You promised to refund every penny of the failed order(since June) but it's quite sad that you have refused to keep to your word and not responding to chats, text messages even calls.

If there is anything I know about Nicargo it is their incompetency, they might not be a scam but obviously they don't know how to run this business and instead of them to take the feedbacks they get here and work in themselves they are busy being on the defensive and doing control damage to an uncontrollable damages they have caused dissatisfied customers

I remember when they were meant to help me pay a Chinese supplier they didn't pay the complete money and the Chinese an almost thought I was a scam, it took them dayss to finally make the payment and when they did the item I wanted to buy was no longer on sale meaning i had to pay extra to get it, when I contacted him he just told me the amount is small so he can do the payment for me knowing fully well the delay was his fault, I begged but he didn't bulge despite that he was at fault.

This? we've initiated a refund, thanks for acting nice...

Please come and pickup your parcel, if it didn't worth the weight, there's 100% sure settlement. As a new customer to us, is understandable that you should act this way, you can ask around, we give and inform customers their goods weight 3 times (1: when we received it, 2: when it's been on Airline ~ Transits, 3: when it arrives Nigeria and when we received it on our pickup address), there's no cause for alarm sir, it's wide and well cleared publicly so please come pick up your goods sir.

Hello Mr. Isreal (if am not mistaken), I may not be following up the days spent of the arrival of your goods sir but we are very sorry for the delay caused but I must tell you that the name Nicargo is too big to scam anybody, we have never dream of scamming and we will never do such act.


Openly speaking, the last time we posted a reply tagging you and the other customer of ours, we were too busy knowing and getting the track of battery goods which were received and sent on June / July (not the recent battery goods / customers received) and were told that those goods (yours were affected) were delayed because the airline caught fire (was told by the airline) and the goods were then sent on July 23rd, last month (please confirm the fire outbreak elsewhere if you can), to cut the crap / story short, we are 1000% sorry that your goods were delayed but right now, your goods is in Nigeria and please do wait while we send you a pickup message.

@Naija4ward, Davdan1315 yes boss, you sent us goods but i can't tell the cost of the goods etc and we are very sorry concerning the delay of arrival. Battery goods are contra-banded and we are facing issues of working it out (Power change hand), though your goods is very safe likewise everyone's battery goods but we are sincerely sorry about the delay.


Updates: please note that goods transiting via Hong Kong International Airport like Liquid items etc arrival is now delayed for 20 days and we are not accepting battery goods till our next update about battery goods.


blkmum700 it saddens us watching and reading the negative reviews, not that we are not been pained but we are seriously working on it though the issues are battery goods. We appreciate you for your point boss.
