Burn The Daughter!
"And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the LovePeddler, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire."(Leviticus 21:9)

Cut Off Her Hand!
"When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets: then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity her."(Deuteronomy 25:11-12)

Female Births Get Penalty
"Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean." (Leviticus 12:2)"But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days." (Leviticus 12:5)

Female Inferiority
"But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God." (I Corinthians 11:3)"For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man." (I Corinthians 11:8-9)

Jesus Will Kill Children
"Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works." (Revelation 2:22-23)

Kill The Witches!
"Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live. Whoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death. He that sacrificeth unto any god, save to the LORD only, he shall be utterly destroyed." (Exodus 22:18-20)

Ra.pe My Daughter
"Behold, here is my daughter a maiden, and his concubine; them I will bring out now, and humble ye them, and do with them what seemeth good unto you: but unto this man do not so vile a thing. But the men would not hearken to him: so the man took his concubine, and brought her forth unto them; and they knew her, and abused her all the night until the morning: and when the day began to spring, they let her go."(Judges 19:24-25)

Silence The Woman!
"Let the women learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression." (I Timothy 2:11-14)

Stone The Woman!
"If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;" (Deuteronomy 22:22)"Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you."(Deuteronomy 22:24)

Virgin's Worth
"If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found; Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silvers, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days." (Deuteronomy 22:28-29)

Wives, Submit Yourselves!
"Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything." (Ephesians 5:22-24)

Women Shall Not Speak
"Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church."(I Corinthians 14:34-35)

Women's Sorrow
"Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee." (Genesis 3:16)

Rip Up Pregnant Women
"Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up." (Hosea 13:16)

The Wicked Woman
"Give me any plague, but the plague of the heart: and any wickedness, but the wickedness of a woman." (Eccles. 25:13)"Of the woman came the beginning of sin, and through her we all die." (Eccles. 25:22)"If she go not as thou wouldest have her, cut her off from thy flesh, and give her a bill of divorce, and let her go." (Eccles. 25: 26)"The whoredom of a woman may be known in her haughty looks and eyelids. If thy daughter be shameless, keep her in straitly, lest she abuse herself through overmuch liberty." (Eccles. 26:9-10)"A silent and loving woman is a gift of the Lord: and there is nothing so much worth as a mind well instructed. A shamefaced and faithful woman is a double grace, and her continent mind cannot be valued." (Eccles. 26:14-15)"A shameless woman shall be counted as a dog; but she that is shamefaced will fear the Lord." (Eccles.26:25)"For from garments cometh a moth, and from women wickedness. Better is the churlishness of a man than a courteous woman, a woman, I say, which bringeth shame and reproach." (Eccles. 42:13-14)

Shave Off Her Hair!
"For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered".(1 Corinthians 11:6)Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;(Deuteronomy 21:12)

DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR RELIGION SAYS ABOUT WOMEN?

HERE IT IS FOR YOU IF YOU DON'T OR YOU ARE JUST BUSY CONDEMNING OTHERS WITHOUT LOOKING AT YOURSELF:

Quran 2:223. Your wives are your tilth; go, then, unto your tilth as you may desire, but first provide
something for your souls, and remain conscious of God, and know that you are destined to
meet Him. And give glad tidings unto those who believe.

Tafsir Al-Jalalain [2:223]
Your women are a tillage for you, that is, the place where you sow [the seeds of] your children; so come to your tillage, that is, the specified place, the front part, as, in whichever way, you wish, whether standing up, sitting down, lying down, from the front or the back: this was revealed in response to the Jews saying that if a person had vaginal intercourse with his wife from behind, the child would be born cross-eyed; and offer for your souls, righteous deeds, such as saying, ‘In the Name of God’ (bismillāh) when you commence intercourse; and fear God, in what He commands and prohibits; and know that you shall meet Him, at the Resurrection, where He will requite you according to your deeds; and give good tidings, of Paradise, to the believers, who feared Him.

Quran 4: 34. Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath men the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them. Lo! Allah is ever High Exalted, Great.

Quran 2:228. Women who are divorced shall wait, keeping themselves apart, three (monthly) courses. And it is not lawful for them that they should conceal that which Allah hath created in their wombs if they are believers in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands would do better to take them back in that case if they desire a reconciliation. And they (women) have rights similar to those (of men) over them in kindness, and men are a degree above them. Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Quran 65:4. And for such of your women as despair of menstruation, if ye doubt, their period (of waiting) shall be three months along with those who have it not. And for those with child, their period shall be till they bring forth their burden. And whosoever keepeth his duty to Allah, He maketh his course easy for him.

WOMEN AND DIVORCE

Sahih Bukhari Vol.07, Bk.63 (Divorce)
7.197:
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The wife of Thabit bin Qais came to the Prophet and said, "O Allah's Apostle! I do not blame Thabit for defects in his character or his religion, but I, being a Muslim, dislike to behave in un−Islamic manner (if I remain with him)." On that Allah's Apostle said (to her), "Will you give back the garden which your husband has given you (as Mahr)?" She said, "Yes." Then the Prophet said to Thabit, "O Thabit! Accept your garden, and divorce her once."
7.198:
Narrated `Ikrima: The sister of `Abdullah bin Ubai narrated (the above narration, 197) with the addition that the Prophet said to Thabit's wife, "Will you return his garden?" She said, "Yes," and returned it, and (then) the Prophet ordered Thabit to divorce her. Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The wife of Thabit bin Qais came to Allah's Apostle and said, "O Allah's Apostle! I do not blame Thabit for any defects in his character or his religion, but I cannot endure to live with him." On that Allah's Apostle
said, "Will you return his garden to him?" She said, "Yes."
7.199:
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The wife of Thabit bin Qais bin Shammas came to the Prophet and said, "O Allah's Apostle! I do not blame Thabit for any defects in his character or his religion, but I am afraid that I (being a Muslim) may become unthankful for Allah's Blessings." On that, Allah's Apostle said (to her), 'Will you return his garden to him?" She said, "Yes." So she returned his garden to him and the Prophet told him to divorce her.

Here, we see that Muhammad didn’t respond to her request but told the husband to divorce her. Meaning, women aren’t allowed to divorce the husband, but the husband the wife.

Wife-Beating

Question:
Does Islam permit a man to hit his wife?

Summary Answer:
Yes, but only if she doesn't do as he asks. The beating must cease if the woman complies with her husband's demands. Beating is also intended to be the last resort of coercing submission, behind verbal abuse and abandonment.
According her testimony in the Hadith, Muhammad, physically struck his favorite wife for leaving the house without his permission. It is not known how he treated his less-favored wives.

The Qur'an:
Qur'an (4:34) - "Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great."
Qur'an (38:44) - "And take in your hand a green branch and beat her with it, and do not break your oath..." Allah telling Job to beat his wife.

