It may interest you to know that the same black you're referring to is no longer there, yet the school is still as it is.
Abagworo, You know you're lying.

Just as some may also say that those beautiful schools in Rivers State are not up to the over three hundred the Rivers State government claimed but it is evident when you travel round the state. the same thing can be said of Imo. Try traveling round the state and get the evidence yourself wink

PhockPhockMan: I'm not doubting you, that school is part of the 200 schools he built in the sky.

Below is the clearer sign board of the school.
why do you enjoy cheap propaganda just to bring another person down. I can authoritatively tell you that i know that town very well and that school is one of the schools en marked for reconstruction as is evidence from your first pic (you see those blocks in the background). much of the schools in Rivers State was not done in Amechi's first term it took him second term to spread the schools across the state. so we should commend Rochas for completing as much as 200 hundred schools with little resources in less than four years. I dare you to tell me any governor who's has done better
so your propaganda is what i call 'epic fail' try something smarter

the op is just a mischief maker that is seeking cheap attention. out of the governors in Nigeria it is only Rotimi Amechi of Rivers State that i know did better in terms of primary schools building. Rochas has done over 200 schools in imo state and it is evident when you travel round the state just like rivers state. no amount of propaganda can subvert the truth

I am relishing the growing euphoria and the renewing enthusiasm we are currently having on our Domestic league.it is only based on this spirited sentiment that we can bring the only league we can call our own back to the level it was in the 80's and early 90's.this was an era when an average man in the Nigeria street is much aware of the exploits of the club sides of our great league. We have done it before we can even do it better this time around! We have to believe in our own because self belief definitely is the greatest asset anyone can have. If we say we can we can if we say we can't definitely we are right. I urge us to keep the tempo despite the short comings in our league. Who knows our league can be a multi-billion dollars industry in the future wink we just have to believe!
just to fuel this renewing NPL frenzy, I present to you the Nigeria clubs that have distinguished themselves over the years. below are the most successful Nigeria club sides:

1)Enyimba International Football Club of Aba is undoubted the most successful Nigeria club side base on their successes in the domestic and continental level. they are nicknamed people's Elephant
their major achievement includes:
African Champions League: 2
2003, 2004
African Super Cup: 2
2004, 2005
Nigerian Premier League: 6
2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2010.
Nigerian FA Cup: 2
2005, 2009.
Nigerian Super Cup: 3
2001, 2003, 2010.

2)Rangers International football club of Enugu popularly called Enugu Rangers comes second in the list based on their achievement. They are one of only two Nigerian division one football teams along with Heartland F.C. that has never been relegated. they are nicknamed the flying Antelope
their Major achievement includes:
African Cup Winners' Cup Winners: 1
1977.
Nigerian Premier League: 6
1974, 1975, 1977, 1981, 1982, 1984.
Nigerian FA Cup: 5
1974, 1975, 1976, 1981, 1983.
Nigerian Super Cup: 1
2004.

3)Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan comes third in the list of the greatest football club in Nigeria. They are nicknamed 3SC or Oluyole Warriors.
their achievement includes
CAF Cup: 1
1992
CAF Cup Winners' Cup:1
1976
Nigerian Premier League: 5
1976, 1980, 1983, 1995, 1998
Nigerian FA Cup: 4
1971 (as WNDC)1977, 1979, 1995

4)Heartland F.C of Owerri definitely comes fourth in the list of the greatest teams in Nigeria. They are formerly known as Iwuanyanwu Nationale 1985-2006. With local rivals Enugu Rangers, they are one of two Nigerian teams that have never been relegated. they are often called the nazi millionaires
their major achievement includes:
Nigerian Premier League: 5
1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1993.
Nigerian FA Cup: 3
1988, 2011, 2012.

