The reasonable thing to do would be to get youtube to remove it - if after that it appeared on Buhari's website, then the claim of copyright infringement can arise.

Dozens of websites LEGALLY link to youtube content and are never held culpable, even if the content of the links are copyrighted material. The links are simply deleted from youtube and the issue ends there.

In Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of non-Muslims, yet the Authorities in these countries have not been able to convert these citizens/residents to Islam.