From the Hadith:

Bukhari (72:715) - A woman came to Muhammad and begged her to stop her husband from beating her. Her skin was bruised so badly that she it is described as being "greener" than the green veil she was wearing. Muhammad did not admonish her husband, but instead ordered her to return to him and submit to his sexual desires.

Bukhari (72:715) - "Aisha said, 'I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women'" This is Muhammad's own wife complaining of the abuse that the women of her religions suffer relative to other women.

Muslim (4:2127) - Muhammad struck his favorite wife, Aisha, in the chest one evening when she left the house without his permission. Aisha narrates, "He struck me on the chest which caused me pain."

Muslim (9:3506) - Muhammad's father-in-laws (Abu Bakr and Umar) amused him by slapping his wives (Aisha and Hafsa) for annoying him. According to the Hadith, the prophet of Islam laughed upon hearing this.

Abu Dawud (2141) - "Iyas bin ‘Abd Allah bin Abi Dhubab reported the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) as saying: Do not beat Allah’s handmaidens, but when ‘Umar came to the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) and said: Women have become emboldened towards their husbands, he (the Prophet) gave permission to beat them." At first, Muhammad forbade men from beating their wives, but he rescinded this once it was reported that women were becoming emboldened toward their husbands. Beatings are sometimes necessary to keep women in their place.

Abu Dawud (2142) - "The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: A man will not be asked as to why he beat his wife."

Abu Dawud (2126) - "A man from the Ansar called Basrah said: 'I married a virgin woman in her veil. When I entered upon her, I found her pregnant. (I mentioned this to the Prophet).' The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: 'She will get the dower, for you made her vagina lawful for you. The child will be your slave. When she has begotten (a child), flog her'" A Muslim man thinks his is getting a virgin, then finds out she is pregnant. Muhammad tells him to treat the woman as a sex slave and then flog her after she has delivered the child.

Ishaq 969 - Commands that a married woman be "put in a separate room and beaten lightly" if she "act in a sexual manner toward others." According to the Hadith, this can be for an offense as petty as merely being alone with a man to whom she is not related.

Additional Notes:

Some contemporary Muslim apologists often squirm over this relatively straightforward verse from the Qur'an (4:34) - which actually give men the right to beat their wives if they even have a "fear" of disloyalty or disobedience. Their masterful aerobics of denial inspired us to write a separate article:

Wife Beating- Good Enough for Muhammad, Good Enough for You

Others are not nearly as squeamish. Sheikh Yousef al-Qaradhawi, one of the most respected Muslim clerics in the world, once made the famous (and somewhat ridiculous statement) that "It is forbidden to beat the woman, unless it is necessary." He also went on to say that "one may beat only to safeguard Islamic behavior," leaving no doubt that wife-beating is a matter of religious sanction.

Dr. Muzammil Saddiqi, the former president of ISNA (the Islamic Society of North America), a mainstream Muslim organization, says it is important that a wife "recognizes the authority of her husband in the house" and that he may use physical force if he is "sure it would improve the situation."

Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Muhammad Ahmad Al-Tayyeb, the head of Al-Azhar, Sunni Islam's most prestigious institution says that "light beatings" and "punching" are part of a program to "reform the wife".

During Ramadan of 2010, another cleric named Sa'd Arafat actually said the woman is "honored" by the beating (source). No one else seemed surprised.

According to Islamic law, a husband may strike his wife for any one of the following four reasons:
- She does not attempt to make herself beautiful for him (ie. "let's herself go"wink
- She refuses to meet his sexual demands
- She leaves the house without his permission or for a "legitimate reason"
- She neglects her religious duties
Any of these are also sufficient grounds for divorce.

Muslim apologists sometimes say that Muhammad ordered that women not be harmed, but they are actually basing this on what he said before or during battle, such as in Bukhari (59:447), when Muhammad issued a command for all the men of Quraiza be killed and the women and children taken as slaves. (Having your husband murdered and being forced into sexual slavery apparently doesn't qualify as "harm" under the Islamic model).

But, in fact, there are a number of cases in which Muhammad did have women killed in the most brutal fashion. One was Asma bint Marwan, a mother or five, who wrote a poem criticizing the Medinans for accepting Muhammad after he had ordered the murder of an elderly man. In this case, the prophet's assassins literally pulled a sleeping infant from her breast and stabbed her to death.

After taking Mecca in 630, Muhammad also ordered the murder of a slave girl who had merely made up songs mocking him. The Hadith are rife as well with accounts of women planted in the ground on Muhammad's command and pelted to death with stones for sexual immorality - yet the prophet of Islam actually encouraged his own men to rape women captured in battle (Abu Dawood 2150, Muslim 3433) and did not punish them for killing non-Muslim women (as Khalid ibn Walid did on several occasions - see Ibn Ishaq 838 and 856).

In summary, according to the Qur'an, Hadith and Islamic law, a woman may indeed have physical harm done to her if the circumstances warrant, with one such allowance being in the case of disobedience. This certainly does not mean that all Muslim men beat their wives, only that Islam permits them to do so.

NOT YET SATISFIED? DO YOU WANT MORE?

HERE IT IS:

Quran 4:34, Men are superior to women on account of the qualities with which God has gifted the one above the other, and on account of the outlay they make from their substance for them. Virtuous women are obedient, careful, during the husband's absence, because God has of them been careful. But chide those for whose refractoriness you have cause to fear; remove them into beds apart, and scourge them: but if they are obedient to you, then seek not occasion against them: verily, God is High, Great! [Rodwell Version]
['Refractoriness' means hard or impossible to manage, stubbornly disobedient'].
Men have authority over women because God has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because God has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them. Then if they obey you, take no further action against them. Surely God is high, supreme. [Dawood Version]
Men are in charge of women, because Allah has made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah has guarded. As for those from whom you fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them. Lo! Allah is ever High Exalted, Great. [Pickthall Version]
Men are the managers of the affairs of women for that God has preferred in bounty one of them over another, and for that they have expended of their property. Righteous women are therefore obedient, guarding the secret for God's guarding. And those you fear may be rebellious admonish; banish them to their couches, and beat them. If they then obey you, look not for any way against them; God is all high, all great. [Arberry Version]
Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in their sleeping places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great. [Shakir Version]
Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whom part you fear disloyalty and ill conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance) for Allah is Most High, Great (above you all). [Ali Version]

