I only have one vote and i intend to vote in this forth coming election, my choice of candidate is Peter Obi of Labour party but i wish to know from Anambrarians if he showed great leadership and did well as Governor of Anambra state during his time.
At the moment, he stands out amongst other candidates who to me don't mean well for this nation, i have taken time to listen to his speeches and he always ends by saying "you can go and verify". I have never been to Anambra state so therefore as an employer trying to recruit an employee of astute report to occupy the office of the President of the nation, i want to know from the good people of Anambra state if this young man that appears brilliant, honest, healthy, hardworking and selfless is the right man for the job?

And hausas are not really tribalistic the way we thought
But the yorubas are more tribalistic..the problem with hausas is that little religious line..apart from that hausas are fantastic people

I was going to use his phone for something then I noticed some pornography sites in his browser, aside that he makes some funny moves like skipping school and just being home alone, hiding when pressing his phone and lots more. I tried convincing his mom to search his phone but this boy cleared everything, now he gives me this funny attitude. I want to catch him red handed and report to his dad, but I'm not sure if that's the right approach.

So guys last night I had a terrible dream, never had such dream before. I dreamt of cats that I was taking care of cats and housing them, I tried to chase them away but there will not leave me, I tried to run from them but they will still follow me. When I woke up I prayed and God reveled to me that is my ex and her family, cause I do take care of my ex and her siblings I stock their house with food stuff and pay off some of their bills, I don't love the girl again so I broke up with her, she still comes around when her and her family are in dying need of money and I bail then out. I blocked her and her family but there still find a way to reach me and as soon as they do its as if I'm on a spell I start solving their problems till the money in my account finishes. I don't know what to do or how to over come this witchcraft

Good day Nairalanders.l; let me go straight to the point. I work off-shore so most of the times I am not always around, some times I can be at work for three months and be given one or two weeks time- off that's just the nature of my job.

But they is something troubling me seriously, when I give my wife instructions regarding anything at all she will first of all ask my Mom before she carries out the instruction I give her, that's if my Mom is in support of the instruction. Recently I gave her an instruction regarding a particular matter while I was on time-off, only for my wife to call me fee weeks later that she has carried out the instruction when the time I told her to carry out that instruction is not yet. I was so mad at her I asked her why can't she wait till the time I told her to do it; she said my Mom came over to the house and told her to do it so she did it. At that point I cut the call.

Later that day my Mom called me and was asking why I cut the call on my wife and refused to pick her call even why she was calling back, I told her she was the course, and she said how, and I told her why will I give my wife instruction and u will come to counter that instruction without the both of u letting me know not after the did has been done. My Mom was angry that can't she have say in my home, I told her to an extent not to the point of countering my instructions. She was very angry we both had some argument on the phone before I told her am late for work I want to cut and she hang up, she knows I was seriously angry with her. Since that day she hasn't called me and I haven't called her too.

My wife called me and apologized that it won't happen again. I forgive her and we both made amend. Now my Mom is not talking to me and my wife at the moment. Please what I did was it wrong or did I over reacted?

I love and respect my Mom likewise my wife, but I won't want her to control my home for me. Should I call her and apologize to her or just let her be till her mind comes down?

Barely three weeks before the February 25 general elections, the ranks of the Labour Party (LP) in Edo State soared as over one hundred members of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the state decamped to the LP in Oredo Local Government Area of the state.
The defectors were received into the LP on behalf of the state leadership of the party by its Edo South Senatorial candidate, Neda Imasuen, the House of Representatives candidate, Iyawe Esosa, and the House of Assembly candidate, Edosa Richards, among others.
Oredo Ward 1 LP Chairman, Atoe Efosa, said the defectors had made the best choice in the interest of the nation and its citizens.
Addressing the mammoth crowd, the Edo South Senatorial candidate, Imasuen commended them and other supporters “for standing by Nigerians at this critical time”.
“This is not the best of times for us as Nigerians. These career politicians have mismanaged us to the extent that we have to stand up and demand our nation back.
“The work to take our nation back is for all of us. We must come together to rebuild Nigeria. Nobody is smiling. Hunger in the land. Frustration everywhere. But there is hope for us.
“Obi brings hope. So also is the Labour party. Let’s vote for Labour Party in all the elections from the Presidency, to the Senate, House of Representatives, and House of Assembly. This will then enable us to rescue Nigeria.
The other contestants who spoke similarly urged “Edo electorates and Nigerians to join the rescue mission of Obidatti and other patriotic Nigerians to rebuild our nation.
The defectors from PDP were led by the zonal chairman, Akugbe zone, Stephen Osawaru, who said ” we, like every other Nigerians, are tired of the maladministration of the PDP and that of the APC. We can no longer stand this as they have mortgaged our generation as well as those of our children”.
They also promised to commence a serious campaign as well as bring in more voters before the elections.
Also on hand to receive the decampees are the Labour Party Edo South Senatorial Chairman and State Vice Chairman, Agbontaen, Oredo Woman Leader madam Jane Onabanjo, the Oredo Local Government Chairman of the Labour Party, Enomayo, and the leader of the ward, Oduangbon Imasuen, amongst others.
