Indeed! It sort of a complicated situation for him! No wonders the newly sworn-in Commissioner that resigned in December 2023, slams Fubara just hours after their inauguration.

Terms of Reference for a Costed Proposal at Nutrition International

Scope of Work:

The contractor should provide costed proposal for office set-up and partitioning as per approved Floor Plan and Bill of Quantity.

Deliverables

The contractor will be required to meet the deliverables as per agreed timeframe. Key deliverables include:

Work plan (flow of work) with timelines for accomplishing the office partitioning work.
Detailed Cost estimate of the materials and labour.
Eligibility Requirements:

Interested firms are required to submit the following in response to this Terms of Reference.
Registration Certificate
Certificate of registration as a quantity surveyor.
Certificate of registration/ incorporation.
Tax Registration Certificate.
Technical Proposal which must include the following:

Demonstrate understanding of TOR.
Demonstrate experience working on similar assignments (submit at least 2 Contracts for similar assignments with reputable organization).
Expected delivery time.
Financial Proposal (in Excel) which must include the following:

Fees(labour) charged for the services.
List of any proposed reimbursable expenses to be incurred.
Value Added Tax or sales tax

Method of Application

Complete technical and financial proposals together with the required documents to be submitted to: BidsNigeria@nutritionintl.org to be received not later than on or before February 5, 2024. Late
submission will not be accepted.

CLARIFICATION REGARDING THIS TOR

Clarifications regarding this Terms of Reference should be made solely through emurey@NUTRITIONINTL.ORG and vondoro@nutritionintl.org by or before February 2nd, 2024, at 12noon prior to the deadline of submitting the TOR

I have seen how some of you attacking and calling the governor weak and transgendered but the truth is as it stands now the governor can't do anything , atleast not now don't nigeria don't have strong opposition. Yes the governor is in pdp but wike that is fighting him is in pdp and Apc and wike seems to control pdp how many times have you seen pdp issue statement against what is happening in river state? Wike know that one can come for Fubara not pdp and not the presidency and any violence that happen in river state now the presidency will declare state of emergency.
The only thing the governor can do now is just conduct himself until strong opposition party into play.

This is very much complicated issue for Sim! Isn’t it the right time for him to build his own political structure that will serve him going forward? I may be wrong though! Regards