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND ON THE QURAN, 4:34
The reason (asbab al-nuzul) behind the "revelation" is detailed by various Muslim scholars. The quote below comes from Razi's commentary, "At-Tafsir al-Kabir," on 4:34, "A women complained to Muhammad that her husband slapped her on the face, (which was still marked by the slap). At first the prophet said to her: "Get even with him", but then added: "Wait until I think about it". Later on, Allah supposedly revealed 4:34 to Muhammad, after which the prophet said: "We wanted one thing but Allah wanted another, and what Allah wanted is best."
HADITH
Bukhari, vol. 7, # 715, that details Islamic wife beating:
"Narrated Ikrima: 'Rifaa divorced his wife whereupon Abdur-Rahman married her. Aisha said that the lady came wearing a green veil and complained to her (Aisha) and showed her a green spot on her skin caused by beating. It was the habit of ladies to support each other, so when Allah's messenger came, Aisha said, "I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women. Look! Her skin is greener than her clothes! When Abdur-Rahman heard that his wife had gone to the prophet, he came with his two sons from another wife. She said, "By Allah! I have done no wrong to him, but he is impotent and is as useless to me as this," holding and showing the fringe of her garment. Abdur-Rahman said, "By Allah, O Allah's messenger! She has told a lie. I am very strong and can satisfy her, but she is disobedient and wants to go back to Rifaa." Allah's messenger said to her, "If that is your intention, then know that it is unlawful for you to remarry Rifaa unless Abdur-Rahman has had sexual intercourse with you." The prophet saw two boys with Abdur-Rahman and asked (him), "Are these your sons?" On that Abdur-Rahman said, "Yes." The prophet said, "You claim what you claim (that he is impotent)? But by Allah, these boys resemble him as a crow resembles a crow."
Sahih Muslim, Book 009, Number 3512:
…When my period of 'Idda was over, I mentioned to him [Muhammad] that Mu'awiya b. Abu Sufyan and Jahm had sent proposal of marriage to me, whereupon Allah's said: As for Abu Jahm, he does not put down his staff from his shoulder, and as for Mu'awiya, he is a poor man having no property; marry Usama b. Zaid. I objected to him, but he again said: Marry Usama; so I married him. Allah blessed there in and I was envied (by others).
Sahih Muslim, Book 009, Number 3526:
…So I informed him [Muhammad]. (By that time) Mu'awiya, Abu Jahm and Usama b. Zaid had given her the proposal of marriage. Allah's Messenger said: So far as Mu'awiya is concerned, he is a poor man without any property. So far as Abu Jahm is concerned, he is a great beater of women, but Usama b. Zaid... She pointed with her hand (that she did not approve of the idea of marrying) Usama. But Allah's Messenger said: Obedience to Allah and obedience to His Messenger is better for thee. She said: So I married him, and I became an object of envy.
Sahih Muslim, Book 009, Number 3527:
…She said: Mu'awiya and Abu'l-Jahm were among those who had given me the proposal of marriage. Thereupon Allah's Apostle said: Mu'awiya is destitute and in poor condition and Abu'l-Jahm is very harsh with women (or he beats women, or like that), you should take Usama b. Zaid (as your husband).
Sunan Abu Dawood Chapter 709 #2141:
Iyas Dhubab reported the apostle of Allah as saying: "Do not beat Allah's handmaidens", but when Umar came to the apostle of Allah and said: "Women have become emboldened towards their husbands", he (the prophet), gave permission to beat them. Then many women came round the family of the apostle of Allah complaining against their husbands. So the apostle of Allah said, "Many women have gone round Muhammad's family complaining against their husbands. They are not the best among you".
#2142 Umar reported the prophet as saying: "A man will not be asked as to why he beat his wife".
Sunan Ibn Majah
#1985
Iyas b. ‘Abdullah, the son of Abu Dhubab reported that Allah’s Messenger said, "Do not beat the slave girls (women folk)." Then Umar visited the Holy Prophet and said, "Allah’s Messenger, women have become emboldened towards their husbands. So allow us to beat them. So, they were beaten (when permission was granted). Upon this many groups of women went round the family of Muhammad. When it was morning, he, (the Holy Prophet), said, "Seventy women went round the family of Muhammad this night. Every woman was making a complaint against her spouse. You will not find them (1) the best among you.
[The note for (1) says, "The word ula’ika refers to the men who severely beat women and transgress all bound in beating them."
#1986
Ash’ath b. Qais is reported to have said, "One night Umar arranged a feast. When it was midnight, he got up and went towards his wife to beat her. I separated them both. When he went to bed, he said to me, "O Ash’ath, preserve from me a thing that I heard from Allah’s messenger. (These things are): A man will not be taken to task for beating his wife (for valid reasons) and do not sleep without observing with prayer." I forgot the third (exhortation).
MUHAMMAD’S WIVES AISHA AND HAFSAH
Being Muhammad’s wife had many great advantages. However, even Aisha and Hafsah (two of Muhammad’s wives) were physically disciplined. Note that in each case when Aisha was struck she was married to Muhammad and she was probably younger than 16 years old.
Sahih Muslim #2127:
…When it was my turn for Allah's Messenger to spend the night with me, he turned his side, put on his mantle and took off his shoes and placed them near his feet, and spread the corner of his shawl on his bed and then lay down till he thought that I had gone to sleep. He took hold of his mantle slowly and put on the shoes slowly, and opened the door and went out and then closed it lightly. I covered my head, put on my veil and tightened my waist wrapper, and then went out following his steps till he reached Baqi'. He stood there and he stood for a long time. He then lifted his hands three times, and then returned and I also returned. He hastened his steps and I also hastened my steps. He ran and I too ran. He came (to the house) and I also came (to the house). I, however, preceded him and I entered (the house), and as I lay down in the bed, he (the Holy Prophet) entered the (house), and said: Why is it, O 'Aisha, that you are out of breath? I said: There is nothing. He said: Tell me or the Subtle and the Aware would inform me. I said: Messenger of Allah, may my father and mother be ransom for you, and then I told him (the whole story). He said: Was it the darkness (of your shadow) that I saw in front of me? I said: Yes. He struck me on the chest which caused me pain, and then said: Did you think that Allah and His Apostle would deal unjustly with you?
Sahih Muslim #3506:
Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported: Abu Bakr came and sought permission to see Allah's Messenger. He found people sitting at his door and none amongst them had been granted permission, but it was granted to Abu Bakr and he went in. Then came 'Umar and he sought permission and it was granted to him, and he found Allah's Apostle sitting sad and silent with his wives around him. He (Hadrat 'Umar) said: I would say something which would make the Holy Prophet laugh, so he said: Messenger of Allah, I wish you had seen (the treatment meted out to) the daughter of Kharija when she asked me some money, and I got up and slapped her on her neck. Allah's Messenger laughed and said: They are around me as you see, asking for extra money. Abu Bakr then got up went to 'Aisha and slapped her on the neck, and 'Umar stood up before Hafsa and slapped her saying: You ask Allah's Messenger which he does not possess. They said: By Allah, we do not ask Allah's Messenger for anything he does not possess….
Bukhari volume 8, #828
Narrated Aisha: Abu Bakr came to towards me and struck me violently with his fist and said, "You have detained the people because of your necklace." But I remained motionless as if I was dead lest I should awake Allah's Apostle although that hit was very painful.

