U have gottn a visa before from them.
I believe u were able to convince them by ur documents and circumstances then tht u are not a ‘run away’.
Circumstances are unpredictable these days but like I said if u know how u convinced them last time, do same, keep everything real, concise, water tight and evidence based. Goodluck
thank you

Thank you ,I appreciate , can I add my personal business details as a supporting document ? , I'm. Not adding the statement of account for the business tho , cos the inflow and outflow is not explainable, like I may have 2m in the morning and by evening I would have used it for procurement and the money comes back gradually as I sell, do I add it atall , just to show more tie to the home country
giselle237:

U see that additional information section on the application form, yes the place before u submit the form.. kindly write this explanation and more in that section.
As for minimum acct balance, dnt think cus it’s a 2 year visa u need to load the account. Forget about the 2 year duration and convince the ECO as to why at this instance u should be given a visa.
U have gotten 6 months visa before, so pls also prove beyond reasonable doubts why this one also should be granted.

Good afternoon house , I won't get tired or ashamed of asking questions here , getting ready to apply for 2years uk visa early next year , grooming my account 4months now , I saw on earlier page someone said he was denied visa cos on his first application , he stayed more than the number of days he said to stay (but not up to 1month ). In my own case , my work leave has expired bfr my visa came , so I traveled In December by getting a cheaper return flight which amount to staying 3weeks as against 10days I said when I was applying , .hope this won't affect my next application , and also , what's the minimum account balance i should have ?
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by Nielbaba(m): 3:55pm On Oct 25, 2020
Okay thanks , I have a business account tho but the inflow is very unstable , so I don't want to add that atall
Monmarri:

You can only use your pension statement as support document but not to be used to support balance you have in your normal SOS. The pension is fixed until u are 50 years. So the ECO will not use it to evaluate your financial circumstances in applying for tourist visa.

The 1.4M in your closing balance is enough for you to make application so far your budget is 500k and some left in your account to show you have some thing to fall back when u return from y trip.

Good afternoon house ,
I earlier planned to go for a spouse/fiancee visa
Covid-19 ruined it all , best option for me now is to get a 2years visit visa , I have about 1.4m is it advisable to add a pension statement to support ? Cos I used a statement of about 2m when I applied for 6months .

Good evening house , kindly advice, my fiancee lost her job last month,, initial plan was to file for me before the year end, now she hasn't gotten a job now so one month is off without payslip.if she eventually gets a job next month , does it means the 6 months will start counting afresh?
Travel / Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Nielbaba(m): 9:42pm On May 28, 2020
Do I need to fund my own account too or just my fiance's own is required ?
Monmarri:

1: Naric is a body that verify degree certificate. Call yr school exams and and records or go there request for your transcript and a letter that your degree certificate was taught in English after that register with Naric and scan your degree certificate and letter for use of English through this link: read everything on how you can send y certificate. U will need to use y fiancé address in the UK. So when he gets it, he scan it to y mail box.
https://www.naric.org.uk/visas%20and%20nationality/Default.aspxhttps://www.naric.org.uk/register

2: The visa process normally takes 60working days for standard if u have a straight forward application.
Then for pirorty it might takes 10 or 20 days depending. Atimes u might be lucky that the application comes out faster both standard and pirorty.

3. £1565 (N719,900) - Visa application fee
£1200 (N552,000)- IHS charge (insurance)
50k or less than 20k for marriage registry in Nigeria
54,000 - TB test
69,000 - NARIC

Total Cost- estimate can be 1.3M or more. But u need to verify the current prices bc visa application and IHS add money atimes.

These payment are for spouse visa but for fiancé visa u will not pay IHS until u get to the UK where u apply for spouse visa. Fiancé visa will cost you more because u will pay for fiancé which is £1500 and when u get to UK, u will make another payment £1000( I think) for spouse visa fees and Ihs . So in, all the choice is yours. All d best

4 .

Thanks brother , I really appreciate
Monmarri:

Kindly see response above in black.

My advice instead of applying for two years visa to visit to uk, and wasting visa fees of two years and plane fare, Why not use all these money and apply for spouse visa, or Fiancé visa or even marriage visa. All these are good but, spouse visa is the best but, y fiancé have to come down to Nigeria for the registry if u decide to go through spouse visa route. U are given 2.5 years for spouse visa.

For fiance visa U get six months visa and get to UK and do registry and before the six months ends u apply for spouse visa which u will get 2.5 years. But you will spend more money.

U can also apply for marriage visa, come to UK and get married and go bk to Nigeria and apply for spouse visa

If your fiancé is able to come to Nigeria, u get married and apply for spouse visa.

The advantage of spouse visa is that u get 2.5 years and as soon as u get to UK, u can work immediately after u get y national insurance number. Then with spouse visa u pay your IHS ( immigration health surcharge) doing y visa process, which gives you access to medical for 2.5 years. But, when u apply for fiancé visa, u spent more money, for the visa u can't work with it and can't access medical for free, u will have to pay for it on each medical treatment. compared to when u pay all for spouse visa for 2.5 years

The requirements for spouse visa and fiancé visa is the same. Expect that fiancé visa does not require marriage certificate for visa process and no payment of IHS.
√Naric certificate: for test of English
√Tubaclois test done in Nigeria at the UK accredited clinic
√Means of communication either WhatsApp, email and Facebook
√Photos of marriage registry and photo taken together
√Marriage certificate and IHS payment ( for spouse visa)
√ your fiance must be working and earning £18,600 per year
√ six months payslips from fiancé
√six months SOA
√ Accommodation that will be ok for u and hubby and a letter from landlord that he is ok for two of you staying in his house

Thank you
,if I'm doing ikoyi, do I need to pay for special arrangement ?I remember the contact I got asked me if its nigerian to nigerian or special arrangement .NB My fiancee has a dual citizenship,
josiahese:

All registry are recognised in Nigeria.
But with Embassies they credit Ikoyi and Abuja.

When I applied for UK 2016 , I did my tuberculosis text at Benin City, but the VO asked me to go to an Hospital inside GRA Ikeja ,that's their accredited centre .
Just to be on the safe side.
Everyone I know goes to Ikoyi just to be sure.
You can call the Embassy.
