There are many northerners especially the woman want to leave Islam but they are afraid of what will be metted to them. I met one whom I would have married had it been she converted to Islam she couldn't do it for fear of what her people will do to them.

Politics / South Africa’s Black-on-black Violence Reflections On White Capital Vs Nigerian by Nigeria2040: 1:46am On Sep 08, 2019
SOUTH AFRICA’S BLACK-ON-BLACK VIOLENCE
REFLECTIONS ON WHITE CAPITAL VS NIGERIAN HYPOCRISY AND IGNORANCE

The sight of a Nigerian lady engulfed by fire ignited on her by a xenophobic South African mob inevitably sparked outrage among Nigerians at home. Nigerian anger went off on Shoprite, MTN and other South African investments in Nigeria. Black South Africans are victims of white hijackers and oppressors who impoverished and de-humanized their existence for over a century. Sequel to the official shut-down of inhuman apartheid rule, whites meagerly compensated their black victims, isolating economic power to themselves and keeping black South Africans contained in poverty and squalor.

The government of Nigeria has withdrawn its Ambassador to South Africa. I applaud this response to the barbarity of black South Africans against Nigerians (and other blacks) and also wonder why the same Nigerian government was not and is still not decisive against Myetti Allah, the outfit under whose aupices so-called Fulani cattle herdsmen have been slaugthering Nigerians in huge numbers in their sleep and on their farmlands. What we have been experiencing in Nigeria since 2015 is genocidal inavasion from across West Africa by Fulanis. The same President who ordered the withdrawal of Nigeria’s Ambassador from South Africa is the Commander-in-Chief of Nigeria’s armed forces that are yet to respond decisively to the invasion and genocide.

Africans are yet to be free! Black man is still a slave to his white brother whose primary and highly cherished interest in Africa is economic. Africa’s natural resources were massively plundered by Eurpeans to create what is now known as White Capital i.e. white economic power. Black South Africans are as much slaves of white capital as Nigerians! Nigerians’ reprisal attacks on MTN, Shoprite and co had no effect whatsoever on black South Africans who have less than 1% controlling stake in their country’s economy! Not even white owners of the brands that angry Nigerians vented their anger against lost a dime. The white owners of those lucrative brands lost nothing! It is their Nigerian investors (partners) who lost, if any. The swiftness of the response of Lagos State Government at protecting the Shoprite outlet located on Adeniran Ogunsanya in Surulere did not fool Nigerians who know that Shoprite is South African brand-name warehousing Nigerian tenants trading white South African products paid for at source. We hear some ‘tenants’ stock themselves from Nigerian markets.

Some of us refuse to pretend about the obviously gross wretchedness of the black race! Those Nigerians who felt they were hurting South Africans by vandalzing MTN and other symbols of South Africa’s commercial presence in their country simply spent their energy destroying Nigerian assets! In the era of economic neo-liberalism, white economic power uses more of the assets of its host-economies to generate and extract profit. Weak black consciousness of what is actually happening in the world and against them has a destitute Nigerian theater where people find excitement and fulfiment in standing logic on its head. White capitalists were simply entertained by bestially xenophobic black South Africans and by retaliating Nigerians dripping ignorance.

Until such a time when Africa begins to have leaders who do not only know and understand that the real deal of freedom is indigenous spiritual and economic empowerment, but who legitimately, boldly and defiantly act to retrieve the global African presence from the slavery of white capital, the adverse social and mental consequences of diametric black subservience to white capital such as black-on-black violence, will keep escalating! Black South Africans’ psychotic xenophobia is a bloody stage in the dehumanizing escalation.
Politics / Xenophobia South Africa: Asking Oshiomole And Political Nigeria by Nigeria2040: 1:08am On Sep 08, 2019
XENOPHOBIA SOUTH AFRICA: ASKING OSHIOMOLE AND POLITICAL NIGERIA

Political Nigeria has been talking tough against the xenophobic attacks visited on Nigerians in South Africa after going conspicuously silent on Fulani mass slaughter of Nigerians at home. Black South Africans went too far at registering their displeasure with Nigerians and other immigrant blacks from across the African continent. Adams Oshiomole prescribed the ‘Nigerianization’ of South African shares of South African businesses operating in Nigeria. He wants South African businesses such as MTN and MultiChoice nationalized.