Romance / Re: Disadvantages Of Late Marriage by niceone3(m): 6:27pm On Feb 20, 2013
annast: Not every woman is concerned about having her own child. I have never, ever, sat to imagine or visualize what it would be like to have my own child. I try to think about it but it is a thought that has never taken root. I honestly and sincerely don't care. Born and raised in Naija, I used to be worried and wouldn't even mention that I don't care so much about having my own kids, but now I am at a place where I say, "it's who I am, why should I try to please anybody or society?" I am in my early thrities and happily single. Most of my married friends and family members are miserable. They all married early. I am fulfilled career-wise and affecting lives positively. Whenever it's time to go home, I will leave knowing that I contributed immensely towards making my world a better place. If I find a man who will make me happy along the way, and add positive values and peace to my life, sure, why not. But if not, I will never, ever marry for the sake of having children - NEVER. For now, I am so focused on making the best out of my life. If I get older I could adopt a lovely girl and make someone's life better. Otherwise, I am introverted, keep to myself most of the time and work, work, work and work. Being a person of strong faith in God helps as well.
annast your submission on this topic to many reeks of iconoclasticism considering the kind of society we're into. marriage has become a societal norm that you are labeled irresponsible (especially the men) if you are due for marriage and yet single. sometimes i feel that marriage is being overrated! I personally believe in what drives your boat, what makes you happy as a person should prevail before any thing else. there are people that fantasize about family life, having kids with mr/mrs handsome/beautiful etc, few others crave to spend the rest of their lives with their lovers without having kids(to avoid distractions or for some other reasons ) some prefer to live a single fun filled life and others single and celibate. The choices continue. what is paramount is living a happy and fulfilled life regardless of the tape you chose to play.I hope that in the not too far future our society would be liberal enough not to cast a jaundice eyes in the kind of life style you chose for your self. Health / Re: 10 Amazing Facts About Human Body by niceone3(m): 1:53pm On Feb 19, 2013
this article doesn't in any way give credence to reincarnation as misconstrued by Bellyonaire. atom which is the building block of matter can actually not be created nor be destroyed through simple chemical process ( though fission and fusion processes has been found to create or destroy atom). so the atom you see in your body is built up from the substance you take in as food and water. for instance water is made up of two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen. these atoms most probably must have been existing for billions of years! also, calcium phosphate which is a substance that give the bone its hardness and strength is made up of atoms of calcium and phosphate and they are derived from the food we eat.likewise other substances that build the human body. so you are not born with those atoms those atoms which are derived from your meal follow a program ingrained in your genome to build you the way you are. your parents only contributed the initial few atoms in form of sperms and eggs necessary for life.

Richiez:

sounds like a nice idea, but pls can u post the solution to d first question by using the method of differentiation you recommended
sorry for not responding on time. As i said b/f i hv been very busy.
X^2 = 2^X
diff. twice wrx
2 = 2^X(In2)^2
dividing through by (In2)^2
2/(In2)^2 =2^X
4 =2^X
2^2=2^x
X = 2
since e is an approx. value the approximation (In2)^2 ~ 0.5 was made for easy calculation.
In fact differential/approx. methods of solution of equations forms some of the bases in numerical methods.

just hv these few contribution to make
for;
i) X^2=2^X
apart from numerical solution (graphical, etc) it can also be solved by differentiating twice and solving for X

ii) 3^X +2^X=5^x this can also be solved by playing around diff.

centje: calabar and enugu are already destination points for relaxation and tourism. Aside geographical location, there are other factors that come into play.
if you go through my previous post very well you will find out that i did not mention just location as a determinate factor for tourism i did mention development especial infrastructural development( good road network, serene environment, amazement pack, molls, hotels, casinos etc).Owerri, Enugu and Calaber each have thier fair share of these infrastructural features but owerri kill it when we talk of location. the major cities in SS/SE in term of population and purchasing power cluster around Owerri. cities such as Ph, Aba, onitcha, Asaba yenegua are merely less than 2hrs drive to Owerri the same thing can not be said of the other two cities. that is why Calabar is merely seasonal destination location.

now imo is churning out a good mix of tourism and industry in an unprecedented rate. this is what you get when you identify where you have a comparative advantage and build on it. this in essence will result to other sector of your economy opening up. Imo esp owerri has been a relaxation and hospitality state/city and the present administration building on that has resulted to other sectors of the economy opening up. in future owwerri could be the tourist/hospitality hub in the ss/se region because of it strategic and central position as well as the pace it is developing . calaber and enugu has similar potential but they are father away from the center

Honey with love honest and trust this is my full life story
Hello My Dearest
I am very happy to see your reply to my mail . How is your today? i hope fine . Mine is not good here . Dear please i would like you to think of me and my situation here , not just for fun or romantic affairs . Please i believe you are in a good position to help me out . I want you to be by my side and help me out of this condition , please. My name is Miss Judith Dion,,I am 24 years old , single and never married . l am from Liberia in West Africa and presently l am residing in the church Orphanage home of St Louis Catholic Parish here in Dakar Senegal as a result of the civil war that was fought in my country some years ago . My late father Dr. John Dion was in politics and also he works contract for government , he supports the present government before the rebels attacked my family one early morning ,killing my father and my mother Stella with my two younger brothers.