TODAY WE HAVE A NEW COVENANT FYI. IT CALLS THE NEW TESTAMENT, THOSE LAWS DO NOT APPLY TO US ANYMORE. OTHERWISE, PLEASE SHOW ME A SINGLE VERSE FROM THE NEW TESTAMENT THAT ALLOWS THOSE THINGS YOU QUOTED.
are you saying there is a part of your "infallible word of God" that is no longer valid?

or are you telling us that your god was a "bad boy" who repented?

in case you have eye problem, here are verses from the new testament in the OP:

Your women are a tillage for you, that is, the place where you sow [the seeds of] your children; so come to your tillage, that is, the specified place, the front part, as, in whichever way, you wish, whether standing up, sitting down, lying down, from the front or the back: this was revealed in response to the Jews saying that if a person had vaginal intercourse with his wife from behind, the child would be born cross-eyed; and offer for your souls, righteous deeds, such as saying, ‘In the Name of God’ (bismillāh) when you commence intercourse; and fear God, in what He commands and prohibits; and know that you shall meet Him, at the Resurrection, where He will requite you according to your deeds; and give good tidings, of Paradise, to the believers, who feared Him.

so you want us to follow what jews say but you who honor their own scriptures claim not to follow their laws.what a man and a woman who are legally married do in their bedroom is not your business.

Allah is Mighty, Wise.
perfect sense! a woman after dissolving one marriage waits three months before entering another to ensure there is no hidden pregnancy.

Meaning, women aren’t allowed to divorce the husband, but the husband the wife.

there is a simple and straightforward rule in Islamic marriage you see in the above.when a man marries a woman and expends from his wealth and also pays the "bride price",if the women asks for divorce when the man committed no fault, then she is not entitled to mahr and she must return whatever she had received from the man.but in the case the man requests for divorce or he is at fault, then the woman is entitled to mahr.

it is very silly how people can use logical laws to vent their anger and frustration.

[Rodwell Version]

good you stated that the above verse is "Rodwell Version".here is the correct translation of Verse 4:34:

"Men are guardians of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand".

I think you are the last person who suppose to make this comment if you truly know your quran

quran 2:106, "Such of Our revelations as We ABROGATE or CAUSE TO BE FORGOTTEN, we bring (in place) ONE BETTER or the like thereof. Knowest thou not that Allah is Able to do all things?"

Have you read this?

Example of abrogation
Surah 3:85, “And whoso seeketh as religion other than the Surrender (to Allah) it will not be accepted from him, and he will be a loser in the Hereafter”.
Abrogates:
Surah 2:62, “Lo! those who believe (in that which is revealed unto thee, Muhammad), and those who are Jews, and Christians, and Sabaeans whoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right surely their reward is with their Lord, and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.”

Surah 9:29, “Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the religion of truth, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low”.
Abrogates:
Surah 2:256, “There is no compulsion in religion. The right direction is henceforth distinct from error. And he who rejecteth false deities and believeth in Allah hath grasped a firm hand hold which will never break. Allah is Hearer, Knower.”
Surah 109:6; “Unto you your religion and unto me my religion”.

To understand it more, let’s see what Ibn Abbas’ tafsir on Surah 109:6 says.

Ibn Abbas said on Surah 109:6, (Unto you your religion) of disbelief and ascribing partners to Allah, (and unto me my religion) Islam and faith in Allah. The verses of fighting then abrogated this and the Prophet (pbuh) did fight them...”

I don't see any sense of inferiority in here. He only tells us how man and female was created, it has nothing to do with inferiority.

Here is a verse that proves that there is no such thing as women inferior to men in Christianity, but I show you it exists in Islam.

Galatians 3: 28, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, THERE IS NEITHER MALE NOR FEMALE – for ALL OF YOU ARE ONE in Christ Jesus.

What a joke! Yes, do you know what the word WILL means? This is what's going to happen if you do not repent. THIS IS IN HE JUDGEMENT.

WHAT ABOUT WHAT MUHAMMAD SAID ABOUT CHRISTIANS AND JEWS BEING PUNISHED FOR THE SINS OF MUSLIMS?

Sahih Muslim 6665—Abu Musa reported that Allah's Messenger said: When it will be the Day of Resurrection Allah would deliver to every Muslim a Jew or a Christian and say: That is your rescue from Hell-Fire.

Sahih Muslim 6666—Allah’s Apostle said: No Muslim would die but Allah would admit in his stead a Jew or a Christian in Hell-Fire.

Sahih Muslim 6668—Allah’s Messenger [said]: There would come people amongst the Muslims on the Day of Resurrection with as heavy sins as a mountain, and Allah would forgive them and He would place in their stead the Jews and the Christians.

110 Hadith Qudsi—Allah’s Messenger said: On the Day of Resurrection, my Ummah (nation) will be gathered into three groups. One sort will enter Paradise without rendering an account (of their deeds). Another sort will be reckoned an easy account and admitted into Paradise. Yet another sort will come bearing on their backs heaps of sins like great mountains. Allah will ask the angels though He knows best about them: Who are these people? They will reply: They are humble slaves of yours. He will say: Unload the sins from them and put the same over the Jews and Christians: then let the humble slaves get into Paradise by virtue of My Mercy.

Please ask if you do not understand our scriptures:

These verses didn't come alone.
If you read from verse 1, you will see that Paul ADDRESSED MEN FIRST, then he addressed the women, that why in Verse 9, it starts like this "IN LIKE MANNER ALSO..."
AGAIN, I SEE NOTHING ABOUT WOMEN BEING INFERIOR TO MEN HERE.

AND I DON'T SEE HOW OR WHY YOU AS A MUSLIM WOULD ARGUE THIS SINCE YOUR PROPHET SAYS WOMEN ARE INFERIOR TO MEN.

ARE YOU CONDEMNING MUHAMMAD AS WELL?

Quran 4: 34, "MEN ARE IN CHARGE OF WOMEN, because Allah hath men the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend
of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath
guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them.
Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them. Lo! Allah is ever High Exalted, Great."

PLEASE ANSWER US, ARE YOU CONDEMNING MUHAMMAD TOO BECAUSE HE EXPLICITLY SAID THAT MEN ARE SUPERIOR TO WOMEN? OR BETTER YET, SINCE THE QURAN IS THE WORD OF ALLAH, ARE YOU CONDEMNING ALLAH?
Re: Women In Christianity And The Bible by rcla23(m): 4:08am On Jun 20, 2012

Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything." (Ephesians 5:22-24)

AGAIN I DON'T SEE ANYTHING THAT POINTS "INFERIORITY" IN HERE ESPECIALLY WHEN THE "VERY" next verse tells us this:

"Husbands, LOVE YOUR WIVES just as Christ loved the church and gave himself for her" (Galatians 5:25).

