Among the 3 states, it is only Anambra that has oil in commercial quantity. What the other 2 states has is not enough to explorers to gamble with. There are oil almost everywhere but what is usually considered is it's quantity. Only Anambra qualifies for the status. Coal is not oil but another natural resources altogether on it's own even though it is no longer lucrative in today's world.