My dear it is only me who is alive now because i was in school where i was doing my first year in social science in the University of Liberia and l managed to run to a nearby country Senegal where l am staying now . In this the orphanage home , we are only allowed to go out of here only on few days of the weeks. It is just like one staying in the prison . I don't have any relative now whom i can go to, all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war and the only person i have now is Rev.Dickson Abel who is a reverend father in St Louis Parish here. He has been very nice to me since i came here but i am not living with him , i am leaving in the woman's hostel because we have two hostels, one for men the other for women . He is also the person who i use his computer to write to you because i help him type some documents for church services . The reverends Tel number is +221-776.088.411 if you call and tell him that you want to speak with me he will send for me in the hostel to answer your call .

I want to go back to my studies because i was only in my first year in school before this happened .. Please listen to this , my late father when he was alive deposited ($4..6m) four million six hundred thousand united state's dollar in a bank which he used my name as the next of kin and i have his statement of account and death certificate here with me . Please i will like you to help me transfer this money to your account in your country and from it you can send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you in your country because i have nothing at hand with me here to make any movement or do any thing . I'm afraid of the enmity my father created back in my country when he was alive , that was also why i ran out to this place . I kept this secret other peoples here because i don't want them to know who i am or what i have . The only person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is like a father to me .

please because of this , i will like you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone for i am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it . Remember i am telling you all this due to the trust i have in you , though we have not met in person .I like honest , understanding and God fearing people . My hobbies are music , reading ,writing and sports . I have attached my picture for you and i will also like to see yours .I will like to know more about you your name and address in full. My favorite language is English , though not very perfect . Meanwhile i will like you to call me like i said i have a lot to tell you. Have a nice day and think about me and my situation here please. Awaiting to hear from you soonest .
Best wishes Judith Dion

Politics / The Most Commercialized/industrialized Non-capital Cities In Nigeria by niceone3(m): 6:41pm On Jul 11, 2012
In Nigeria states, much of the industries and commercial activities are mainly concentrated in the state capitals leaving other parts of the state underdeveloped and deserted. This is in contrast with what we see in most developed countries. for instance, in United States a good number of developed cities are non_state capital eg Lose Angelese, Chicago, las Vegas, Hollywood, Detriots,Houstin, Miami, San Fransisco/san jose Baltimore, Philadelphia, New Orleans etc. most of these cities are usually the largest and the most industrialized in their respective states. for instance San Fransisco/san jose area are part of the great silicon valley where we have the highest concentration of hi Tech in the World. the Google, the Facebook, the Yahoo, Oracle Corp., Intel, Apple etc are all headquartered there. Same can be said of Detriot which is revered by some as the world's traditional automotive center. It has almost become synonymous to 'the American automobile industry' It is Home to American 'Big Three' automobile companies, General motors, Ford, and Chrysler. Also, Las vagas a cruising destination, pride it self as The Entertainment Capital of the World and the list goes on. when will Nigeria achieve a tenth of this feat?

for the fact that Nigeria economy is government driven, state governors should try as much as possible to site some of there major project outside the state capital for even development and also encourage investor to follow suit by a way of granting them all the necessary support they would need. relocating of some state capital will also be a good idea instead of demolishing proprieties in the guise of defacing and modernizing already congested capital cities thereby creating more hardship, slums, traffic jams etc. if this relocation is done the new state capital can be gradually developed with all modern infrastructural facilities in place--After all some of those great American cities where once state capitals.

back to the topic, there are very few Commercialised/industrialized cities outside the state capitals in Nigeria. as per Nigeria standard, I would say the following five cities tops:
Aba
Onitcha
Warri
Nnewi
Zaria