It is important to ask Adams Oshiomole why he was not as forthcoming against Fulani mass slaughter of Nigerians as he has so far been against black South Africa’s barbaric attacks on Nigerians. Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, has likewise been verbally aggressive against the anti-Nigeria xenophobic attacks. Where was his toughness in the face of Fulani genocidal attacks across Nigeria? Why is political Nigeria not talking tough against Nigerian bandits (criminals) that have been killing and maiming innocent Nigerians? Why are Adams Oshiomole’s colleagues negotiating with the killers – people who deserve punishment?

Are Nigerians aware that Nigeria’s High Commission in South Africa shut its doors against Nigerians in the course of the attacks? First, I highlight the cowardice of the likes of Oshiomole and Gbajabiamila exhibited in the face of wanton Fulani mass slaughter of Nigerians at home. Next, I emphasize that much as black South Africans went too far in anger against Nigerians, Nigerians need to admit the fact that they (our society) is fundamentally at the bottom of the problem. Let’s come to terms with our hypocrisy and affinity for disorder!

I admit that Nigerians are, orientationally not congenitally, a very unruly set of people made so by the failure of leadership and by the attendant breakdown of the Nigerian economy and value-system. Across the world, Nigerians are synonymous with crime and disorderliness! This synonymity is rooted at home. Indeed, charity begins at home. I also add that in life, one can only give what he or she has. Nigerians export more of lawlessness than professional skills and respect for order to foreign economies where they display their home-grown wild, anything-goes quest for money. Black South Africans, debased and rendered pathologically timid and diametrically stupid by white South Africans for over a century of very brutal oppression, are both victims of Nigerians’ criminal operations in their country and envious of the gleaming material fortune Nigerians make and flaunt carelessly in their laid-back (black) society.

There are many Southern African girls languishing in jails across Europe courtesy of Nigerian drug-dealers’ scam-marriages intended to use the young and unquestioning women as drug-couriers. Nigerian leaders talk-tough against attacks on Nigerians in South Africa but refuse to admit that they are responsible for the worsening economic hardship that forces Nigerians out to seek daily-bread by any means conceivable abroad! Air Peace has offered to fly Nigerians back home free-of-charge. Some Nigerians advise their brothers and sisters not to return because of the grinding hardship in Nigeria! Adams Oshiomole says MTN and co should be nationalized.

I suspect the former Edo State governor and his cronies are set on exploiting the xenophobic attacks to seize the lucrative South African businesses to themselves, for themselves! Have they considered the implications of such an action on investors’ already weak confidence in Nigeria? Are they conscious of the workings and sensitivity of the post-Soviet neo-liberal global economic order? ‘Dis awa leaders sef’! Do we actually have leaders?

Religion / Re: Somalian Who Wants To Leave Islam Seeks Help From Nigerian by Nigeria2040: 4:28pm On Sep 07, 2019
The Ex-Muslims of North America have just launched their first billboards in Atlanta, Chicago, and Houston with signs aimed at like-minded people: Those who were raised Muslim, and no longer believe its theology, but who may be hesitant to say so out loud for a variety of reasons.

The signs are part of the group’s #AwesomeWithoutAllah campaign.

The signs say “Nearly one in four Muslims raised in the US have left Islam” with the tagline “Godless. Fearless. Ex-Muslim.”

Why is this type of campaign so important? Because even if there’s no legal penalty for leaving the religion, there are large social and cultural ones. For some, the threat of violence looms large.

“In a dozen Muslim-majority countries, ex-Muslims are condemned to the death penalty”, said Muhammad Syed, President of Ex-Muslims of North America. “In the West, our existence is not a crime, but we still face isolation, threats, and abuse by our own families and former faith community. Unsurprisingly, many former Muslims choose to hide their lack of belief. But the first step to gain acceptance is coming out openly, without shame or fear.”

“We want closeted ex-Muslims to know they are not alone”, said Sarah Haider, Executive Director of Ex-Muslims of North America. “We also want them to know that while the prospect of coming out as nonreligious is frightening, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You can make it to the other side, you can rebuild your life and find joy in the freedom from religion.”

According to EXMNA, the signs faced “several rounds of rejections, changes, and even one contract termination from companies afraid of offending religious sensibilities,” but they were ultimately approved in the three cities.

Details about the costs and length of the campaign weren’t available at the time of publication.

Y should a pastor(a Christian) demonized another religion( traditional) it is against the law. Gone are the days when Christian will go and destroy traditional place of worship. That's y karma descended on them and garma dealt with them through boko haram. Though the masquerade will have not taken laws into their hands. Christianity and Islam are the greatest enemy of this country and those harm to this country more than any other religion