You see how you distorted our Scriptures? Again, he talks to BOTH men and women here. So where is the inferiority when he said WE ARE ALL ONE IN CHRIST (Galatians 3:28)?

I reiterate, DO YOU CONDEMN ALLAH TOO BECAUSE HE SAID MEN ARE SUPERIOR TO FEMALE?

(Quran 4:34)Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath men the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church."(I Corinthians 14:34-35)

I AM NOT EVEN GOING TO TOUCH YOUR DISTORTION.

QUESTION FOR YOU: ARE THERE A FEMALE IMAM IN ISLAM?

HAVE YOU HEARD WHAT THEY SAY? THOSE WHO LIVE IN A GLASS HOUSE SHOULD NOT THROW STONES. DO YOU CONDEMN ALLAH AND MUHAMMAD TOO?

FOR THE RECORD, THERE ARE LOTS OF FEMALE PASTORS IN OUR CHURCHES TODAY. PROOF POSITIVE THAT YOU MISREPRESENT OUR BELIEF.

DO YOU EVEN KNOW THAT THERE ARE LOTS OF PROPHETESSES IN THE BIBLE?

IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND PROPHETESSES, IT MEANS FEMALE PROPHETS (See Exodus 15:20, Judges 4:4, 2 Kings 22:14, Luke 2:36, Nehemiah 6:14)

THE BOTTOM LINE IS, YES GOD SAID CERTAIN THINGS CONCERNING WOMEN, BUT HE ALSO TALKED ABOUT MEN. AND IT'S CLEAR THAT IN THE EYES OF GOD MEN AND WOMEN ARE THE SAME IN TERMS OF VALUE (Galatians 3:28-29).

God did not only command to stone adulteresses but also adulterers in the Bible(Deuteronomy 22:22-24), unlike Muhammad told people to stone adulteresses and he himself was an adulterer.

WHAT AMAZES ME IS HOW BUSY ARE YOU ATTACKING CHRISTIANITY WITHOUT REALIZING THAT YOU ARE BUSY CONDEMNING ALLAH AND MUHAMMAD. WHEN THEY CLEARLY SAID MEN ARE SUPERIOR TO WOMEN (QUR'AN 4:34).

STOP WHAT YOU DOING IF YOU HAVE NO CLUE IN WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT AND I INVITE YOU TODAY TO RECEIVE JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR FOR HE ALONE GAVE ALL MANKIND THE ASSURANCE OF SALVATION.

I am out of here because I have much people to save too. I hope I made my point and use your head right. Read the Bible the way you should, don't pick and choose, because the Bible UNLIKE the quran has CONTEXT.

I'm not even here to embarrass you your religion because it contradicts and refutes itself all the time and Muslims keep telling us it is perfectly preserved...

I'M GONNA POST SOMETHING THAT WILL SHOCK YOU IF YOU HAVEN'T STUDY ISLAM WELL AS I HAVE.

CONTRADICTION AND SCIENTIFIC BLUNDER IN THE QUR'AN AND HADITHS

The Quran itself makes it clear that everything in it, is “CLEAR” (Quran 5:92). And thus condemns anyone who tries to explain it otherwise (Quran 3:7). It also states that only Allah knows the unclear verses.
[Wait! Didn’t Allah know that he already said that EVERYTHING IS CLEAR? Then why are there UNCLEAR verses as well? The contradictions start already!]
So since every verse is clear. Then, no Muslim should interpret it otherwise. Unless they think they are better than Allah and Muhammad.
Qur’an 4:82, “Will they not, then, try to understand this Qur'an? Had it issued from ANY BUT GOD, they would SURELY HAVE FOUND in it MANY an inner CONTRADICTION!” (Muhammad Asad Version).

Qur’an 4:82, Will they not then ponder on the Qur'an? If it had been from other than Allah they would have found therein much incongruity. (Pickhall Version)

Qur’an 4:82, Do they not consider the Koran (with care)? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much discrepancy. (Yusuf Ali Version)

Remember what 4:82 of the Qur’an says, that if there is one contradiction in it, it isn’t from God.
So now, let’s see the contradictions and scientific blunders of these “supposed” clear verses in the Quran:

1-Was Mary the Mother of Jesus; the same as Mary (Miriam) the sister of Aaron?
Quran 66:12, “And Mary, DAUGHTER OF IMRAN (sister of Aaron), whose body was chaste, therefore we breathed therein something of Our Spirit. And she put faith in the words of her Lord and His Scriptures, and was of the obedient.”
(This supposedly is how Jesus was conceived; but there is a “serious” mistake here. Mary the mother of Jesus WAS NOT Miriam the sister of Aaron and Moses).
Quran 3:35-36, “(Remember) when THE WIFE OF IMRAN said: My Lord I have vowed unto Thee that which is in my belly as a consecrated (offering). Accept it from me. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Hearer, the Knower! And when she was delivered she said: My Lord! Lo! I am delivered of a female. Allah knew best of what she was delivered. The male is not as the female; and Lo! I HAVE NAMED HER MARY and Lo! I crave Thy protection for her and for her offspring from Satan the outcast.”

Sahih al-Bukhari 3769, “Allah’s messenger said, “Many amongst men attained perfection but among women none attained the perfection except MARYAM, THE DAUGHTER OF IMRAN and Asiya, the wife of Fir’aun”

Quran 19: 27-28, “.Then she brought him to her own folk, carrying him. They said: O MARY! Thou hast come with an amazing thing. OH SISTER OF AARON! Thy father was not a wicked man nor was thy mother a harlot.

[According to the Bible (Exodus 6:20), Miriam (sister of Aaron and Moses) and Mary the Mother of Jesus lived 1500 years from each other.

Learned men of Islam, who were aware that the two were separated by a gap of 1500 years, try to explain that Mary the Mother of Jesus also had a brother who also named Aaron. Since Mary also is called the daughter of Imran (66:12), the Amram of Exodus 6:20, we have to dismiss this attempt to cover up a historic blunder in the Quran.

Amram was indeed the father of Aaron, Moses and Miriam.
To top it up, Jalalu’d Deen have stated that Mary’s mother was Hannah, as mentioned in 1 Samuel 1! If that would be correct, she would have lived about 1000 years before her “daughter”.]

If Muslims still want to argue after this clear evidence of this verse, then let’s see what Sahih Muslim Book 25 Number 5326 and Ibn Kathir on Quran 19:28 say about this.

Sahih Muslim Book 25 Number 5326, “ Mughira b. Shu'ba reported: When I came to Najran, they (the Christians of Najran) asked me: You read" O sister of Harun" (i. e. Hadrat Maryam) in the Qur'an, whereas Moses was born much before Jesus. When I came back to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) I asked him about that, whereupon he said: The (people of the old age) used to give names (to their persons) after the names of Apostles and pious persons who had gone before them.”

