SPIFF: 10: Every atom of our body is said to be billions of years old and our body is 70 percent water.

9: By the age of 18, the human brains stop growing. It even begins to lose more than 1,000 brain cells after such age. Your brain comprises only 2 percent of your body weight but uses up to 20 percent of your body’s energy. Your brain never takes a break even when you are sleeping; the brain is busy working to replenish the brain processes needed to function normally while awake.

8: An average human produces 10,000 gallons of saliva in a lifetime.

7: It is impossible to sneeze without blinking your eyes. The highest recorded speed of a human sneeze is 165 kilometer per hour.

6: The human body sheds about 40 pounds of skin in a lifetime. Our skin produces antibacterial chemicals to keep germs at a bay. It also produces antimicrobial peptides that protect the body from infection.

5: You can’t swallow and breathe at the same time; however babies can do this but until they are about nine months.

4: Yawning helps you cool your brain. It is an involuntary behavior. When you yawn, the influx of cool air may ventilate your sinuses and facilitate brain cooling.

3: Your heart is said to beat nearly 3 billion times if you live an average life span of seventy years.

2: Your lungs need a lot of breathing room. The total surface area of the lungs is approximately equal to the size of a tennis court.

1: Each person has a unique tongue print just like the fingerprints.

this article doesn't in any way give credence to reincarnation as misconstrued by Bellyonaire. atom which is the building block of matter can actually not be created nor be destroyed through simple chemical process ( though fission and fusion processes has been found to create or destroy atom). so the atom you see in your body is built up from the substance you take in as food and water. for instance water is made up of two atoms of hydrogen and one atom of oxygen. these atoms most probably must have been existing for billions of years! also, calcium phosphate which is a substance that give the bone its hardness and strength is made up of atoms of calcium and phosphate and they are derived from the food we eat.likewise other substances that build the human body. so you are not born with those atoms those atoms which are derived from your meal follow a program ingrained in your genome to build you the way you are. your parents only contributed the initial few atoms in form of sperms and eggs necessary for life.

This sounds so false. The total human body is not equal to one quarter of a tennis court not to mention your lungs. Haba! That sounds unbelievable.
point of correction
it is very plausible , the surface area is related to hw porous the material is, similar to what obtains with catalyst.

Billyonaire:

Isnt it ironic, that our atoms have been in existence before our birth, what does this teach those who disbelieve reincarnation and solar existence.
God created the first man from dust, in accord to holy book.
According to atom theory: it can't be created, neither destroy.
It means, the first atoms that the body of adam contained were being transfered or passed from generation to generation, which is still continue.
Just my thought.

The law of consevation of matter states that it can neither be created nor destroyed only transformed. Matter is made up of elements and elements are made up of atoms. Every part of the human body is made up of chemicals (elements and atoms). Thus, our atoms have been in existence before we were born. It's simple logic and elementary science thus has nothing to do with the delusion of reincarnation. OK?

And the atoms come from where and by whom? Does the mindless, unsound/illogical reasoning characterized by evolution adequately explain this? Does teachings of evolution and atheistic believe not confuse the more? Even Charles Darwin got confused by his own theory! Does our complex mind bugling universe not testify to the truthfulness of these words 'For his invisible [qualities] are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they are INEXCUSABLE;?
