ABRACADABRA 2008

As part of the plan to ensure health for all by the year 20I0, i have packaged a healthcare plan to improve the efficacy of our healthcare delivery system. it has been observed by experts that many of the deaths in our hospitals are preventible and that they may not be unrelated to the standard of care in our hospitals. therefore, i have developed a profound cost-effective healthcare plan of proven efficacy. this low cost plan is targeted at improving the standard of care patients recieve in our hospitals. studies show that many patients die, not from their ailments, but from the ugliness and wickedness of the nurses. so in my plan, we shall recruit sweet, sexy, smiling nurses( the SSS strategy) through whom and with whom doctors shall perform wonders. with these nurses on duty, doctors will be eager to come to work. they'll be an incentive to doctors. they'll also be an incentive to the patients who will take their drugs as accurately as the sweet nurses direct. with a smiling nurse always available, it is projected that Hypertension will crash by 50% in 6 months in the country and stroke, cerebrovascular accidents as well as other cardiovascular pathologies will be reduced by 50% in 6 months and almost disappear by 4 yrs.

Vote for Health, Vote for Happiness, Vote Toshmann for President, you have only one vote. use it with wisdom.

To. . . . To . . . To . . . .TOSHMANN cool

Ah ah oga you seem to assume that it is only the men in the country that fall sick. What about the womenfolk, will you provide attractive male nurses for them too? wink wink

Tosh,

Your terms are giving you out.

Are you a medicstudent? Tosh your strategy will not work. It has been tried in S. Africa and it only increased the incidence of HIV transmission, death rate etc. Reason being that Doctors are punctual to work and even do over time . Unfortunately the overtime is not on patient related stuff but on top of the nurses.

You should have researched better. grin grin grin grin
Faketan for President(figures don't lie) grin cheesy cheesy cheesy

If i were the president of Nigeria, the first rule i will enforce is that, ANYONE FOUND GUILTY OF CORRUPTION IN A PUBLIC OFFICE WILL BE EXECUTED BY PUBLIC HANGING! ITS GONNA GO A FREAKING LONG WAY IN MAKING NIGERIA A BETTER PLACE, I WILL PUT MY MONEY ON THAT!

This is a very interesting debate, I just check it today.I think the person who pasted the post is following JFK's "Don't think of what the nation will do for think of what you will do for the nation"

First and foremost before i attempt running as the number citizen(although i don't belief anybody is number one cos we are all Nigerians),I will have increased my degree of honesty, dodgeness, patriotism, showanship, stubborness, charisma and be ready to die(if that should happen)

As the President-to-be,these are my agenda in no particular order expect the first:

1.Stamp out Corruption

2.Education

3.Health

4.Improve Agriculture

5.Police

6.Improve the business climate in Nigeria/Improve Power Supply

7.Increase Employment

8.Foreign Policy Change

9.Defense

10.Am Proud to be Nigeria Initiative

11.Encourage Nigeria's in Diaspora

BRIEF EXPLANATION ON THE NEW NIGERIA INITIATIVE

CORRUPTION

The main reason we are still underdeveloped(cos we are not in the class of developing nations, lets stop deceiving our selfs) is because corruption is now a way of life.Through a personal survey i asked some Nigeria, almost 98% said when am opportuned to be there,i will take mu share of the national cake.

Due to time constraint i will highlight what i will do about corruption as follows:

1.Death Penalty for any elected elected public office holders guilty of corruption
2.25-50years for non-elected public office holders
3.Passage of Freedom of Information Bill
4.No duplication of effort by any anticorruption agency, i.e EFCC will be for investigation only,ICPC for prosecution whlie Code of Conduct Bureau will be for recovery of stolen assets
4.Encourage blacklist banks invovled, both local and foreign
5.Overhaul of the Nigerian Judiaciary, to conclude cases faster

EDUCATION

1.Change of the educational format from 6-3-3-4 to 2-5-3-3-2or 4
That is 2yrs of Nursery
5yrs of Primary
3yrs of Junior Secondary
3yrs of Senior Secondary
2yrs of OND(Polytechnic,NCE) or 4yrs(University)
2.Local Government to handle Nursery and Primary Education
3.State in charge of Primary Education
4.Federal in charge of University
5.A law making 25% of every tier of government compulsory to be spent on education
6.Free and Compulsory education from Nursery to Junior Secondary
7.Teachers will be among the best paid.
8.Apart from English & Mathematics, any native language from the part of Nigeria where the student resides is compulsory

HEALTH

1.Free health care for Pregnant women, children under 2yrs and Older citizens
2.Upgrading of a least one teaching hospital in each geopolitical zone to a world class standard
3.Overseas medical check-up banned for public office holders, Note in case of serious ailment before the upgrading of the teaching hospitals, oversea trips will be allowed.
4.Upgrading of the primary health care centres
5.War on Malaria and AIDS
6.Immunization awareness

Beacause of time constraint i will continue will my ambitions palns when next i come to the cybercafe, You may ask is all this acheivable,i will explain in the concluding part.

Long Live Nigeria

Long Live Africa

Long Live Blacks in every part of the world

Yes if i am given the chance to be the President Of Nigeria. wao oooooooh !!!! I don hammer! ha ha ha !!! just joking anywhere.

Now let me cut the crap and go in2 real business, you know what am sayin'

i will turn things around for better - of course. Chop-a-Chop kind of government. firstly I will start by ERASING THE PRINTS OF STRESS on my people's faces, how? you may ask? it's simple just 24/7 NEPA LIGHT. NEPA light go dey berekete - a stabilized kind of NEPA, where the streets go de shine at night like day time - fully electrified, not to mention water for all - pipe borne water at strategic points of the streets/roads and enough medicine for our hospitals (drugs and medical equipments). Followed by an enlightenment program with the view of re-orientating the people/masses for the need for a real change, the sabos will be dealt with squarely; i no send dem! No Bleep ups as in siphoning the peoples money, food, medicines etc for personal interest.

In short me i get better program for nija, make una try me, Royalpriest no de take nonsense.