This, first of all, is the proof that even people in Muhammad’s day found this to be a mistake. As I have mentioned above that as Muhammad said here, some Muslims would say, Mary the Mother of Jesus also had a brother named Aaron.

But, now, let’s see Ibn Kathir on Quran 19:28 says,
“Muhammad Ibn Sireen stated that he was told that Ka’b said the verse that reads, “O Sister of Harun (Aaron)”; DOES NOT REFER to Aaron the brother of Moses. Aisha replied to Ka’b, “YOU HAVE LIED”. Ka’b responded “O Mother of the believers! If the prophet, may Allah’s prayer be upon him, has said it, and he is more knowledgeable, and then this is what he related. Besides, I find the difference in time between them [i.e. Jesus and Moses] to be 600 years. He said that she remained silent”.
Why would Aisha said, “He lied” if that wasn’t what she learnt from Muhammad?

2 – Will people be raised from the dead on the Last Day to receive their punishment and rewards?

Quran 2:260, when Abraham said: "Show me, Lord, how you will raise the dead," He replied: "Have you no faith?" He said "Yes, but just to reassure my heart." Allah said, "Take four birds, draw them to you, and cut their bodies to pieces. Scatter them over the mountain-tops, and then call them back. They will come swiftly to you. Know that Allah is Mighty, Wise."

Quran 7:57, It is He Who sendeth the winds like heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy: when they have carried the heavy-laden clouds, We drive them to a land that is dead, make rain to descend thereon, and produce every kind of harvest therewith: thus shall We raise up the dead: perchance ye may remember.

Quran 30:50, then contemplate [O man!] the memorials of Allah's Mercy! - How He gives life to the earth after its death: verily the same will give life to the men who are dead: for He has power over all things.

OR do they receive it right after their death?
Quran 3:169, Think not of those, who are slain in the way of Allah, as dead. Nay, they are living. With their Lord they have provision.

3 – Is the earth flat? Quran 20:53, 2:22, 88:20.
Tafsir Al-Jalalayn on Quran 88:20 says, “And the earth, how it was laid out flat? And thus infer from this the power of God, exalted be He, and His Oneness? The commencing with the [mention of] camels is because they are closer in contact with it [the earth] than any other [animal]. As for His words sutihat, ‘laid out flat’, this on a literal reading suggests that THE EARTH IS FLAT, which is the opinion of most of the scholars of the [revealed] Law, and NOT A SPHERE as astronomers (ahl al-hay’a) have it, even if this [latter] does not contradict any of the pillars of the Law.”

4 – Do sperms proceed from between the backbone and the ribs?
Quran 86:5-7, now let man but think from what he is created! He is created from a drop emitted; proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs.

5 – Is milk produced from between the feces and the blood?

Quran 16:66, and verily in cattle [too] will ye find an instructive sign. From what is within their bodies between excretions and blood, we produce, for your drink, milk, pure and agreeable to those who drink it.

6 – Is there any animal that forms “Communities like men”?
Quran 6:38, there is not an animal [that lives] on the earth, nor a being that flies on its wings, but [forms part of] communities like you. Nothing have we omitted from the Book, and they [all] shall be gathered to their Lord in the end.

7 – Is there any barrier between two waters? (I.e. sea water and sweet water)
Quran 55:19-20, He has let free the two bodies of flowing water, meeting together: Between them is a Barrier which they do not transgress:

Sheer nonsense! All waters mix!

8 – Was the universe created in?
- Six Days? Quran 7:54, 10:3, 11:7, 25:59
- Eight Days? Quran 41: 9-12
- Or Instantly? Quran 2:117

9 – Was the earth created before the heaven? Quran 2:29, 7:54, 10:3, 11:7, 25:59, 41: 9-12.
OR was the heaven created before the earth? Quran 79:28-30
OR were the heaven and the earth JOINED TOGETHER as one unit of creation and ALLAH SEPARATED THEM? Quran 21:30.
OR were the heaven and the earth SEPARATED and ALLAH UNIFIED THEM? Quran 41:11.

10 – Are heaven and earth made of “SEVEN” layers?
Quran 65:12, Allah it is who hath created SEVEN heavens, and of THE EARTH THE LIKES THEREOF. The commandment cometh down among them slowly, that ye may know that Allah is Able to do all things, and that Allah surroundeth all things in knowledge.

Quran 23:17, And indeed, we have created above you seven heavens (one over the other), and we are never unaware of the creation (Alhilali Khan Version).

11 – Are stars missiles? Quran 67:2, 35:6-10.
Are they (stars) in the lower layer of the sky while the sun and the moon and other planets of the solar system are above them? Quran 41:12.

12 – Is the sky a solid object?
Quran 22:65, Hast thou not seem how Allah hath made all that is in the earth subservient unto you? And the sap runneth upon the sea by His command, and He holdeth back the heaven from falling on the earth unless by His leave. Lo! Allah is, for mankind, Full of Pity, Merciful.

13 –Is there any place of the setting of the sun?
Quran 18:86, Until, when HE REACHED the setting of the sun, HE FOUND IT set in a spring of murky water: Near it HE FOUND a People: We said: "O Zul-qarnain! [thou hast authority,] either to punish them, or to treat them with kindness."

Muslims try to reinterpret this by saying that, he saw the sun setting from afar, and not that he saw it in a close range or that he saw a mirage or that he reached a certain place at sunset...
But they have problems still:
1. The Qur’an claims to be clear and needs no one to reinterpret it (Qur’an 3:7)
2. This verse clearly says: HE REACHED THE PLACE of the setting of the sun and FOUND it set in a spring of murky water and FOUND PEOPLE IN THERE.
3. Worse yet, in Sunan Abu Dawud 3991, this Hadith tells us about what Muhammad himself said about this when it records,
“Abu Dharr said: I was sitting behind the Apostle of Allah who was riding a donkey while the sun was setting. He asked: Do you know WHERE THIS SETS? I replied: Allah and his Apostle know best. He said: IT SETS IN A SPRING OF WARM WATER”.

14 – Is the Quran clear? Quran 2:242; 11:1; 15:1; 16:103; 43:3; 44:2; 2:187, 219, 242, 266; 3:103, 118; 4:26, 176; 5:89; 24:18, 58-59, 61; 57:17; 6:55, 97-98, 105, 114, 126; 7:32, 52, 174; 10:37; 9:11; 12:111; 16:89; 30:28; 41:3
OR Not clear? Quran 3:7, He it is Who hath revealed unto thee (Muhammad) the Scripture wherein are clear revelations. They are the substance of the Book. And others (which are) allegorical. But those in whose hearts is doubt pursue, forsooth, that which is allegorical seeking (to cause) dissension by seeking to explain it. None knoweth its explanation save Allah. And those who are of sound instruction say: We believe therein; the whole is from our Lord; but only men of understanding really heed.
- Does the Quran have mother?
Quran 43:4, And verily, it is in the Mother of the Book, in Our Presence, high [in dignity], full of wisdom.
(I only mention this because of the inconsistency of the Quran itself when it talks about Jesus not God because He had a mother; yet, the so called “eternal word of Allah” has a mother! And Jesus as Qur’an 4:171 is the word and spirit of Allah).

