I just went through University of Deby website now and there was nothing about the visit u mentoned there, infact their Nigerian contact is completely different from urs.

People should be careful with u.

I am very surprised at the level of ignorance shown by people like 'JustWise'. You should be very careful when posting comments on Nairaland.

University of Derby, Uk did hold on the spot admissions today at the address earlier provided and a mature mind would first check the venue to see if such event happened. Also, No university will publish all the spot admissions being conducted in different countries by them on a website.

You seem to come to conclusion fast and I will implore you to call the contacts provided and ask for clarification on this issue.
Futhermore, it will do everyone good to call the University of Derby, Uk international students line and ask if any of their staff came to do a seminar & spot admission in Lagos Nigeria.

Seun has done a great thing providing a website like this for us all both abroad and at home & we can only say thank you to him by restraining ourselves from judging users without seeking facts.

I'm going to call the school today and find out and i will post the out come of the call here.

No prob, we are all here to help our Nigerian brothers and sisters AND to clean our image. I'm not against anybody's businesses here, decent Nigerians who worked hard deserve to be paid for it. I just hate dubious ones with passion. Good luck with the seminars and other good jobs u are involved in.
