Airtel has been deducting airtime from me for no reason at first it was N50 and i was like thats little but now they turn my account to 0 whenever. When I called the customer service to report the incident, the guy just gave me a flimsy response and next he tried to end the conversation like he has solved the issue. I guess my mistake was downloading the airtel app.