15 – Does Allah raise the heavens “WITHOUT” any pillars?
Quran 13:2, Allah is He who raised the heavens WITHOUT ANY PILLARS that ye can see; is firmly established on the throne [of authority]; He has subjected the sun and the moon [to his Law]! Each one runs [its course] for a term appointed. He doth regulate all affairs, explaining the signs in detail that ye may believe with certainty in the meeting with your Lord.

Quran 31:10, He created the heavens WITHOUT ANY PILLARS that ye can see; He set on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you; and He scattered through it beasts of all kinds. We send down rain from the sky, and produce on the earth every kind of noble creature, in pairs.

OR he withholds it from falling on the earth?
Quran 22:65, Hast thou not seem how Allah hath made all that is in the earth subservient unto you? And the sap runneth upon the sea by His command, and He holdeth back the heaven from falling on the earth unless by His leave. Lo! Allah is, for mankind, Full of Pity, Merciful.

If you say he is talking about “heaven” that we cannot see. Then why Quran 31:10 says, “...that you see” Or Quran 13:2, “...that you can see”?

16 – Did Allah destroy the people of Aad in:
- A Day? Quran 54:19
- Days? More than one day. Quran 41:16
- Seven nights and eight days? Quran 69:7

17 – At the last judgement, people are divided into:
- Two groups? Quran 90:18-19, 99:6-8
- Three groups? Quran 56:7

18 – Who takes the soul at death?
- Angel of death? Quran 32:11
- Angels (plural)? Quran 8:50, 47:27
- OR Allah? Quran 39:42

19 – How many angels announced the birth of Jesus to Mary?
- One angel? (Gabriel) Quran 19:17-21
- Several angels? Quran 3:42-45

20 – Who was the first Muslim?
- Muhammad? Quran 6:14, 163
- Moses? Quran 7:143
- Abraham? Quran 2:127-133, 3:67
- Adam? Quran 2:37
- Jesus’ disciples? Quran 3:52
- OR some Egyptians? Quran 26:51

21 – Food of people in hell; is it ONLY:
- Poisonous thorny plant “Dhari”? Quran 88:6, NO FOOD for them SAVE bitter thorn fruit.
- OR Foul puss from the washing of wounds TOO? Quran 69:36
- OR will they ALSO get to eat from the tree of Zaqqum? Quran 37:62-66

22 – Are Muslims forbidden to marry unbelieving women “UNTIL” they believe”? Quran 2:221
OR it is “LAWFUL” for them to marry unbelieving women? Quran 5:5

23 – The food of Christians is lawful to Muslim? Quran 5:5.
Do Muslims eat pork meat as Christians do?

24 – Will the good deeds of unbelievers “NOT BE REWARDED”? Quran 9:17, 69
OR will it be “REWARDED”? Quran 99:7, 2:62
Yet Quran 5:17, 72-73 call them blasphemers.

25 – Wine: Is it:
- Good therefore ALLOWED? Quran 16:67
- OR to BE ABSTAINED from WHEN “praying”? Quran 4:43, meaning allowed when not praying?
- OR Both BAD AND GOOD but it is more bad than good? Quran 2:219
- OR Abomination? Quran 5:90-91
How come something that was first “a goodly provision” 16:67 became an abomination and Satan’s handwork? 5:90-91

26 – Was Pharaoh and Haman lived in the same era? Did Pharaoh among those who built the tower of Babel? Quran 28:6, 8, 38
Biblically and historically,
- Pharaoh lived 1.700 B.C (Exodus 1)
- Haman lived 510 B.C (Esther 3)
- The tower [I.e. Babel]was built 2.250 B.C (Genesis 11)

27 - Has there ever been an ATHEIST Pharaoh in history? Quran 28:38
• What happed to Pharaoh when he chased the Israelites?
- Allah saved him? Quran 10:92
- OR He drowned? Quran 72:103

28 – Allah “CANNOT” have children “WITHOUT” sexual intercourse? Quran 6:101
OR He CAN? Quran 3:47, 39:4
The Qur'an says Allah CANNOT have a son without a consort (6:101), yet claims Mary HAD A SON FROM ALLAH without a consort (19:20-21). Is this not limiting Allah's omnipotence, and why is Mary capable of doing something Allah cannot?

Qur'an 19:20-21: "She said: ‘HOW SHALL I HAVE A SON, seeing that NO MAN has touched me, and I am not unchaste?' He said: 'So (it will be): Thy Lord saith, ‘THAT IS EASY FOR ME: and (We wish) to appoint him as a Sign unto men and a Mercy from Us: It is a matter (so) decreed.'"
Qur'an 6:101: "To Him is due the primal origin of the heavens and the earth: HOW CAN HE HAVE A SON WHEN HE HATH NO CONSORT? He created all things, and He hath full knowledge of all things."

What about the Quran having mother? Quran 43:3-5. Who is the father of the Quran? Since the Quran is the eternal words of Allah, therefore He is the father. Does Allah have wife now?

29 – Does Allah pray? (Quran 2:157, 33:43, 56; Sahih Bukhari Book 8 Number 1.345)
Who is he praying to?
The Arabic word used here is “Salu” by the way, NOT “Baraka” which means blessing as some Muslims try to interpret it. Salu means pray not bless.

30 – How was man created? [Q.23.14, Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a [foetus] lump; then we made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then we developed out of it another creature. So blessed be Allah, the best to create!]
- From nothing? Quran 19:67

33 – Will Jews and Christians be ACCEPTED BY GOD?
Quran 2:62, Those who believe [in the Qur'an], and those who follow the Jewish [scriptures], and the Christians and the Sabians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

OR Islam is THE ONLY RELIGION ACCEPTED?
Quran 3:85, If anyone desires a religion other than Islam [submission to Allah], never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost [All spiritual good].

34 – Will intercession be possible in the day of Judgement?

35 – Do the sun and the moon chasing each other around the earth? Quran 36:38-40
Not at all, it’s the earth that moves!

36 – Did Jesus die? Surah 19:33, Peace on me [Jesus] the day I WAS born, and the day I DIE, and the day I SHALL be raised alive!

