If the hanifans actually believed in the true God they would not have created an image (the black stone) for themselves to worship. Since Abdullah (Muhammad's father) was a hanifan and the hanifans were worshiping 'the black stone' (according to you), it would therefore be right to conclude that Muhammad was used (by Gabriel) to promote the idol of his father. In that case, you would not expect the message of Islam to tally with that of Christianity as the source is not the same. This is why Islam differs from Christianity in all vital areas of life like marriage, heaven and how to get there, salvation, sonship, revenge etc as Christianity is from Jesus, the preacher and teacher of God's word and Islam from Muhammad, the promoter of and warner on his father's religion. It is now left for the muslims to ponder whether or not it is possible to get to heaven through a religion with source from idol worshiping. |

(3) If Abdullah means 'Servant of Allah' it means the worship of Allah had been in Muhammad's family before he was born i.e before Islam: Yes or No? If no, how was Abdullah serving Allah? (4) Muhammad later introduced Islam (meaning submission to Allah). What is the difference (with proof) between the worship of Allah he met in his family and the Allah he introduced? (5) If the Allah is the same, what was the need for Muhammad to reintroduce Him? (6) If the Allah is different, was Abdullah's Allah an idol and Muhammad's Allah the true God? (7) When Muhammad destroyed the idols in Kaaba, Mecca he left some including 'the black stone' (which muslims are now kissing in Mecca). What is the rapport between Islam and the idols he retained? (  There was a Moon-god in the pre-Islamic period whose name was Al-illah (sound like Allah?) The god had stars as his daughters. What is the relationship between this god and Islam as it (Islam) has symbol of moon and stars, moon calendar, facing the direction of the moon when praying etc?Please answer these questions one by one as numbered to avoid muddle and as short as possible. |