OR He didn’t die? Surah 4:157, And because of their saying: We slew the Messiah Jesus son of Mary, Allah's messenger They slew him not nor crucified, but it appeared so unto them; and lo! Those who disagree concerning it are in doubt thereof; they have no knowledge thereof save pursuit of a conjecture; they slew him not for certain

Surah 3:55, (And remember) when Allah said: O Jesus! Lo! I am gathering thee and causing thee to ascend unto me and am cleansing thee of those who disbelieve and am setting those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then unto me ye will (all) return, and I shall judge between you as to that wherein ye used to differ.

How will Jesus be raised ALIVE if He didn’t die according to Surah 4:157?

37 – Allah put fear in the heart of unbelievers?
Surah 8:12, “When thy Lord inspired the angels, (saying smiley I am with you. So make those who believe stand firm. I will throw fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then smite the necks and smite of them each finger.”

Or the unbelievers are the only ones who are secured from the scheme of Allah?
Surah 7:99, “Are they then secure from Allah's scheme? NONE deemeth himself SECURE Allah's scheme SAVE FOLK THAT PERISH (disbelievers)”.

38 – No compulsion in religion? (Qur’an 2:265, 109:6)
Or Only Islam is accepted? (Qur’an 3:85)

INCOMPLETION OF THE QUR'AN

The Quran was not delivered or, as Muslims believe, revealed all at once. It came piecemeal over a period of twenty-three years from the time when Muhammad began to preach in Mecca in 610 AD until his death at Medina in 632 AD.
The Qur'an itself declares that Allah said to Muhammad: "We have rehearsed it to you in slow, well-arranged stages, gradually" (Surah 25.32).

Muslims also believe and tell us that the Qur’an is PERFECTLY PRESERVED. Is that what their OWN sources say?
MISSING SURAHS
Sahih Muslim, Vol. 2, p.501, we used to recite a surah which resembled in length and severity to (Surah) Bara'at. I have, however, forgotten it with the exception of this which I remember out of it: "If there were two valleys full of riches, for the son of Adam, he would long for a third valley and nothing would fill the stomach of the son of Adam but dust".

Abu Musa went on to say:
As-Suyuti, Al-Itqan fii Ulum al-Qur'an, p.526, We used to recite a surah similar to one of the Musabbihat, and I no longer remember it, but this much I have indeed preserved: 'O you who truly believe, why do you preach that which you do not practise?' (and) 'that is inscribed on your necks as a witness and you will be examined about it on the Day of Resurrection'.

Abu Ubaid, Kitab Fada’il-al-Qur’an, When Ibn Umar—son of the second Muslim caliph—heard people declaring that they knew the entire Qur’an, he said to them: “Let none of you say, ‘I have learned the whole of the Koran,’ for how does he know what the whole of it is, when much of it has disappeared? Let him rather say, ‘I have learned what is extant thereof’

Sahih Muslim Bk. 05 Numb.2286—Abu Musa al-Ash’ari sent for the reciters of Basra. They came to him and they were three hundred in number. They recited the Qur’an and he said: You are the best among the inhabitants of Basra, for you are the reciters among them. So continue to recite it. (But bear in mind) that your reciting for a long time may not harden your hearts as were hardened the hearts of those before you. We used to recite a surah which resembled in length and severity to (Surah) Bara’at. I have, however, forgotten it with the exception of this which I remember out of it: “If there were two valleys full of riches, for the son of Adam, he would long for a third valley and nothing would fill the stomach of the son of Adam but dust.” And we used to recite a surah which resembled one of the Surahs of Musabbihat, and I have forgotten it . . .

Abu Ubaid, Kitab Fada’il-al-Qur’an—Aisha . . . said, “Surat al-Ahzab (xxxiii) used to be recited in the time of the Prophet with two hundred verses, but when Uthman wrote out the codices he was unable to procure more of it than there is in it today [i.e. 73 verses].”

Sunan Ibn Majah 1944—it was narrated that Aisha said: “The Verse of stoning and of breastfeeding an adult ten times was revealed, and the paper was with me under my pillow. When the Messenger of Allah died, we were preoccupied with his death, and a tame sheep came in and ate it.”
This is why the Qur’an of today does not have the Verse of stoning and of breastfeeding.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali, the Meaning of the Holy Qur’an, Note 3674, Surah 33:6 declare that “The Prophet is closer to the Believers than their own selves, and his wives are their mothers.” Ubayy Ibn Ka’b and other early Muslims held that a phrase (“and he is a father of them”) is missing from this verse.
Even the great translator Yusuf Ali admits this in his commentary. Ali writes: “In some Qira’ahs, like that of Ubayy Ibn Ka’ab, occur also the words ‘and he is a father of them,’ which imply his spiritual relationship and connection with the words ‘and his wives are their mothers’.

If we open a modern edition of the Qur’an, we find that Surah 2:238 commands Muslims to “Guard strictly your (habit) of prayers, especially the Middle Prayer; and stand before Allah in a devout (frame of mind).”

According to Aisha, Muhammad recited this verse as follows: “Guard strictly (the five obligatory) prayers, and the middle Salat, and Salat Al-Asr. And stand before Allah with obedience” (Jami at-Tirmidhi 2982).

Hence, the phrase “and Salat Al-Asr” is missing from modern editions.

How could Muslims today dare to say that the Qur’an is perfectly preserved, based on these sources which by the way ARE Islamic sources?

............even though I'm just learning about islam, this one should not be a problem........

"we" is a royal pronoun.......
and even KINGS and LORDS use it....
e.g
"we seized his land from him"

......and one more thing.....should u necessarily be rude to other religion to prove ur point?

Bélla3: @rcla
perphaps even a LEGION of demons!

Am nt rude pls... You didnt tel lagoshia nt to be rude bt u're quick to point that am rude.
Anyway i shudnt be lyk him, so i apologize.
God is nt just royal when kings say 'we' they're referin to thier council of cheifs becos they cnt make decision alone. Since when did GOD have a council of cheifs becos he cant make a decision?
What IMPERFECTION
Re: Women In Christianity And The Bible by olasesi(m): 2:40am On Jun 21, 2012
Bélla3: when kings say 'we' they're referin to thier council of cheifs becos they cnt make decision alone.

....every language has its own style and rules.......and one would not expect that every language resembles each other in fashion and style...
for example.......in Yoruba, plural persons can be used for one person as a form of respect.......and in English, no such thing exists.......
IN ARABIC, "WE" CAN BE USED AS A ROYAL PRONOUN WHEN ON ONE PERSON IS BEING REFERRED TO.......because it doesn't exist in some other languages doesn't make it wrong.....
........and who can be a better user of a language than the native speakers themselves?
if Muhammad was to get anything wrong, certainly not in the simple us of "we"

fortunately,ARABIC is not in this alone.........the English language also recognizes the use of "we" as a royal pronoun and so does the Yoruba language

............ it use does not necessarily includes any council of chiefs ........
